    I signed a contract for 20 new windows with Windows Select on 6/27/21. Final measurements were taken on 7/09/21. I received an installation date of early September, 2021. That date was cancelled and pushed back to the end of October, 2021 because I was told the windows had not yet arrived. I then heard nothing back after that correspondence. I have attempted on several occasions to contact Windows Select and have not even been able to leave a message as it seems that is not an option with their answering service. The website I am referred to by the answering machine, **************************************** doesn't seem to exist. I did try to contact Climate Solutions, the management company that supposedly took over management responsibilities for Windows Select. I was told that a manager who is handling all window select clients would contact me. I have not been contacted. These windows cost over $15,000 and have been paid for in full and I have yet to receive installation or contact from Windows Select. I have now gone through 2 ******* and am on my second winter without new windows and am paying utility bills that are undoubtedly much higher than what they would be had my windows been installed within a reasonable time frame.

    Around February 2022 my spouse and I contacted window select for a quote. We were given a quote them later had our current windows measured. We were told we would have our job finished by August *********************************************************** November 2022 we were informed our windows were ready and installation would be completed November 16th. However in the day of installation the installation crew informed us our windows were not manufactured correctly therefore they could not install. I was informed by a representative of Windows Select that I would be contacted within 24 hours but I was never contacted. All attempts to get in touch with Windows Select have resulted futile and our attempts are being ignored. We have already processed a loan with a Creditor window Select recommended and are already moving payments on a product that has not been installed. We just want to get out of this contract without any penalties. I las mentioned any attempt to communicate with Window Select has been ignored and it is causing significantly delays in our time frame for our plans with this house. We are very disappointed with this service.

    In January 12, 2022 I sighed a contract with Window Select to get 8 windows installed. The cost was 9100$ and we put half of that down that day unfortunately. I have not received any information regarding in my order since September when they said the windows would be here in November. Also they first by April then it got pushed to June. It took us along time to save this money to get this project done. I would love for our money back.

    Purchased 10 replacement windows from Windows Select on Februayry 3, 2022 and paid them a deposit of over $4000.00. Windows were supposed to have been delivered by the end of August 2022. Date was then pushed back four additional times with the last promised delivery being December 3, 2022. Since that time they have disconnected the phones. I had left messages for return a return call when they still had phone service at least 4 times and never got one. I had even sent them emails to the customer service and never heard back. I am now done and want my money back with interest. I feel like I have been scammed out of my money like so many others.

    on Feb.21,2022 I signed a contract with window select for 10 windows to be installed in my home for the amount of $10,611.00/ I gave them a $200.00 down payment, I was told it would be 3 months till install. It is now December 13,2022. I have called them several times to inquire about when they where going to install them. They keep telling me it will be another few months

    I have been calling Window Sectect to get a lock fixed on one of our windows. I started calling on Oct 14, 2022. I have called them 6 times with no one calling us back, even thou they said that they would call with in 24 hours. I have also sent them an e-mail, got no response back. All we want is our window fixed per the 20 year warranty they said we had when we brought the windows.

    I ordered eight double hung replacement windows for my house from Windows Select on September 7, 2021. The window were originally supposed to be installed in December of 2021. Everytime I called for an update, delays were blamed on supply chain issues caused by COVID. My last call was on December 5, 2022. During that call I was told that the windows were due by December 7, 2022. When I called for an update on December 9, their phone answering service was turned off. I then drove to their corporate headqurters. The doors were locked and the lights were off at approximately 11:20 in the morning. My downpayment of $4952 was placed with a credit card. On December 9, 2022 I filed a disput on the charge with my credit card company

    I placed the order in July 2021, and the quoted lead time was ***** weeks. Delivery dates have continued to be pushed back, and the most recent delivery date promised was "No later than 9/20/2022." That date came and went, and I have called several times since 9/20/2022, and the only response or answer I get is "We expected them in by now" and "We'll call you when the windows come in." It has now been 72 weeks+ and still no windows.The last 5 times that I have called, I was told a manager would call me back, who could give me more information and answers. I have yet to receive any communication back.On more than one occasion, I have inquired about getting a refund, and how to proceed with that, and I was told that I would have to talk to a manager about that....but again, I have not been able to talk to a manager. I called yesterday (12/6/2022) and was told that I now needed to send an email with questions to ***************************************** I have sent an email, but have not yet gotten a response. I want them to either deliver/install the windows, or give me a full refund.

    On February 30, 2021, I had signed a contract with Window Select to have new windows and a patio door installed in my home. I paid a down payment of $4,446.00 the same day to have my patio door done first. I was told it would be complete in a couple of months. On June 15, 2021, I paid an additional $1,200.00 to add 4 more of my upstairs windows to my order so they could be installed along with the patio door. I was told the patio door was done and my windows would be ready about 2 months from that date so everything could be installed at the same time. I didn't receive any word on my windows at all during this time despite repeated attempts to get an answer from Window Select. I finally got a call back on November 16, 2021 and I spoke with a representative named ******************* who told me that they were behind on orders and offered me a discount on my remaining 5 windows for the downstairs if I agreed to wait some additional weeks. I agreed and paid an additional $1,625 for my remaining windows. I was told I would be contacted when they were ready for delivery. The time promised came and went and all my attempts to contact Window Select has failed. When doing some research I found out that a consulting firm had taken over their unfinished accounts to try and get some kind of resolution so I contacted them and after a couple weeks of back and forth emails, I was told the manufacturer had agreed to release my windows and door and they would be on the next delivery. They were not on the next delivery so I contacted them again and was promised again that I would get my windows soon as they are running behind on deliveries. All attempts to contact by email has gone unanswered at this point. I even told them I would drive my truck and pick up the windows myself but was told that's not an option. I just want an answer as to if I'm going to receive my windows and if not I want a refund.
