    In June 2021 we had salesman from Windows Select come to our home and presented a pitch for windows and patio doors. We made a purchase for a new patio door. A couple of months later another representative came to take measurements and to finalize the order. We were told it would be early December that they would have the order and installation ready for us. When December came we were informed that it had been delayed till spring. We contacted them in the Spring of 2022 and was told it was delayed again to early summer. It is almost November and they haven't responded to our calls and haven't given us any timeframe of when the order will be completed. They had us put down a deposit of $1,900 at the initial meeting. At this point we want to cancel the order and get our money back. They are not acting in good faith and they have been closing their business phone numbers and we have not been able to get in contact with them. We called a number for their business in another city hoping to get a phone number but was told they would have them call us, that was over 2 weeks ago.

    have ordered window for the house 15 of them. they came to measure in March 2022 and have now pushed back install from Sept to Oct. and when i called to verify install date of oct 26th got voicemail explaining my order is now going to be 10 months from March. i put half money down on the windows that i'm afraid i will not get. hearing the channel 58 news report is disturbing.

    Signed contract to have windows installed. Paid $200.00 down on 2/21/22. Told windows would be installed in 3 months. Had financing approved. It is now October 24th and keep being pushed off. Told now it is 8 months before they will be done.

    Hello,My partner and I ordered new windows from Window Select on October 2021. It is not October 2022 and they have not been installed yet. We were promised an installation date on April 2022. When ***** arrived, it was pushed back to August. When August arrived it was pushed back to October. It is now October and it has not yet been installed. We would like to get them installed as soon as possible before winter! It has been almost a year and nothing has been done. We have contacted them multiple times through phone and email. This is very upsetting. There was an email saying they will ENSURE all customer will be taken care of by October. (attached) It is October.

    I ordered 3 windows for my condo on 7/2/21, I have attempted to call the Business but keep getting email messages, telling me it's being processed and I haven't waited long enough. I have cancelled checks totaling $1,279 and either want a refund or my windows installed. I have copies of everything. I am a Librarian with ************************ and taking online classes in the evenings.

    I paid $1,250.00 on 2/4/22 for 3 windows. I have not received any windows. I haven't heard from this company since I gave them my down payment . This company has a history of getting consumers money and not delivering the goods.

    On 06/26/2021 I signed a contract with Window Select for 11 windows (BOGO) and one front entry door. The total cost was $9,892. I was to have the installation approximately completed in 16 weeks. I gave them a $5,000 deposit. I made several calls starting in late October 2021 and throughout this process and was given the run around month after month. I have asked for a refund and was told that I would be responsible for the cost of the windows and door $5,336 and that they would be delivered to me when they were completed, and I would be responsible to have a company install them, if I chose to go that route. I did contact the window manufacturer in mid September 2022 and he told me that they were ordered on 3/6/2022, but they are not completed because they were never paid for. I asked Window Select for a lien waiver through a voicemail and an email and they have not gotten back to me. All that I have received has been generic emails stating that they are trying and they understand our frustration. The contract clearly states that If I cancel and would only be responsible for a 15% cancelation fee. I would like a full refund, but would accept a partial refund. I have been patient and wanted to believe them, but like so many other customers have been lied to. I continue to call Window Select and the company that is working with them Cogent Analytic and do not get a call back. It is not even an employee that answers the phone from Window Select, so they can only take a message. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you

    I ordered a window in September of 2021 with the understanding that I would have it installed before winter. It is over a year later and I have had no contact from Window Select. I put a down payment on the window and have been trying to get my money back but they do not respond in any manner.

    Ordered windows in July of 2021. Installation was initially promised within a month or two after a 50% down payment. Installation has been rescheduled numerous times, first for in the middle of the winter of 2021-22 and numerous times thereafter. Most recently two install dates canceled without notice from manufacturer/installer. It is now October of 2022 and have growing concern that installation will never occur. Also concerned about lack of professionalism show by all contacts with the company, with the exception of the original salesperson.

    We purchased windows& installation from Window Select on 9/3/2021, with estimated installation to be no more than 16 weeks, but should be in 12 weeks. Contacted at around 12 weeks out from order, with no response reply until over a month, and that there were delays and that they would get back to us with updated status of the install. On 1/25/22 they indicated they were expecting an early spring install. Received 2 emails from them in April ************************************************************************************************************* the next couple of weeks. Having not heard from them on 5/16/22 emailed them to get a status, to which there was no response. Tried contacting a couple more times and did not receive any response. On 7/16/22, contacted them again, asking for detailed description of when the order would be completed and cancellation options. On 7/18, they responded back that the order would be ready late August/ Early September. On 9/2/22 reached out to them for a status, to which there was no response. Tried again on 9/24/22 with no response. On 10/5/22 called them, however, could not get a status of our order or could not be put in touch with a manager or individual who could address our questions; they were going to notate our record and have someone contact us regarding our order. There were a few additional contacts along the way, but this is the principal contacts. Order was for a total of $10,736, of which half was deposited at date of sale. Have requested full refund, they would only offer a portion to be refunded and the windows would be made available upon completion, indicating that the retained money was used to purchase materials - but they have indicated that material shortages were the cause of the delays, which would seem to be counter to their statement
