      Declined my check at ******* ******. Account had more than enough to cover the check, not by a little but way in excess of check amount. Called my bank, telecheck never called them are ran anything on my account through them. Called telecheck, the wanted my routing number, check number, driver's license number and social security number. Yes, NO, don't know how they are in business, they are scammers. Telecheck if you don't like that, *** me. So not easy enough, not doing business with Tractor Supply any longer or any business that I find out does busienss with telecheck. What a joke. **********

      Like they all say and all the bad reviews about them are correct. Rejects the check. The phone number no one answers. It's a machine asking for too much private information, then machine freezes and gives no answer.I have to put a star for the review to show but in reality is zero stars I give them.

      Denies Checks at grocery store and do not provide a decline code. When you call, they immediately want to collect your routing and bank account number PLUS driver's license and/or Social Security Number. Been declined 3 times in one month and my bank says it is not them, my accounts are good. I tried calling. Then requested the denial information via mail. They did not respond to mail. I think they are just fraudulently denying people to collect information to sell. They should provide decline codes on their denial receipts instead of trying to collect personal information. Even the answer machine immediately tells you to prepare to provide your banking information and personal information when you call their number

      terrible company, declines checks for absolutely no reason, i have over ****** credit available on my account and they decline my check without even contacting my back to check available balance. i call customer service and received ZERO assistance. no i have to go to my back and and have cut a cashiers check in order to pay for services on my vehicle because this stupid company is blocking my perfectly good check and offers NO avenue for remediation.

      Telecheck is holding around $1000 worth of money that I am unable to withdraw, supposedly for 7-10 business days, because they want to ‘process my payment’ that I made days ago. Telecheck has stolen my money.

      I have had the same bank, checks, address, all same information for YEARS.Last week, the horse feed store that I shop at WEEKLY and never had an issue with cashing my checks, declined my check. They told me I had to call TeleCheck because there was probably missing information I needed to give them. What? Nothing changed!!! Anyhow, good luck with dealing with customer service that is SUPPOSED to be out of either Houston, Texas or Marietta, Georgia. The 800 number is outsourced to a Spanish speaking country. It took me over a half hour on the automated system to input ALL of my information and it kept revolving over and over to put the information in numerous times. FINALLY, after many repeated attempts, I got through to a real person. It took him OVER an HOUR to type in my name and address. I kept spelling, saying, repeating it with letters like S, LIKE SAM. I went VERY slowly and every time I asked him to confirm the information he got it wrong!!! I repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor. He could not give me any information as to WHY they declined my check, after over an hour and a half. He told me I had to go back to the store and run the check again and to call back because they needed to confirm information! What information? I gave him everything.. He did not listen that the check was voided and I paid with my debit card. I told him I could teleconference the call and call the company but he didn't want to do that. I failed to understand why he needed to do that anyhow. So, after close to a TWO HOUR conversation, he said he would call a supervisor, who did not answer the phone. then he said he would write a ticket for a supervisor and one would call me back, but if they didn't to call back, call again. Of course, no one ever called me back. You cannot find a phone number to corporate wherever they may be located, since my receipt says Houston, Tx, but online research says Marietta, Ga. I will NEVER waste my time calling them ever again. Not resolved!

      Somehow they processed two checks I written to a gas station four and four and a half years ago. When I contacted the gas station said they didn't know anything about it. However, my checkbook and my record show that I did indeed write the two checks but they had lost them. I had tried to make it right with them and they told me that they didn't lose anything. Anyway, it takes a sorry checking service to run a checks through that's 4 years old, much less 4 and 1/2 years old.

      ***** S -About A year and a half ago telecheck began declining my checks. Then now they are declining them again. They cite the reason as high risk for fraud. I requested they investigate which will take 30 days. They have in the past want a copy of your driver's license, and your social which is high risk. I have not had any returned checks. I work for a business and a gentleman wrote us two checks a couple of years ago telecheck approved both with proper ID. This man had more then 20 check in 3 states. He checked himself in to a mental hospital to avoid prosecution. So what is telecheck good for? I feel they practice random discrimination. Latest ref# *******

      Tele Check declined my Nitro card at ************* station today after I've been using ************* on my card every week for six months. I have the high credit score of 850 and I have plenty of money in my bank account. I am very upset with Tele Check declining my point of purchase today and will be calling their customer service tomorrow morning when they open up for business.
