      I ordered a pool pump on 6/16/24. web site said free delivery overnight. I called 6/20/24 and was told there was a problem with shipping and fed ex did not pick up my pump. He said it would be shipped in 2-3 days. 6/24/24 I called again. The lady said it was still not sent and she would submit request again. Still no pump. My pool looks like a swamp. VERY DISAPOINTED WITH YOUR COMPANY. I WONT BE BUYING ANYTHING AELSE FROM YOU.

      Customer service is not helpful at all- received solar cover accessories kit with no instructions- manual that came with the cover was useless.

      Terrible! I bought a pool cover for my inground pool 8/2023. Took the cover off this year for the season and pool was green due to holes in the cover. We threw it out. I then found my warranty and took a picture and sent it to the Company. Not only Rude. You should see their responses. They are not honoring my warranty!!!! Never will I buy another item from them. They need to honor their warranty.

      Zero stars - Ordered new doheny pump October 2023 when our old one died. Received and put on the shelf until June 2024 when we opened our pool. Pump would not fire right out of the box. Ordered another pump but went with the hayward this time from them. When I tried to return the first one they said we did it out of order and would not refund $$$. We will never use this company again

      We apologize for the defect in your original pump. Unfortunately, the warranty is for direct replacement only. We would have only been able to replace that defective pump with an identical product. I do see that as a courtesy however in-store merchandise credit was issued back to you for the amount of the pump to be used on any future order.

      I would rate it no stars if I could. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I ordered Zeron paint for a pool, they sent me the wrong item. Fine, people make mistakes, I get it. I called their customer service and had it corrected and immediately shipped back the item they sent me in error instead of the paint. They didn’t ship my paint. I called 2 days later and couldn’t get an answer. 3 days later I find they hadn’t shipped the right item yet. No urgency about getting me what I need, no compensation, would not overnight to correct the mistake. Even as I write this I’m still not sure they shipped it. Keep in mind this isn’t normal paint, this is 144 dollar per gallon paint. Use any other company besides this. They will take your money but they don’t care about getting you what you need.

      This company has horrible customers service. I was send a part that did not match the picture on the website. They did not want to help at all. Wanted to have me pay shipping and a restock fee since it was 5 days over there return policy. No one ever said sorry and kept blaming me for ordering the wrong part.

      Worst costumer service Ive ever experienced. Ordered a 1.5 hp pump specifically from them because they advertise next day, not true at all. Now theyre telling me maybe In another 2 days but no guarantee. If I knew that I would have never ordered the pump and just went to the local pool store. Instead I have a stagnant pool for 5 days now and hoping the pump comes soon because they wont even refund me unless I pay them a $18 fee to reroute it. Ive never in my life dealt with such incompetence. Definitely will never be ordering anything from them again.

      company refusing to return my money for a product that has never shipped over 6 weeks later. The company refused to notify me initially that the items was backordered if i had been notified i never would have placed an order for the product. Now they refuse to refund my money and still state that the time will be 30 to 45 days before shipping.

      Zero stars. I placed an order for 2 items on May 4 2024. Tracking it on ***** on the 12th, I discovered it was damaged in transit and was being returned to Doheny’s. Not hearing from Doheny’s, I sent several emails and used online chat to ask for a refund. I was told they would charge me for a return! It was not until I told them I’d go public with this story, that they have finally refunded me … in 2 chunks on May 16 ad 18. My Doheny’s saga has not ended there. On May 25, I have decided to give them another try. I wish I hadn’t! While placing an order online, I received repeated error messages. So, I quit, and then placed an order later same day. I then received emails from them notifying me of shipments of 2 (!) orders. I told them, I had placed only one, which was clearly shown on their own web site. They ignored it saying 2 orders have come from my computer. My telling them it was their web site malfunction, and that my account on their own web site still shows only one order placed, did not help. After about 5 emails, I have sent a message to their CEO. No response. Then, out of blue, I received an email saying “we have refunded you already on May 16 and 18”. Hello, that was a different case! The fake order was dated May 25! Anyway, I have finally advised them I would go public as well as seeking a legal remedy, before they finally refunded $67.85 of my $67.86 order on June 11. Yes they have decided to keep a penny for a memory of me. And as to the product – PhosFree chemical I have received from them, instead of being milky white, it is almost clear like water, no matter how long you shake the container. I hope this review will help others to avoid that awfully mismanaged company with clueless customer service and a questionable product.

      Got a fifty pound bucket of tabs opened and found the top level was broken. Since the pool was open I used the broken tabs . Next level was also broken. Called and was told they needed a picture . Took two tabs out and sent a pic. Got an e mail back and was told they needed a picture of all my broken tabs . Im not taking pictures of 90 tabs . Not worth it
