      Do not buy anything from this company unless you know for sure you will not be returning it. I bought a solar cover from them and when I tried it on the pool it was too narrow. Because I did open it, they want to charge 40% restocking fee. How would I know there was going to be an issue unless I tried it.Also bought straps for the roller cover that are much too short to use and because it was under $30 they won't do a return.Could have bought everything from Amazon and returned with no problem.If I could give zero stars I would

      Great customer service. Received a 50ld bucket damaged by shipping. After contacting Dohany about the damage, they asked for a few pictures. After receiving the pictures, they shipped replacment pucks damaged by the shipper. You don't get service that address your issues so fast and with out issues. My thanks.

      First time purchase. Winter cover and water bags together. Water bags leaking after 3 weeks. I told them what size was leaking. Customer service said I needed to take pictures and send them before they will replace them. Lousy customer service approach. I could understand if they wanted to pay to have them shipped back for quality control; but I need the tubes now; not after they look at pictures of the same tube they already sell.

      Poor customer service! Not worth the money! Warranty is a hoax! I purchased a cover for my above ground pool. It he cover was trash from the moment we opened it. The cable provided was to short to wrap around the pool. The eye holes for the cable we smashed and bent. The cover had holes in it. So they sent me a replacement at no charge. We cover the pool from 10/2022 to 4/2023. Folded the cover placed it in storage and went to cover the pool 10/2023 and the seam was coming apart. This cover was not cheap and has a 10 year warranty. However that warranty is apparently prorated. We literally only were able to cover our pool for 6 months and they claim we have used it for 2 seasons. Also they prorate the value of the cover based off of the season used and to get a replacement cover we would basically pay the same price that we paid for the first cover. Which again I would add was the worst quality. I would not recommend this company for pool covers at all!

      Refuses to warranty a solar cover after 1 year, that has an 8 year warranty. It is hard, cracking, and falling apart. Garbage product, garbage company. Never purchasing anything from them again if this is how they treat their customers.

      Horrible Company! Im a pool professional plus I know everyone at ******* ******************* center in ********, **. I had a Super Pump motor quit on me after 5 years of nonstop running. I do not winterize my pool. I run it 24/7. Anyway ******* sent me a new motor replacement which was a 2HP motor. My old one was 1 1/2 HP which is discontinued. Due to the 2 HP size I ordered a 2HP Impeller from Dohenys but in the meantime ******* sent me a new variable EX Super Pump for free! I installed it and did not need the 2 HP impeller in bought from Dohenys. After 3 days of trying to return it and being told two times they were emailing me a return Authorization number, which I never received I am filing a complaint against them with the ********* ***** of ******* for false advertising. Do NOT buy anything from this company!

      Stay away. Lousy product and zero customer service. Pool cover was full of holes. They offered me only 30% back and left me with a big ball of plastic garbage to haul away. Wouldn't even cover the $25 dump fee. Obnoxious in their response.

      I was a first time customer who ordered from this company on the very high recommendation of a friend who is also a customer. I placed my order on September 20. They took the money out of my account. Weeks pass and I have no product. I reached out to the company twice and then finally today got in touch with someone on the phone who proceeds to tell me my order was canceled with absolutely no reasoning whatsoever. When questioned, the guy proceeds to tell me that it was due to wrong address or email or fraudulent card activity. All of which is completely wrong and bogus. They said they emailed me Twice and I have ONLY their email confirming my order. Theyre also misleading with free shipping which I paid $10 for. All in all horrible customer service experience and fraudulent and misleading information from this company.

      I have placed my last order with Dohenys after doing business with them for many years. I initially ordered two heavy duty air pillows, which both deflated within days after closing the pool. Three calls later, I have now had four pillows, only one of which seems to be holding air. After all the time and trouble, they want me to send back the valves - no issue with that, but they will not refund the full purchase price on the air pillows. A $10 credit is negligible after I pay postage/tracking on the valves. The time and trouble to have to uncover and recover the pool doesnt seem to matter to them. After telling the manager, Hope, that we were $25.89 apart in resolving this, she couldnt make it right and hung up on me. If that is how they treat a customer on a small item, I dont want to do business with them any more. Next! There are many other mom and pop pool supplies stores near me, and I will be patronizing them from now on.
