      I ordered an engraved map of the golf course at the ******************* from Sportsman's Connection on March 28, 2024. The attached emailed acknowledgement stated the order was "awaiting fulfillment". However, that is the last I ever heard about it. I tried emailing them and calling them at the number they provided *************) but all I got was a recorded message. Now the number is not working. I paid $318.70 with my credit card.

      Placed an order back in mid-December for a custom map. Got a notification that they had a lot of orders so it was going to be delayed by couple of months. Reached out again in Spring 24 - they said it is in queue and should ship and be delivered in June 24. July Aug Sept reached out with no answer or reply. I demanded to cancel the order and refund the amount I paid. Still no response. Since it is going on almost 1 year I feel Ive been more than accommodating. This is a just a failed business that cant deliver and has horrible customer service.

      On Nov 17th, 2023 I placed an order for a custom map. I received an email that day showing they had received my order. On Nov 20th, ***************************************************************************************** December of 2023 I received a postcard with a QR code showing the process it took to make the maps. On January 24th I received an email telling me the map should ship no later than 02/17/24. On January 26th, ************************************************************************** March I tried calling numerous times, leaving messages for a return call. I finally was able to make contact when I called right at 8am on May 31st, 2024. I was informed that it the ship date was June 14th, 2024 and if I did not receive an update by June 23rd,2024 that I should contact *******. He also explained how they had to reach out to the local DNR so that the correct fish are on the map as they dont want to make any mistakes. On June 17th I reached out to ******* who said they were diligently working on my order. On August 3rd I tried calling and the phone went to a generic voicemail no longer *******. My credit card company will not do a chargeback as it was past 6 months and I had paid the bill in full as I was a believer that my map would be coming any day. Perhaps my map was completed and never shipped. I had high hopes as this company is in my own state. I have a bad feeling I will never see the map or the money that was spent.

      Ordered map in February. Still have not received map and was notified in june that it was in production. Like all the complaints the product was never provided. Sen ***** recently and looked for *********'s websites and neither exists. This company has obviously tanked and took a lot of people's money and there needs to be a lawsuit.

      I ordered a golf map from Sportsman's Connection in March of 2024. After receiving two updates on my order with the latest status being "In Production" in April of 2024, i have not received the product or any further correspondence from the vendor. When I try to access the status of my order, the website is unavailable with no information available to contact the vendor. It is now December of 2024, I still have not received my order and would like a refund of my money.

      I place an order on 4/8/24 for a laser cut map of Whispering Pines Golf Course. This was to be a gift for my son's 30th birthday. I had very little response when I requested updates on the order. At the beginning of July I did get a call back from a ******* who worked ********** told me that realistically the map would not be ready until November. I was fine waiting, as I thought it would be a great gift. When I tried to follow up on the status yesterday, i had an email returned & tried the toll free number & the number I was called back on in July. Both numbers are now disconnected.

      I ordered a custom engraved relief map of the ******************** (Camp ******* To Sea Breeze) for my son-in-law for 2023 Christmas.This was part of the email I received dated Jan 25 2024 regarding my inquiry into the order - "Thank you kindly for choosing Sportsman's Connection for your custom engraved map. We greatly appreciate your patience while weve been finalizing production on your wooden engraved waterbody. Your map is currently expected to ship by 2/17/2024 or sooner if possible! We will send tracking information to this email when a label is created for shipment. Some orders may be sent in multiple shipments if more than one map was ordered as each piece is completed."To date I have still not received the map and now I am not getting any response to my emails.

      I ordered this product in the spring of 2024 and have inquired several times for an update both in writing and by phone. I paid extra for express delivery (anticipated delivery June 2024. Product was paid in full $209.95 via Applepay. Neither the website not the phone number are in working order (disconnected). I would like a refund. Such poor customer service as there has been zero communication provided by the vendor.

      In April of 2024, I submitted an order for a wooden map of Big Basswood Lake from ********** for $299.95. After months of not receiving my order, the company informed me that it was a custom map and would need extra time. After many other attempts to seek an update or a refund, the company stopped responding and the website is gone.

      Ordered a wooden map of my home golf course in June 2024 for $629.95. Received an email 1 week later stating the map was in "awaiting fulfillment". Since then, their website is "down for maintenance" and their phone number ***************) is no longer in service. I noticed an update on BBB website from the company, but nothing that the company told BBB has happened. Since the transaction is more than 60 days old, I cannot request a refund through my ***********
