      I order 2 maps from Sportman's Connection on 3/5/2024. I have never received them or received a refund for the product that was never delivered. I would like my $693.40 back.

      On 6-7-24 I paid Sportsman's Connection $341.90 for two lake maps. I have never received any products. I have reached out to them several time without any kind of response. I would like these maps before 12-25-24 or I want a full refund.

      I ordered a customized map on December 15, 2023. I never received order. I have a few emails with the company confirming the order with apologies that it was taking so long assuring me it would be delivered in 2-3 months. Last email response was June 17, 2024. I was informed I would receive my merchandise in 2-3 months once again. I have tried to email and call this past week and it appears the company has closed. Im not sure how I will collect the ******I spent. Any help will be much appreciated!Thank you!

      I ordered a lake map on 12/01/23 and paid $167.95 using my **** credit card. I never received my map. I got an update around Christmas saying that it was going to be delayed due to a small company receiving many orders. I reached out a few times. On 04/10/24, I received an email stating that my order status had been updated from awaiting fulfillment to in production. I kept checking my order status, reached out to the company several times and never got a response. A few weeks ago, I was unable to check the status due to the website no longer being available.

      On 4/9/2024 I placed an order with Sportsman Connection for a custom map of **************************** with custom engravings on the back. The total for the order was $209.95 and I paid in full for the order through ******. I was emailed a confirmation with links provided for checking your order status. I became suspicious after a few weeks when the links stopped working- unable to check the status of my order. I first contacted Sportsman Connection in May for clarification on the status link, to which I received no reply. I sent a follow up a few weeks later. Once I didn't receive a second reply I went to find their ******** page hoping to contact an employee through there. In the comments I found many many folks just like myself looking for answers. I was also shocked to see the comments being deleted right infront of my eyes! This behavior is absolutely on par with predatory and scammer attributes. What I originally thought was a small business over their head with production schedules actually seems like an attempt to defraud good people of their money. I have asked for a refund from this company and have not received a dime, an apology or even been lucky enough to speak to someone at the company! The phone rings and rings and the website does not seem to exist anymore. Social media pages are also gone.

      Paid $179 for custom map in November 2023. Product never received and vendor completely unresponsive. ******************* has also refused to chargeback because of how long its been since the initial charge so Im left footing the bill for the stolen money

      On May 14 0f 2024 I Ordered a map from this company for my husband for fathers day. After about 8 weeks I called the number that was given through the **** receipt. Someone called me back and asked me to chose a different map. I did what he asked. I emailed in August asking about my map. I completely forgot about the map. I remembered a few weeks ago. I emailed and have received no response. I just want my money back. 584 dollars is a lot of money to take and not give someone what they ordered. I just want my money back.

      I ordered a gift for my Dad for Father's Day from this company. I placed the order on 4/21/24. I emailed them after waiting several months and they responded, advising that they've been experiencing challenges and that they'd send the gift as soon as they had it designed and made. It has been 7 months now, they've not responded to any of my 3 emails over the last couple months, and their website appears to no longer operational. I just want my money back as this has got to be theft at this point.

      I purchased a custom wood engraved map from Sportman's Connection last year before Christmas. I contacted the company numerous times and was often told to call someone else or received a delayed status update message. I have yet to receive my map and it now seems their website and phone have gone offline. I am now out $174.95 USD and seem to have no other means of recourse as it is past the 3 month window to seek action through my credit card company.

      Ordered and item for Fathers Day 2024 and never received. Made several attempts to contact when via email and by phone with no response- now unable to log into website.
