On June 30, 2024, I submitted an order for a wooden map of ***************, **. Hello,I placed an order for an engraved map with this company on December 2nd, 2023. On January 26th, 2024, I was notified that the map was in production. For a while I was getting some responses that my order is in production, that its the first requested golf course so would take more time to create. Then the status of the order stopped progressing and I was unable to receive timely responses. At this point, the companys ******** and website seems to have been decommissioned and theres no way to contact them.Initial Complaint

I viewed an online add for wood engraved maps of golf courses. I did investigate the company, Sportsman's Connection, and found a ******* channel and reviews which seemed legitimate. I placed an order for two items on Friday, Jan. 19, 2024. Order # ****** for the amount of $524.77. I received an invoice for the purchase on Jan. 19, 2024. I received another email on Jan. 22, 2024 notifying me that the status of my order had been changed to 'Awaiting Fulfillment'. On Apr. 10, 2024, I received another email advising the status of my order changed to 'In Production'. I have not received any additional communications from Sportsman's Connection. I sent an email to ***************** on Sept. 24, 2024 requesting and update on the status of my order. I have not had a reply. I became suspicious when I attempted to use the link, ******************, provided in the email and received the following message: "This site cant provide a secure connection ********** uses an unsupported protocol.ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH Then, I did further research which found a thread on Reddit indicating that many other people have had similar issues with Sportsman's Connection.Initial Complaint

Ordered a map on November 6, *****. **** asking for an update, they finally responded in April. Have not heard from them since. Went to check on it again and their website is no longer up, and when I searched there were alot of people who ordered last Oct-Dec and have never received their order.
