Last Christmas 2023, my children told me they had contracted with Sportsman's Connection for a wall map of ********************, ****. It was represented that this map would be sent by February 2024.I called in March trying to get information and was told that the map would be sent by July 2024. In July I called and left a message because there was no live person to speak with. Now when I call the number had been disconnected. I ordered a customized map from the Sportsman Connection website on November 19, 2023. I paid $422.95 in full on my credit card. I still have not received the map. I have been in touch with the company approximately every 1-2 months, and they assured me that they were backed up, but they were working on my order. Now their website is no longer working and their phone is disconnected. I have sent them MANY e-mails in the last 4 months with no reply. The last time I heard from them was in June of 2024, when they assured me on the phone that they were working on my order. Please help. This map was expensive, and I would at least like my money back if they are not going to fulfill my order.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Sportsman Connection on March 10, 2024 for a map, paying $299.95. On June 4th they offered a discount if I would wait another 2 months for the map to be shipped. I was busy so didn't follow up on the offer. But now it is 4 months later and their website is down. Looking at reviews it looks like it has been down at least a month.Initial Complaint

I ordered two maps on Dec. 1, 2023. In April, I received one of the two maps. It's now October 9th, and after multiple attempts at reaching customer service, I have not heard anything since receiving the first map in April. It's been 10 months and I still don't have my 2nd map. At this point, I'd like a refund or at minimum, some kind of update telling me when I can expect my map. I paid over $300 for each map. This is ridiculously pathetic. What kind of business promotes their product on social media during the holidays all while knowing they evidently didn't have the capacity to fulfill the orders they were receiving. They also didn't have the customer service capabilities to reach back out to frustrated customers. This is almost criminal at this point. They took a lot of money from a lot of customers and for all intents and purposes, have put their head in the sand.Initial Complaint

I was quoted a time to produce the product I ordered (60 days) at the time of purchase on 3/27/2024. I paid $200 for the product in full. Two weeks later I received an email that my product was "In production". After that email, the company has gone completely silent. I ordered a custom map on December 7, 2023 from this business. The estimated delivery date was January 2024. The delivery date was extended several times. At first the business responded to correspondence requesting status but they stopped responding in June 2024. The map has not been delivered and the last several attempts to contact the business have gone unanswered. I would like my money back.
