      Placed order on May 17th. Got one response after multiple emails that they got an overwhelming amount of orders for Fathers Day, ok understandable. I have called 3 times and emailed 5 for an update with no response.

      Placed an order in November 2023, they process payment immediately. Called in January after not receiving my order, and was told there was a delay and my map would be shipped in May. It is now August and I have attempted to call and email multiple times and have received no response.

      I placed an order #****** on December 4, 2023 and paid $159.95. In January 2024 I received an auto-generated email from them saying my order was in production. After a couple emails I sent to them went unanswered, on May 1, 2024, I spoke to an employee who said his name is Anthony, and he told me it would take another 2-3 months to complete my order. I then tried emailing Anthony at the email address he gave me, but it was returned as undeliverable. It’s now been 3 months since that call, and I haven’t received a single word from the company as to status. Under no circumstances should it take 8 months to complete an order for a product like this. The company is taking everyone’s money upfront, so if they truly have production/staffing issues then how about they use some of that money from customers to hire more employees and actually finish orders in a timely fashion? As a fellow Wisconsinite, I was happy to order from this company initially, but the lack of communication and excessive delays for order completion are completely unacceptable. It reflects very poorly on a Wisconsin-based company. Do better. Period. I ask that my order be completed within 30 days, and I request that BBB enforce compliance with that request.

      I ordered a map on February 19, 2024 (Order #******)valued at $159.95. I reached out in April asking for an update on the order. I received a response saying it would be completed "by the end of May, if not sooner." After not receiving my order, I followed up with emails on June 18th and 26th. Sportsmans Connection has not followed up on either email. I've been more than patient, but the lack of communication at this point is a red flag. I'm asking for either completion of the order or a reimbursement of the money which they charged me back in February ($159.95)Thank you

      I placed an order on 11/24/23 for a custom golf map and have not received the purchased product to this date. I received an email on 4/10/24 saying the item is in production but still 3 months later I haven't received the item. At this time, I no longer need the item and will seek full reimbursement. It seems this is a pretty standard complaint with this company. It seems like this company is pretty pathetic in updating customers of their orders as well as delivering the product in a timely manner.

      I would not purchase anything from this company. I left voice mails, sent emails with no responses. You cannot get a live person to talk to get questions answered. Be very cautious

      I ordered two maps from this company in January 2024. Received one map inn February and received an email from them saying it would take longer because they had never made a map of this lake. I have tried contacting them through phone message and email but cannot get a response. The price of this map was $159.95. Both maps were paid for with Paypal. Paypal has been contacted and cannot help because of a time limit. I was trying to be patient and waiting for my map to arrive. Can you help me get my money returned or the map finally made? Thank you.

      Highly recommend the lake maps made by Sportsman's Connection! We ordered one as a gift for my brother and he LOVES it! We didn't realize these can take a while to produce as they are made one at a time. We reached out to the company pretty much begging for it to be done in time for my brothers' birthday. It arrived with several days to spare! Their response time to our emails was great!

      I ordered a lake map to be done for a present. I was extremely happy with my order. It took a couple months to receive the map but the craftsmanship was beautiful. It was so worth it!! If you are willing to be patient you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!
