I am writing let you know I feel like I have been scammed by this product. They made my foot pain worse and I feel I threw $2,100 out the window. Certainly, I wish I would have done a little more research related to your product before I threw money down the drain. I since found out I am not alone in this from the reviews here. I have let my friends know what a waste this product is and will continue to share my experience with anyone who is interested in seeking out the Good Feet Store for any foot issues. And to not provide any type of refund...thats just bad business. You sure talk the good talk... and I feel into the trap.****

I got suckered in, too, but what do you know. After wearing as instructed, my feet feel better than they have in years. I can walk up to 5 miles without being sore when I'm done. The worst issue I have with the store is all the extra **** they kept "suggesting" at supposed very low cost and yet my bill was exorbitant. And, all my shoes squeak with the inserts. I can't sneak up on anyone. Ha! This was worth it to me, just to not be sore after walking.

I was charged almost $2300 for 4 orthotics and 3 inserts for my shoes. I took them home wore them as instructed and my feet hurt worse than they did before as well as having Charlie horses now in my calves at night that wake me up. I have attempted calling and I left 1 message to a call I received but was never contacted back. I would love to turn all this garbage back in and at least get half my money back for a scam that doesn't work.  ****** *

Scam! Avoid at all costs. I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing. If I could give a zero I would.

My intention was to buy a pair of tennis shoes with good support and instead I left with a 3 step program that includes 4 sets of supports, 3 pairs of liners and 2 pairs of diabetic socks. It would be nice if the saleswoman would have given me a few options but the only option was the 3 step program. I paid over $2000 for something like this? I made a BIG mistake. Numerous times I've called to talk to someone but they won't even call back. It would be nice if they would split the cost. They still would be making a lot of money. How can a company do this to people! Hopefully people read the reviews before they buy.

The Good Feet Store scammed me for items I did not need. Their policy is All Sales are final. Three different Arch supports for a total of $1770 to be worn in tennis shoe for six weeks for certain hours each day. $159.90 for overlay cushion. $9.95 for velco tab strips - no idea what this is. $55.90 for thin air ankle socks. Orthopedic shoes $249.95 which I would wear the arch supports in. $16.95 for heel cushions. For a grand total of $2,309.92. Broke left hip in Oct. of 2023, Left leg is now 3/4" shorter than right leg. Went to Good Feet on June 8,2024. Was just looking for help in balancing out my left leg. I know I will never get my money back and I should have had someone with me to view all of this. Not feeling to smart. Good Feet did not help. Lessen learned Arch supports lasted exactly three weeks. Could not take it.

I usually look up business reviews before I visit a retail company and failed to do so this time. I should have asked about the prices before I spent the time to try on the inserts at the store. At no time did my salesperson state that All Sales Are Final and I didn't read my receipt. No reputable business should conduct their business this way. This would have alerted me immediately. I just made my purchase three days ago and already I have buyers remorse. I'm a retired senior on a fixed income and even though I chose the least expensive package, it was still a lot of money for me. The insert feels OK but I still want to return them and get a full refund. I would prefer to go to a podiatrist instead for my orthotics. I should have gone home to think about it before I signed anything. I'm going to contact on of my local tv stations to see if they can pursue this for me. Their commercials are impressive but one cannot trust that image alone.

The inserts hurt me worse. I paid over 2000.00 and it was all a waste of my hard earned money. I cannot believe I fell for the scam. I was so desperate to do anything that would ease my feet pain. They make you buy expensive shoes, and a massager that can be bought for less money somewhere else. Don’t go there!! I get mad every time I see their stupid commercials.

I went to the ***************** store. The salesman was a salesman pushing the product. He went in back and go the supports that were supposedly for my feet. The tennis shoes. I walked around the store and it didn't feel to bad. Must be something in their floors to make it feel your getting relief. I wore the inserts as instructed. Was told I would feel so much better. I work 12hr days at the Chiefs games. I wore them and I could barely walk to my car at the end of the evening I ws in so much pain. It took almost a week to get back to feeling normal. When I contacted the store they said to come in and be refit. I am not going back for a refit. I can't have that much pain again. Was told how much inserts and shoes would help my feet and back. I paid over $2000 yes stupid me falling for the sales pitch. This was an expensive learning experience they should be able to refund at least half back.Total scam. All I am wanting is the money back for all but the shoes.

      It’s definitely a Scam.
You walk around in a shoe they provide on a cushioned carpet wearing the 3 different inserts they provide then ask you if things feel better.
Then they hit you with their Inflated prices at check out time.
When it’s higher then what’s in your bank account they find another way for you to finance their high priced Product.
      Buyer beware.
