      I ordered flowers for Mothers Day and when the flowers arrived there were two boxes which was strange given I only placed one order. Each box contained a similar set of flowers and appeared to be two of the same order. I checked my email which showed only one order, however my credit card statement showed two charges for the same amount. When I called customer service they indicated they had records of two orders and I informed them I only had records of one order and I only made one order. They said that because the flowers had been delivered there was nothing they could do to refund me for the duplicate order even though I never authorized it. I have reached out to customer service since and they have not done anything to correct the issue and provide a refund for the duplicate order.

      We regret to hear that the services didnt meet customer's expectations. 
      As far as indicated in the data base, there are two identical orders. We are not able to be informed prior about duplicated orders. 

      We are unable to issue a refund for orders that are confirmed, prepared or sent out for delivery.  However, we would like to offer a replacement order free of charge. Alternatively, we could send a gift basket of equal value or issue a store credit that the customer can use at any time in the future.

      I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mothers Day. They were delivered on May 6. I paid a premium to have them delivered on May 8. The flowers that arrived were completely dead. It was an embarrassment. I have been offered a replacement bouquet or a credit. I bought a replacement gift last minute. I do not want a replacement bouquet or a credit because I do not want anything from Bloomex. Mothers Day has past and I want a refund.

      We take quality issues very seriously and seek to provide fresh and beautiful flowers at all times and for all orders.  
      The initial complaint received stated bad quality of flowers and our customer service agent requested customer to send us photos to the email address.
      We are unable to issue a refund for orders that are confirmed, prepared or sent out for delivery.  However, we would like to offer a replacement order free of charge. Alternatively, we could send a gift basket of equal value or issue a store credit that the customer can use at any time in the future.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The flowers were ordered for Mothers Day and because they were dead, I bought a replacement. I do not want another bouquet of flowers, the occasion has passed. I paid a premium to have the flowers delivered on Mothers Day. The flowers were delivered two days early. I did not receive the product I ordered or on the day I requested. I want my money refunded.
