      If i could leave a negative number i would! All they do is lie about the product to get it out the door! Samnsung fridge 7 months old compressor went ******* has already said they will replace but brick is sitting on the hands doing nothing!! And we found out new fridge is butane refridgerent and we dont want that ! Looking at reviews now these things are absolute junk and brick in regent are the absolute worst people to deal with!!! Always saying its not there problem !! ******* says it is! There rude and wont return calls!

      We were repeat customers with The Brick and will not be spending our money at this store. We will take our money elsewhere in town.I feel that we were misled by their sales people and warranty department in regards to our extended warranty then screwed out of the unused warranty refund by their customer service.I submitted a warranty claim on our kitchen table when there was a few weeks left in our warranty as per the advice from our sales person who sold us the table. It took me 5 months of calling, speaking to 7 different people and getting extremely frustrated before I got an answer on my claim. I was denied in May of 2023 and told by their warranty department that I would be getting a 100% of the warranty refund as store credit and could come in at anytime to use it.We looked at pedestals for our washer and dryer today but were told that we did not receive our credit.The lady at customer service told us that we needed to redeem the warranty refund within 90 days of it expiring if we wanted our money back which was ******* of 2023 according to her. It needed to be done even with an open and unsettled claim at the time. Their warranty department and sales personnel did not tell me this at all when I spoke to them multiple times in regards to my claim. All I was told was "yes, you are getting it. Just come in and spend it" when inquiring about the refund.We were told by customer service that if we wanted to get our claim approved on the kitchen table it needed to be submitted before the start of the 5th year into the extended warranty which is why it was denied. So, you will be *** if anything happens during the 5th and final year according to the lady in customer service today as we found out.The information between the sales personnel, warranty department and customer service is very different, extremely confusing and misleading. The sales team sell you one thing which is not honored and different than what the rest of the staff will tell you.

      Purchased a washer and dryer back in February 2023. Upon delivery, the liquid tray was scratched with a knife when opening the plastic. I have reached out to my sales representative by email and phone countless times. Same story every time, oh Im getting on it. Now Im completely ignored. I then called head office where they have said countless times that they are looking into it and will have it ordered. Its now the last week in June and I havent heard from anyone to follow up or seen the part. It truly feels that when you complete your purchase, they are completely done with you. Beware!!

      Ordered a dishwasher from the Brick April 2023. Was told to pick it 26 May. On that day no dishwasher. Told I would receive a phone call during the first week of June. No phone call. I contact the Brick that week and I'm told it will arrive 17 June. I contact the Brick on 17 June and told it's now arriving 21 June don't contact head office anymore contact the store in West Edmonton directly to see if it's in. 20 & 21 June been trying to contact the store directly no answer no voice mail. Looks as though I am out over $600

      I purchased my couches from The Brick just before Covid. I also was talked into getting the warranty. They made it sound like a great deal. All the seat cushions started fray.its Chenille. The cushions themselves were so thin it didnt even seem like we were sitting on anything. The couches were only a yr old but looked 10 yrs old and like we had 10 kids living there. We have no kids. We called the store and they sent out a furniture tech. He agreed the covers and cushions were in need of being replaced. This was almost a yr and a half ago now and Im still waiting for them to deliver my new cushions and seat coverings. I keep getting the run around and told we are sorry for the delay, we will request they be sent out ASAP. *** told everyone who will listen not to shop at The Brick or if they do dont spend the extra money for the warranty. I am so disappointed. Horrible horrible service. They should be ashamed to have their names on the pieces of c*** furniture they have in my home. Everyone who comes to my home knows not to shop there

      Totally shafted, I Purchased a tv mount but was not sure it would work. Sales person said, no problem, I can bring it back if it doesn't work. It did not work as there was to adjustment to center the *** Despite the box and its contents were never used, they said I only had 7 days to return it. They would not give me a store credit or come to any other arrangement. I would NEVER make any purchase at any store that only gave a 7 day return policy, unless it was fully disclosed and I agreed. The were total dishonest, and I have fired them, vowing to never make ANY purchase from the Brick EVER!

      The Brick owes ** over 1000$ for retired items and its well over a month later and we can barely get a reply or an answer. Our salesman ********************* is always pointing the finger at others and hasnt taken responsibility for any of the insanity thats happened since we bought over 16k worth of stuff from them. They got our money, made so many mistakes with the order and now we cant get any customer service from them and that includes from the store manager ***! I wouldnt recommend the Brick to anyone. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

      Brick Should not be in the business and shouldn't be allowed to run a business in ******. Their services are worse than a 3rd world country. I bought a few items and they sold insurance as they added in to the price and then reduced the price and made it look like it was discounted price. They delivered furniture as per schedule but 2 items were missing, a few days later 2nd delivery made but when boxes opened another part was missing, 3rd delivery attempt made but delivery people left without delivering and claimed that there was no one home but there was someone home and we even phoned them and asked where they were but no one cared. Multiple calls made to store but no response. No response from their call centre and they told ** to deal with the store. Contacted through ******** but no response. Store manager has very rude behaviour and does not care. Their is no head office or Ombudsman to talk to and even I reached out to other locations but they couldn't tell anything and asked to go back to same store who kinda told me to go to h*** I still have 1 item missing after around 2 months and I just dont have time to go to court for this but my question is why are they in the business?.There should be some regulations and escalation process for retail stores. NO ONE SHOULD BUY ANYTHING FROM THE BRICK or you will regret life time.

      I have tried calling your store 10 times and also filled online complaint / claim and have not heard back anyone in brick. We bought furniture worth $10000 four months ago and one sofa (sectional) which is still under manufacturer warranty is started to come apart and there is a big hole in the sofa within 4 months of purchase.We also purchased brick warranty on top of manufacturer warranty. Your store is not responding to our concerns and people on the call speak rudely and disconnect saying ** to fill online(which we already done 15 days ago with no response)

      I was sold a fridge on January 28,2023 that was returned by another customer in April ****** was not told it had been returned and was a used fridge. Whirlpool informed ** that it was registered to another person in April 2021 .It has not worked since day one and has had two repairs to the master board and fan and still doesn't work. Nobody is willing to take responsibility for selling a $1748. $2191.39 with warranty fridge that was used.We were never informed it was a return because it didn't work ,we were only informed that it was on sale because of a scratch.This is the height of dishonesty.I have shopped at the brick for many years and this incident is very serious in my eyes and I would never recommend the Brick EVER to anyone.Buyer beware!!!
