This company is in the business of financial manipulation vs selling furniture. The sell products and charge upfront or tie sell you a credit card where payments start the day you purchase and the product is not delivered for months. In the meanwhile they have made money on the interest you pay if you finance or by putting the money you paid (or other means of payment) for months as they dont deliver you the product for months.BBB has so many complaints against them yet rate them an A?Consider litigation so companies like them stop deceiving people:

I am beyond frustrated with The Brick. I purchased a washing machine that cost me over $1500 with the warranty. It was supposed to be hooked up when it got here, I paid for the installation fee. The guys delivered it and hooked it up halfway and left. Told me the part didnt fit right and I would have to figure it out on my own. I paid $100 out of pocket for a plumber to come and hook it up. Furthermore, I was very clearly explained that if/when there was warranty service needed, that it would be a hassle free process. A year and a half later. I have been without a washing machine for TWO MONTHS due to the Kings of ************* that the brick has for servicing -Called the telephone number several times a week, and could not get through. -Then sent a service request online, did not get a response. -finally called the brick, the told me to send another form, as they were having technical issues with their phone. Still no response through email -finally called the number again (this was about 3 weeks later at this point) -they made an appointment for ANOTHER 3 weeks from then -they did call as planned on the morning of the appointment, however, they needed another part because now there was a hose needed on top of the other issue that was fixed -the technician said it would take a few days to a week for the hose to come in, and they would be in contact in about one week. I heard nothing.-I called back again after 10 days, for an update, they had no notes or any information on my part and said they would contact me with an update That was two days ago. Still nothing. So, over two months later, still no washer fixed. Still no update. Never again with this company. Ever.

This place is a joke! I bought extended warranty for my peace of mind. Our sales representative didnt explain to us about the 90 days after the warranty. She told me that we can claim it anytime. BUT SHE NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT 90 days. I never used that warranty. When we came there to get that amount like what she told me. They told me that we cannot claim in and they cannot do something about it. It feels like they are cheated on us.

Went in for a dishwasher left with over 6 thousand dollars worth of stuff. Left happy then found out that our dishwasher was installed incorrectly and left in potentially a fire waiting to happen stage as the warranty specialist said. We were out of country when it was installed and never worked when we got back so had to deal with warranty. Which was good just had to wait over a week. Then noticed extra charges on our new accounts that were opened to take advantage of the 0% interest deal where they were adding upto $50 a month on two cards as a payment deferred premium. Which is added to we said no multiple time but somehow we sign but the store wont do anything about their dishonest salesman as you know we had to of signed it. It was very underhanded how it was done and the insurance for the payment that we were being charged for is outrageously expensive for what me would get if used. Again we said no multiple times. So being rushed to sign dont worry about it sign and everything else we are out $300 from a crooked system the brick.

This situation is so sad! I bought a king size foam mattress at The Brick in *********, after few months of use I notice it was bad to my body so I claimed the warranty and had it exchanged to new coil system king size mattress (cost of 3 thousand). After 3 months of use I have noticed it sinking down, I immediately claimed the warranty. The technician came to inspect the mattress and notice that it was already sunk 1 inch. After all this, my body and back already hurt, I got the information of the claimed was refused because the warranty says the Mattress has to sink 1 1/2 minimum in order for replacement. Mattress *******, and got this joke! They do what they want to sell. then after, thats what the client gets! never again buy anything at The Brick! Poor quality!

We purchased a new 75 ** from the Brick online. The ** was delivered and the top box was taken off. Leaving the ** wrapped in plastic and the bottom partially covered, delivery personnel did a quick once-over for damage and told us that we had 48 hours to report any issues after they leave. The next morning we went to set up the ** removing it from all plastic wrap. The ** looked fine until we plugged it in at which point we could see a giant crack on the screen. The crack was so bad that no picture would show. The crack was hard to see until the ** was turned on, and nearly impossible to see with the plastic still on. Immediately we called The Brick ********, sent in pictures and were told by the manager that in his opinion, we did the damage to the ** ourselves after the delivery and were by him that he has seen this happen before. We were so put off to immediately being called liars we asked to speak to another manager. We spoke to the regional manager and she informed us nothing could be done after the 48 hour window. We told her that we called the damage in in less than 24 hours. The Brick then proceeded to dodge our calls for over a month. They consistently gave us excuses like Oh hes in a meeting He will call you back. We finally got a hold of someone who told us they would see if the manufacturer would replace the **. Their response was that it was the Bricks responsibility to replace it. The Brick said they will not replace it and that was that. We reported this issue to the Better Business Bureau and the Brick replied with a blatant lie stating they offered us a store credit. That never happened and they were obviously trying to cover their image. Now we are left with an inoperable $2000 **. What is the point of having a 48 hour damage policy if it is not adhered to. The Brick should 100% be held liable for this damaged item. Now, not only will I NEVER give the brick my business but I will warn everyone that I know to stay away from the Brick.

Bought a dryer. Salesperson assured us that with purchase of flexible hose, dryer will be installed. There was no way to schedule morning or afternoon delivery: it is all up to them. When they called they assigned 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. delivery time. Truck came well after 5 p.m. Except they informed us that the hose was too short. Are we the only ones with the laundry room in the basement? And they cannot carry variety of hoses? They also left huge box filled with the packing material on the property. Promised to call later to reschedule the installation & to remove the box. 2 days later we got 'a courtesy' call: nobody is going to come & do anything. We had to hire an outside contractor to finish the job. Should've read customer comment before setting our foot in The Bricks.

I purchased a dinning room set that cost me almost 2k (after purchasing 10k in furniture and appliances )I contacted them and advised that after only a few days my table was stained with water and that the stains wont come out. My whole table is ruined. An agent called me back and left me a voicemail that they would offer me 100$ reimbursement. After approximately 2-3weeks of purchasing the set, one of my chairs broke. I contacted them yet again and they emailed me back saying well its a wood table they stain there is nothing we can do, go on ******* and look at videos on how to wash it. And that the 100$ no longer applies since its normal to have water stains. They offered me 60$ reimbursement or 80$ credit in store. The dinning room set is called Macsen 7 piece dinning package with fig chairs. The screws in the chair are always loose I have to tighten them every few days ..Do not buy from The Brick.
