I called this company ********** because one of the burners was not working. I was told it would cost $80.00 minus $15.00 seniors discount ** ** ** ***** *** *** ** ******* ** *** for the call. A man arrived in the afternoon of December 9, 2022, used our bathroom and then took the panel off the back of the stove. He said he had to replace two temperature sensors which he had in his toolbox at a cost of $270.00 and labour would be $295.00! Total cost of $621.50. We wanted to pay with **** but he said it had to be cash or debit.
I didn’t witness him removing the faulty temperature sensors or replacing them with new ones. He plugged the range back in and told us NOT TO TURN IT ON FOR THREE HOURS. I didn’t have my reading glasses on and ******** signed that the repair was demonstrated to me. He left and said,”100% it will work.” He also wrote on the invoice that we might have to replace the main board and element for a further $1052.99. After three hours I turned on the burner but it still wasn’t working. I called the company to tell them the burner wasn’t working and I would like a refund. I was willing to pay the initial $65.00. I was told that the company does not give refunds. ** ****** **** ********** ***** **** ******** **** ******* ***** *** **** **** *** ********** **** ****** ******** ******* Please help! We are out $621.00 and a burner that does not work.

Our dishwasher broke down and we were first visited by a technician from The A Team Appliance Repair November 3, 2022. We were informed that the “circulation pump needed to be replaced and we paid them $1989.45 on debit. We were told they would return to replace the pump which was the solution. After several scheduled installation dates came and went, we finally told them we wanted a refund which prompted them to send a technician soon after that on November 29. The technician replaced the pump and we were required to pay another $143.42 as we were initially “undercharged”. We weren’t allowed to test the dishwasher before the technician left because “the dishwasher needed time to dry and re-seal”. When we tried it the next day, it still didn’t work, so we contacted them and said so. We were informed it was under warranty so they sent a technician on December 3, and after seeing the display on the dishwasher say error code “f70”, the technician told us it was a problem with the motherboard. He said that this could have been caused by installing a faulty pump and therefore we would be fully reimbursed “minus $80” for a service fee or something. He didn’t recommend fixing the motherboard as the pump and the motherboard are the two central pieces of the dishwasher and it was best to replace the washer. He even recommended a different brand. We followed up with the company December 3rd and were informed there would be no refund. They were hired to “replace the pump and that’s what they did”. After ******** “error code f70”, the internet suggests that it is still some sort of pump issue and not “the motherboard” as they are now suggesting. In summary, we paid them to fix the dishwasher, we were informed of the solution, they rendered that service, and when that didn’t fix the problem, they said the problem was something else and they weren’t responsible. Whether their assessment of the problem was inaccurate, or their work/parts they used were faulty, we need a refund.

The technician from The A Team Alliance Repair didn't resolve the problem with my dishwasher, I had paid $600 (including parts and labor) and was told that I will have 4 month warranty. I found out the next morning I am having the same problem and tried to call them to book an appointment as it appears they are having a hard time finding technicians to come and have a look. * **** **** **** ** * **** *** ** ****** ******* **** ******* ********* *** **** ******

On September 23rd at 11:05am I contacted the appliance repair team for a same day appliance service call. Our call was 3 minutes long. During that time my husband successfully reset the electrical panel on the appliance I was contacting them about and it began working properly. I called them back at 11:14am (I have proof of these call times and length attached) to cancel the service call less than ten minutes after hanging up. They refused to cancel the service and said I would be charged $90 for the service call despite the appliance not needing attention and suggested I allow their tech to come and inspect our machine since we would be charged regardless. I told them that since no tech had been assigned to us in under ten minutes I would be disputing the charge and did not require service. They have since sent a collection agency after me for a $90 service charge but we never used their services and did not cost them any resources or time.

On Nov. 4 they came to repair ******* oven , it was not heating to right temp. Repair guy was hear 1/2 hr. Charged me for bake element $ 633.00 did not stay to make sure oven reached the right temp. after it went over temp. We put in. So he comes back Nov. 28 and checks it and says it might need a board sensor assembly next which would cost over $ 700. Ok this oven is heating up it is just out by 25 to 50 degrees from temp you Put in. Now since last visit from them it is way out it seems to me they are just conning and collecting money for parts or they have no clue. So I called them and asked them to reimburse me the money because it was not fixed. Also no one would pay what they want to fix a stove you would buy a new one with that amount. They refused to give me any money back.

We hired them to fix our oven. We paid them 900 dollars for the part and half the labour. Now over 2 months later the oven isn't fixed. They have sent multiple techs, 2 which had no idea what they were doing and we belive damaged the oven further. Cause after their visit other things were all of a sudden broken with the oven. They don't return our phone calls, *** ** ** and send random techs to our business to fix appliances we didn't request service on. Two techs and a manager promised us a refund and now they won't do anything other than offer a 20% discount off of 2800 worth of repairs they are claiming are now needed. These repairs were not necessary until those 2 techs looked at the machine. I don'f believe they are trained because they asked myself and the other manager how to install the part

After having your appliance repair team visit my home for an assessment on my microwave , I was quoted a price of $706.24 for parts and labour.I thought this was an outrageous price but after being informed that if I choose not to go ahead with the repair I would e charged $280. for the visit and assessment. After questioning if he was 100% certain that all that was needed was a door switch and sensor assemble and it would be fixed .Rather than be out $280. I choose to go ahead with the repair.I also questioned how long it would take for the part to come in.I was told 2-3 weeks.
I paid the technician $511.32 leaving a balance of $194.92 when it was repaired .
After numerous calls asking the ETA on the part the technician finally returned on October 20th.The microwave was installed but still had the same issue as my initial problem. The technician informed me that he would have to take it to the lab .
I received a call call saying the microwave was fixed and a date was set for installation. This date was then rescheduled for Nov. 16.
The technician installed the microwave and left the door ajar . When the door was closed it again starting running on its own (That was the initial problem). My friend told him that the microwave was still not repaired and the technician said" what do you want me to do". He was told that we wanted it fixed.
The technician than stated that he was done and left after leaving an invoice writing on it that he was sending it to collections for the remaining balance.
When I returned from vacation , I phoned and was told that another part was required but they would give me a 20% discount on it. (I dont understand that they came to a conclusion as to what part was needed when they initially said it was repaired)
I refused and was told that if I didnt pay the remaining balance that they would be sending it to collections.
I told them I would pay the remaining balance when they fixed my microwave.

On 11/07/22 they said they could fix my oven. I paid the deposit and should hear in 2 weeks. When I called 3 weeks to the day, the said they tried to call me on the 8th and then again on the 11th, leaving no messages that my oven is discontinued and no parts are avail. I paid my deposit with my debit card. I was then happy to pay the $80.00 house visit but the said the we’re not refunding me the labour amount for the house call and labour!! There was no labour, and they knew within 24 hours, or sooner, they couldn’t get the part (s) *** * ***** **** *** **** * **** to get $300.00 from me for absolutely nothing. When you commit to the company’s visit, they say it will be $80.00 and if you go ahead with them, they waive that charge. Also, my repair guy, did pop out to my garage to make a call and, now because I’m suspicious, he probably knew right then at my house the part (s) weren’t available. Please help. I’m so upset. Kindest regards, *********

I made and appointment for Appliance Repair Team to service my oven in October 4, 2022. They told me that they would provide same day service. After I got off the phone, I read some bad reviews and called to cancel, this took about 10 minutes. They informed me I would have to pay a $90 service fee, then they couldn’t find my appointment to cancel, eventually saw it on the next day. Yesterday I received a letter saying that they fixed my oven, which they did not, they were never here and demanding payment of $90.40. I called their account dept and was told it was their policy to charge even though they hadn’t done anything. Can you help please?
