1 starI signed a contract with the company and immediately had buyers remorse. I emailed them 1 day after signing to cancel my contract, to take advantage of the 10 day cooling off period, and have got very nicely worded emails from customer services. I signed up with this business in Oct 2023.
The salesperson made everything s sound so good and it made sense to save money since we are seniors on a limited income.
First of all he stated that my this is thru are gas company ,and once buyout was done the would be no more bills from them
I’m paying 2 bills one to the gas company and to ********* Company,
It’s been a nightmare I am now paying double.
I phone them on a reg basis about the buyout which I first submitted days after the install,they keep saying they sent this but according never do,have called numerous times and they say they havent received anything from PHS .
Also inquired about rebate which was told I would get in 4 weeks..
Every time I call they make promises but do anything.. * ** **** *********** ** ** ******* ** **** *******,I should of known better, How can this company do this to people ,********** ****** *******They say there calls are monitor that’s not true or they wouldn’t be able to make promises they know there not keeping.
I will not be contacting them anymore on advise of my lawyer, they will take over from here.
I would like to warn others to pls check with your gas companies to make sure they’re affiliated with them if not don’t let them in.
Also the nice salesman who pitched the **** does not have number any longer that he provided to us in case we need him.Provincial Smart Home Services

I have not received any calls from you,
If you did call and the call was missed ,why wasn’t a voicemail left.
I did receive an email recently from someone At PSHS requesting a final bill from my gas company ,and also for the buyout this is the 3rd time I sent them.
I called the utility companies which say they have not received anything fromPSHS.Provincial Smart Home Services

Receive a call from Khadija Customer relations was advised the Buyout And Gas bill would be paid today Nov 30 2023.
Followed up a few days later and was told payments were made they were not.Followed up again Dec 6 2023 she assured me and promised that the payment were made,again they were not made and the 2 companies stated they have not heard from PSHS at all,
I have not heard from her at all shes avoiding my emails and phone calls,I called several times they said shes not in and they will give her message.She also gave me a number for her directly that goes right to music and no one answers.
I received a final warning on my gas bill that is 2 months behind ,and had to pay it or have gas shut off this is the first time in over 30 yrs i have been late on a bill. Im now paying PSHS and Gas Company and rental on equipment that was suppose to be bought out by PSHS .
I cant imagine why this company is ******** homeowners and most ******* seniors like myself,
On advise from my Legal Counsel i was advised not to contact her any further and they will take care of the situation.
The sales person was just as dishonest on how he presented his sale and does not answer the phone number which is on his business card he provided and should be ashamed of himself for his dishonest sale pitch that got us into this mess.

On advice of my lawyer I have stopped payments,and will be having all your equipment removed out of our home.
I will notify you when you can pick up your equipment.
I would also like to mentioned you did nothing to help us,just broken promises,you assured us that our buyout and gas bill was paid,and they have not.Its obvious we will never see the rebate you promised.
There’s nothing you can do to keep us as a customer even if buyout,gas company ant promised rebate was in my account tomorrow.BBB and consumers will be receiving g a copy of this,if I don’t hear from you tomorrow by 4:00.
I have made several attempts email and phone calls ,you completely ignored all.
How you and your company can do this to unsuspecting seniors is beyond me,how do you live with yourselves.M. G.

1 starSalesman visited my home and promised lots of upgrades to my home, showed me some math that makes sense. I told him I needed to confirm with my wife before moving forward. I am certain he/they did this on purpose. Don’t even let these people in your door, don’t fall for the “free thermostat” just for having a conversation. You will regret it. 1 starwell itell you what i think if you like dealing with a company that does not follow through on there rebate program i had all new furnace ac and hepa filter system installed in Janury 3 2023 tried numerous times to get them to come for audit they like to get their money poor job older furnace was better then the on tyhey put in it doesnt blow any heat upstairs had service guy come could help me out i would not recommend this place to any one unless you want to deal with reliable untrustworthy people so tired of waiting the air sealing promised was not done at all they give me the run around on the rebate that autitor will come now on tenth month nobody here **** **** **** this place is put on hold for hours well we see how fast they call now DO NOT TRUSTReview fromRaymond P

1 star** ***** Yes they came right away to sign contract. Once they started it took a few return trips. Workers constantly complaining they were on another job and hated leaving to do my install of hot water tankless tank. After the last time they left we noticed we had no hot water pressure, so on a facetime call with a supervisor and I had to go thru troubleshooting technics with him when we finally figured out they forgot to turn the valve for the water to go into the unit. It's now 4months and hundred Emails and I'm still waiting for the payment for the August payment auto from previous hot water tank rental. I had to call my old supplier to get the unit cancelled even though they said they would took care of everything. Now I'm stuck with them.

Wanted to install that same day and when we said that day didn’t work they said they could come back tomorrow. Then never showed up to and never called and didn’t respond to our calls. 5 starsInitially, I did not have a positive experience; however, after getting in touch with the Customer Service Manager (Shae), all of my issues were resolved. Shae not only took care of the various issues but she went above an beyond. She is committed in resolving customer issues and building a strong team. In the coming times, I’m hopeful that this commitment will reflect and flourish through Provincial Smart Home Services organization and its members. Along with speedy service, they’ll be able to resolve customer issues effectively.
