    They are so quick to instal and sell products and sign contract. When it come to installation they will do it quickly and they will call and respond to your calls or questions and promise you to help you apply for the government rebate and cancel your old furnace or water tank service tillllllllllll you sign the contract.
    Once you sign the contract with them , you will start calling and bagging them to cancel your old services or get your assessment so you can apply for the rebate or also to get back your double payments. They will ignore your requests as if you are asking them for mercy.
    I got my new heat pump, water tank and furnace at May. Since that time i call them to get my double payments back, and to get the assessment so o can apply for the rebate. They promised me each time i call that i wiil get the appointment in few days but no one call at all.
    Today is Sep 15 and i didn’t get my double payments or the rebate assessment. Friend pf mine get her heat pump from ******** last month and she already get the assessment and applied for the rebate while i am still bagging them for almost four months.
    I never recommend this service for anyone unless you want to bring a stress to your life.

    Dalbir S.h. …a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Came into my house promising the world. …delivered on the things we could control. I’ll give him that. Although my water heater was installed completely wrong and had to pay another company to make sure it was secured properly. I was promised a $750 rebate on July 28th at 9am. Was told it was solid and he’d work to make sure we got our rebate. …it’s now September 15th. He’s dodged my calls and texts. I’ve called the help line multiple times and they have no clue what they’re doing. **** ******* ** * ****. They have no problem taking your money, but won’t dish out their end of the bargain. Maybe if I stop paying on my end something might happen. …also. They were supposed to “Buy Out” my ******** bill. I’m now in collections. They completely dropped the ball there. Just a terrible company run my terrible people.

    This company is unreliable and untrustworthy. Misleading customers into savings and making promises but then do not deliver. They also do not return your calls as promises made falls to the ground .
    I am waiting for a payment to be completed since May it's now September 11th and I'm struck with a bill for $1888.

    I had a Provincial Smart, Home sales person come that **** about how long they been employed with the company
    All there ever was was empty promises regarding buyouts and maintenance
    I called them right away when I wasn’t happy with the gas Water Tankless unit and had asked for an electric
    I have not heard from them. They have scheduled me twice and never showed up.
    I never got my bio oats dealt with. I never got my government grant that was promised I’m still paying for my hot water tank rental that ******** from Kitchener has taken.
    I do not recommend Provincial Smart Home’s. They are not a trustworthy company.

    I think they should look after there customers not block my e mails and give you the run around for the calls that you make for the work they have done 1st of all the reverse osmosis I need to know where to get the replacement filters I'm not asking them to replace them I was just asking where to get them, and 2nd of all the water softener they put in was put in wrong according to ******** came to check it out he found that it was putting water from the softener right down the drain in the floor which results in my water bill just outrageous because it ran from December 18th 2022 till June 2023 and it ran it up to over $300 A month which was enormous *** * **** **** ****** ** **** ** *** **** **** *** *****

    **** ******* ** * ***** on march 2023 I got a call from a sales person name javed he spoke to and he said everything will be taking care u don’t have to be worried the buy out of the hot water tank and 450$ credit back to my billing company and 1650 government funds and after I singe the contract the sales person just has not reply to my calls and I had to call and do all the paper work I have send them more then 10 emails and I have called them more then 10 times it looks like the all trained the same the said some one will call u but no1 has I am so stressed and lost I don’t know what to do and the have been taking money off my account every 2 weeks for the hot water tank but I have no idea if the have paid the company or not plz do not deal with this kind of companies I am afraid this will effect my credit no 1 in the complaint is able to help I am ready to take my old water tank back and pay for it monthly then having there services

    It was my biggest mistake to enroll with provincial smart home. Such a unprofessional company never seen in my life. Not get my rebate and bill credit also buyout my water heater. Is their any way to get out from this company?
