When we signed our contract with Provincial Smart Home Services, nobody told us about Promotional & Remainder Terms, otherwise we wouldn’t have signed the contract. All the representatives from PSHS (Osman, Joseph, Arjon) assured us that we will only pay $37.02 bi-weekly for the whole 60 months.
A few weeks ago, we received a letter from ****** ***** that stated that we have to pay $37.02 (every 2 weeks) for the first 12 months (Promotional Term) and $70.00 for the remaining months (Remainder Term). ** ***** **** **** ** **** **** ** *****. We *** ** * ** ***** *** ****** ******** *** can’t afford to pay more than we have agreed with Smart Home.
In addition to that, the installation of the Smart Home equipment didn’t improve the quality of our water and air. Some rooms remain very dusty, and that was the main reason for signing a contract with Provincial Smart Home Services.
We have sent FIVE emails to PSHS and ****** *****.
Unfortunately, we haven’t received any reply to our emails of June 29, July 3rd, July 5, July 7, and July 12
In addition, I called a few times to Osman and Joseph but without any result.

We would like to return all the equipment back to Smart Home and not to participate in this ****.

    GREAT AFTER SALE SERVICE!!!
I have been trying to get a second appointment since June 30...since then, over 10 appointments were made and cancelled by them...a manger is suppose to call me back since July 4th... It is the worst after sale service company I've dealt with!!! After buying for over $16,000 worth of equipment in October 2021,and paying for 320 months, I want to know how to report this amazing company's customer service NOT!! My AC hasn't worked properly...last summer, first time using the AC, it was not cooling my house, a technician came to check and was baffled at the installation job! He actually put a band-aid because the problem is the same this summer and it is so bad that the coils were frozen and I was told by the technician on June 28 to leave the AC off and start it back Friday June 30 well the coils were starting to get frozen and I stopped the AC and called them!! It is 34 degree C on my main floor with fans going.. I need help as I am a senior and have been fooled by this company. Update: A technician from another company came today July 12 and well do I have an update for you! The installation of not just my AC but everything that was originally installed was all done wrong... For the AC, there was no more freon! no caps were installed, they never changed the coils/ tubes they used what was there since 1992! The cost of getting the diagnostic and fixing just the AC so I can get cool air for the rest of the summer was $819.25. Nonsense!!!

Awful customer service. Do your homework as you can likely get a private contractor to do it cheaper. They *** *** into signing quickly, and do the installation within a couple days. It’s been over a year, and we are still waiting for them to fix some of the issues we’ve had with the install. We’ve have someone from their team come 4 times to assess the problems (with the install) and still not have been fixed. **** **** ***** *** **** ****** ************

An individual arrived at our house on Friday, June 23, 2023, at approximately. 1.00 PM. After having their representative examine our hot water tank, furnace etc...He told us we met all requirements for alleged grants from the government. Upon hearing what, we would meet the criteria for eligible grants of up to $23,000. A contract was entered, and he wanted to do the installation immediately; I said no; and suggested next Wednesday.
After this individual departed, I decided to run a security check concerning Provincial Smart Homes Service. Having reviewed the outcome of my background check, it became evident this company is ******** people across Canada. Their representative indicated they were legit and that we would be satisfied.
We immediately contacted the company and cancelled our contract, and I also advised their call center representative I would be contacting the RCMP to file a complaint.
In closing, the contract indicated we have ten days to cancel upon receiving their printed contract via mail.

Came in and shared everything on paper as what they'll do
They came and installed an On Demand Tankless water tank
I lose more than a gallon of water before I get warm water
I complained almost right away and asked that they switch the gas toan electric
That was almost 3 weeks ago
They are not calling to arrange for this to happen
But to install the on demand gas tankless
They were here the very next day
The Government must STOP advertising all these "Government Grants/Rebates"
And START backing up with real values
The Government has created a feeding frenzy on HomeOwners
