      I placed an online order on Walmart.ca on December 8th 2023, for the amount of $68.23. The item was on sale and in stock at that price, so I paid $68.22 using a Walmart gift card. Walmart immediately cancelled the order and has not issued a refund after promising it would be handled within 10 business days.. I have attempted to contact chat support and the 1800 number to get a resolution *** **** *** *** ********* I have no reason as to why my order was cancelled or why they will not process the refund. I am seeking the full refund, PLUS the amount the item has gone up in price since. $83.98 an additional $20 be added to the gift card. *** *** **** **** **** ** ******* ********* ******* ** ******** *** **** *** ****** ** **** ***

      I went shopping today for a children’s party and I came across a sign that said ****** ******* 36x44g for 0.98. The entire bin only contained unopened boxes of chocolate bars saying 36x44g. I grabbed a box and went to the checkout. I required help because it was not scanning in properly. I had help from one lovely lady wearing a yellow vest. She told me it was one bar for .98 but I showed her the picture of Walmarts advertising if 1 case for .98. I had no idea if they had excessive amounts of bars they were trying to get rid of or if they were expiring too soon. I received help, but continue to get staff begin ** **** ** ** saying I was in the wrong regardless of what the signage says.
      I went to the customer service department and asked to speak to the manager. The cashier called the ass.manager and while she was explaining the situation the manager hung up on her. The manager came by already angry and said “what’s going on”. I explained the signage error and that I would like Walmart to honor their signage. She refused and stated “****** ********** *** *** **** *** It’s per bar” I explained that might be true but that’s not what is advertised. She again angrily refused and said “no, I’m not giving you that price and this is ridiculous”. * **** ** ******** **** **** *** ****** ***** *** **** ***** ** * ****** **** ******* ********** **** ******* *** ********* ******* *** ** **** ** *** She would not acknowledge the signage error and kept refusing to listen to what I was saying. **** ***** **** ******** **** **** ******* *** ** ******* *** ***** ***** ******* **** ** *** ***** ** *****

      on Monday Dec 18th I went on walmarts website to view the weekly flyer that had a video game (** ****** ** ** ******** ******* the flyer showed a price of $39.96 and free shipping so i added it to my cart, however once added it showed up at full price $79.99. I called their support and the person agreed that the price shown on-line did not match what I was being charged. They said if i proceeded to buy it at the asking price they would fix it. They would not guarantee that though.

      I placed an order for a series of 9 8x8 framed personal photos through their online website on November 14 2023 (order number *******). The order was delivered to the store and signed for by Walmart staff on November 28 2023 (*** tracking number ************). When I arrived the next day to pick it up, I was informed the package had been lost. I have tried 10 times to resolve this matter through their phone and in-person customer service desks. I have also sent a letter to their main office and spoken to their assistant manager. I have been told that someone will contact me but have never heard back. It has been almost a month since the package was lost and I have not been compensated. I would like a refund.

      I had a manager tell me and my husband that they don’t uphold the scanning code of practice and refused to honour it her name is ********** ********* store #**** . Recently called the store and talk with **** another manager and she advise me over the phone that yes they do honour the scanning code of practice at that location and offer a gift card but I have to go to that location which I live 4 hours away from I ask if they could mail the card she said no

      i have a Walmart *********** I got a charge of $2218.02 for an Airbnb back in June 18th,2023 that was fraud. I phoned them up and they reimburst the money the next day. Then they charged $2218.02 again on Sep.29th. I called them again that day and they told me that they would look into it and to wait for the next bill to see if it was cleared. The charge was still on there, plus interest. So I called again. And they wont undersand to fix the charge. they just keep passing me to other people. They even told me that the supervior would call me within 48 hours, but didnt.

      Placed order November 27. ETA December 5th. December 6th clicked on track order, not even picked up by courier. Called 1-800 #. Was told special team would prioritize my order and call me with 72 hours. No call or email received. Called again, order still not picked up by carrier. Requested refund. Was told special team would call in 72 hours. Said not acceptable. Asked for manager. Told there isn't one. Asked what exactly the special team did the first time.       I placed an online order on Nov 27 in the amount of 383.05. Paid via gift card. Walmart cancelled this order and has not issued a refund 2 weeks later.
      I have contacted chat support and ********. Both of which have “escalated the issue”
      Chat support said I would be issued a new gift card in 1 business day on Nov 28th.

      I have not been told why order was cancelled or why they will not process the refund
      It was a payment issue - yet they removed the money from the gift card so they have been paid
      Also been informed it did not pass their electronic verification - no response as to what that means

      I have requested copies of their policies that explain why I have not been issued my refund with no response
