I ordered a final sale mattress May 5th. The money was withdrawn from my account. Days after it was due to arrive, I got refunded the money and the order disappeared from my online orders. As such, I reordered (and received) the item. THEN, three weeks after the original futon mattress was supposed to arrive, I got an email that the first one was on the way and I was charged a second time.
Walmart will not let me return it as it's final sale, but if they hadn't been three weeks late AND refunded/canceled my first order, I wouldn't now have two mattresses and be out 220$
I have emailed them, called, and used their online chat and they refuse to refund my money. I don't want the product, I will return it.Business Response

Recieved a digital gift card from a refund. Card ****************. Total $89.13. Spent $44.94 on the 21st in store, leaving a balance on receipt $44.19.
Went to store today to buy more, the balance was declined. 2 times.
I got home. Called 18885375503 twice, first time got the run around. Second call, csr asked me to call the same number. Frustrated I have no idea how to proceed.Business Response

On Dec.7, 2022 I ordered a personalized water bottle online from Walmart Photo Centre in Ontario. I didn't receive it. I called in January and they told me to wait to see if it will arrive. In mid- Jan 2023, I asked for a refund of $24.61. I didn't receive the refund. I have spent so much time on the phone trying to get this solved.( over 7 hours to date) I have emailed them my statement showing I haven't received the refund. They have said numerous times to call my bank. My bank says I have to call them, as there have been no rejected transactions. I have sent emails asking to speak to a supervisor and they don't they don't reply anymore. How many other people think they have gotten a refund when Walnart still has the money? I think I should be reasonably compensated for my time as well as the original refund I haven't received. I think that is very reasonable.Business Response

Purchase ********** office chair on January 26/2023. Delivered February 1st/2023.
Chair is already breaking, leaning to one side.
Vinyl is rubbing off the chair handles.
Chair is not even 4 months old.
Walmart told me to contact ********** who made the chair and I can get no answer from this company.
I would like a refund for this item as it is falling apart already and not fixable.

I have ordered a ********** ****** **** Conversation Patio Set from Walmart Canada (Order# *************) on April 29th, 2023.
The delivery was delayed twice. The item arrived 2 weeks later May 12th & was missing a seat cushion. I called Walmart the same day to start the return process and pick up the item since it’s very large and heavy. They told me someone from the courier company will call me within 24-48 hours. They didn’t mention business hours & the weekend was coming up. I called back on the 15th & Walmart informed me that the return was accidentally not started. They started the return again & told me to wait 24-72 hours for someone from the courier company will call me. ****** sent me an email saying they will come on May 18th, they didn't. They sent me another email that they will come on May 19th, they didn't. Nno one called my buzzer or my phone number and no one knocked on my door. I called ****** again and they said I have to wait until Tuesday May 23rd. I called Walmart & escalated to a supervisor. I requested an immediate refund and the supervisor said he cannot provide me a refund until the item is returned to the warehouse. I have done my part for a week trying to get this return process started, follow up with ****** the company they chose to work with. I do not want to take responsibility for this package anymore. He said they will send someone out as ASAP Monday, I had to inform the supervisor that Monday May 22nd is a holiday & he wasn’t even aware. I cannot move a box weighing over 130 pounds that's 4 & half feet. I have no storage inside my unit or anywhere else, I also do not have a truck to return it. It is left outside my hallway and if it gets stolen or if the concierge moves it, I don’t want to be held accountable for this item and would like my refund whether Walmart picks the item up or not. I cannot take responsibility from this day forward for Walmart’s mistakes and the third-party companies they choose to work with.

I called customer service and first they said the package didn’t arrive at the warehouse! And then they said that it did arrive but I need to wait another 2-3 business days. I ordered a fridge for my son’s birthday from Walmart Canada on April 19 2023. It arrived at my door and was left by the driver upside down. The bottom was damaged as if it had fallen off his truck and when he went to pick it up he put it on his dolly upside down. Needless to say I could not accept the fridge. I called customer service immediately. I explained that I would like an exchange. I still wanted the item but I couldn’t accept this one as there probably would be potential problems. I did not open the box. I was told I could not exchange, because they no longer had it in stock, but they would pick up and refund me. I went online and reordered myself expecting a refund before the second one arrived. The new one arrived May 4th.
****** was the courier picking up. I took 3 days off work, ****** never came. I called customer service they told me to call ******. ****** picked up.I Called and asked for my refund this was on May 9. I was told 5-7 more business days. Today is 10 business days, I called again and was told another 5-7 business days. I asked for an exact date, “if we do 5-7 business days from today, what date will I get my refund?” For me it’s been a month. She says she cannot give a date but wait another 5-7 business days. I have called corporate office and left messages nobody returns my calls. I just want my refund of $212.29 plus an additional $7.73 which was charged one the new fridge. I placed an order to be delivered on Friday May 12 between 9-10 am. I waited until 10 and then received a phone call from the ******* Walmart stating that the driver returned the groceries as he couldn't find me???? The groceries were finally delivered close to 11 am by another driver. I asked more than once if that was all the groceries and she said YES. There was a bag missing as indicated in the refund request. Please see attached screenshot of the items that I DID NOT receive. Although $37.11 might not seem like a large amount of money, I am on disability and live on a fixed income.
I have phoned them 3 times and spoke to a CS rep and 2 Supervisors. They will not give me my refund.Business Response

Walmart ******* up an online order and admitting it sent me a $10 off promo code ********** with no expiry date. I placed an order from Walmart and applied the $10 off code. Walmart would not accept it. I emailed walmart multiple times with no response. I went on their chat line and was told they could not help me i needed to call walmart phone support. I called 3 times with no response.

A grocery order ( ************* ) was delivered on Thursday may 11th. There was a problem with some items:
Substitutions….1- Dry cat food flavour BUT WAS NOT EVEN SENT $14.97
2-Great value large freezer bags, package of three… sent me medium size. ( I already purchased the medium size along with the large, don’t need 6 ) $8.95
3-AVOCADO oil, sent me olive oil. ( if I ordered a watermelon I don’t want to be sent an orange ) $10.97
4- Brand name olive oil, sent me Walmart brand olive oil. ( I don’t mind being substituted a Walmart brand for a brand name BUT do not want to be substituted a brand name for something inferior ) $5.92
5- carton of eggs… some came cracked so I threw them out, didn’t think of taking a picture $ 3.67
6-******* ******** Bars 2/$7 , missing
7-fresh whole mushrooms- missing $1.97
8-****** *** *** cat food , two were missing of 8 cans $2.5
I also ordered 4 ******* hazelnut instant coffee & was sent 4 not hazelnut flavoured… I sent a picture

My request for refund was canceled . They said they needed further validation. So I sent pictures of what I could ( obviously not of missing items ) I then called n they said they will be sending it to an “escalation team”. Then, a further email stated they r still looking into it. They are stalling.
It’s been one day shy of a week & I haven’t been refunded or told I will be. They r ignoring it hoping I’ll give up. I don’t understand why they have a customer service number to call as not one customer service representative can do anything, it’s constantly being sent to a so called escalation team, that doesn’t escalate anything.
