      Order #************* I ordered online 2 "**** 20 Volt Cordless Stick Vacuum Kit" at $148.00 each (total $334.48 including HST) on Nov. 16 2022. Walmart was the seller (this was not a third-party seller). I was charged the full $334.48.
      On Nov. 21 2022, I received 1 of the 2 items. The item was in its original product box (not a Walmart shipping box), and the ******** shipping label stated that this box was 1 of 1 pieces of the shipment (there was no second box for the second item). The ******** packing slip from Walmart states that 2 items were shipped in the shipment. Walmart only shipped me 1 item, and mis-labelled it as 2.
      I contacted Walmart on Nov. 21 2022 to report a missing item in my shipment. I was told this will be sent to their "escalation team" and I will be contacted withing 3-4 business days. I followed up on Nov. 24, 25, 28 2022 and each time I was told that the "escalation team" will contact me within 2-3 business days, and there was nothing else they could do for me at the time.
      As of writing (Feb 28 2022) I have not heard from anyone regarding the issue, and have not received the second item. I'd like to get a refund of $167.24 (148+HST).

      February 25/2023 14:00 hours entered Walmart in Chatham Ontario. Met at north entrance by Walmart employee whom I asked where the sanitizer was to sanitize the grocery cart. Was informed that Covid was over with and no sanitizer is needed, yet there was 2 rolls of paper towel, as well as flyers. As I entered the dairy section @ southeast corner of the store, for the past 4 plus weeks, the water line is still leaking from the ceiling with water on the floor and 2 buckets to catch the dripping water. South end of store on the end of isle, the great deal on coffee, OUR FINEST, whole bean coffee. As I went to look at the ingredients of the coffee noticed was 2 months past expiration date.

      My name is ********* ****** and I purchased seven $500 gift cards from the Walmart store located at Leslie and Davis Drive in Newmarket on December 10th, 2022.
      These gift cards were given as gifts. Much to my shock and embarrassment, two of the recipients contacted me to inform me that the cards they received were not loaded.
      I collected those two cards, together with the packaging, as they were purchased in fully sealed plastic packages and returned them to the store where I purchased them, with my receipts, expecting an apology and replacement gift cards or my money back. That was in the first week of January.
      Instead, what I have gotten is the run around for the past 2 months. No one returns my calls and when I do manage to speak to anyone, I am told that it is out of their hands and the “issue” has been sent to head office. No one has contacted me from head office, I want my money back!
      I, in good faith, purchased items from Walmart. Walmart sold me FAKE cards. It is not up to me to determine how or why Walmart had FAKE cards. I believe Walmart should be apologizing profusely to me for the inconvenience instead of trying to make this my problem.
      AGAIN, I bought an item from Walmart. It doesn’t matter what the item is and it certainly isn’t my concern about how much money Walmart does or doesn’t make on these gift cards. Walmart sold them to me. If I bought a vacuum and it didn’t work or when I opened the box it was a different model they would replace the item or refund my money. This is no different.
      My last correspondence with anyone was on Friday. I managed to get hold of an assistant store manager who advised me that my issue had been sent somewhere else and they gave me a phone number. I was then texted a form letter that advised me that Walmart cannot refund gift card purchases and I should call the **** card company. I'm so upset! WALMART SOLD ME CARDS THAT WERE FAKE and are telling me its my problem!
      How is this any different than their giving me change in counterfeit money?

      On Feb 26, 2023, I placed a grocery order on Walmart.ca, scheduled to be delivered between 5pm-6pm. The order number is: *************. I even paid extra shipping charges for same-day delivery.

      However, the order page soon reported that said order was "delivered", when in fact it had not been delivered. I waited an additional 4 hours just in case the delivery was late, but it never came.

      I did the following: (a) checked around my house to see if the groceries had been placed somewhere, and they had not. (b) I checked up and down the street to see if the groceries had been mistakenly delivered elsewhere, but they were not.

      I contacted Walmart help support on four occasions the same day:

      (1) The first call reported the missing delivery. I was told the website sometimes indicates an order as "delivered" when it's still in progress. I was asked to wait an additional 30 minutes and then call back.

      (2) I called back in 30 minutes, and was told the same website problem. I was then asked to wait until store closing time, 11pm at night, at which time a refund for the order would be issued if the delivery was still missing.

      (3) I contacted chat support about 4 hours after to see if there was another way to provide a resolution, since the Walmart helpline closes at 11pm (the same time at which the store closes). I was told to wait 2-3 business days and someone from Walmart would contact me.

      (4) Feeling this unacceptable, I phoned the helpline once more. Again, I was then told to wait 2-3 business days, as per the previous contact.

      I am incredibly frustrated and simply want my order refunded. The delivery driver either drove past and declined to make the actual delivery, or delivered the order to the wrong address. I've spent nearly $100 on a grocery order that never arrived, and would like it refunded so I can re-order. I cannot financially afford this situation.

      I am still not refunded!!!

      My orders keep getting cancelled when ordering on Walmart online, they *** say that it is a payment issue but I obviously got charged through my ******. Since the order is cancelled, I'm expecting AT LEAST a refund for the non-fulfilled order, but according to ****** there hasnt even been one initiated. Customer service is utterly useless and a headache. This has been a horrible experience. The order number is ************* and the amount charged is $1,354.87.

      They said they did not charge me and to wait 8 business days but it has been over that and the charge is still on my credit card, which I have had to pay. Give me back my money.

      Ordered a microwave from their website yesterday. *************. Was delivered by ***** today at 2:30. I noticed right away that the box was damaged. Opened it up and put it on a stand & removed rest of packaging. Went to open the microwave and it wouldn't open. First the latch to push is broken and the display panel is also loose.

      I placed an online order on December 26th, 2022. Order number is *************. It’s been nearly two months and I still haven’t received my item that was supposed to be ready for pickup on January 10th of this year.

      I’ve been calling customer service and following up for the last month and every single time I’m just told to wait X amount of business days for a response from the escalation team and I NEVER hear back and it’s beyond frustrating.

      I can’t afford to wait anymore, I’ve paid $506.24 for an item I don’t have. I don’t care about the item at this point and I just want my money back. It’s clearly lost and it doesn’t make any sense how I can’t just be issued a refund when I don’t have the item.

      I want a refund to be issued immediately. I’m tired of not getting a response and always just being told to wait, this is completely unacceptable.

      I bought a $100 ***** gift card on December 16, 2022 which was a Christmas gift and another $50.00 ***** gift card on January 3 2023. The cards would not work and I phoned ***** and they said the code cannot be read. They told me to go to the Walmart where I bought it and get my money back. The Walmart store is 1110 57 AVE NE, Calgary Alberta. I went to the store on January 4 and apparently they had hundreds of cards that were stolen and returned to the store with a replacement cards that could not be scanned as they were fraudulently switched. There were other people there at the same time as me with this complaint. The girls at the customer service counter took pictures of my ***** Card’s and my receipts showing I bought them there and all my personal information and said they would get back to me within a week. I have called back 3 times asking what is happening with this situation and all 3 times they took my name and number and said a manager will call me back soon. No manager has since called me bad. It appears they feel if they don’t call me back maybe I will just give up and forget about it. Walmart got my 150.00 and I did not get anything out of the transaction. I have even called the main office in Mississauga Ontario and they refer me to the gift card section and I talk to them and they say they can’t help me go back to the store in Calgary. I have never had such bad customer service. It is really unbelievable the way this is being handled.

      Order# ************** was placed on 5th January 2023 and one item was supposed to be delivered by 10th January however it has still not delivered. I already contacted customer service and the issues has been escalated twice however nobody is even bothering to solve the issue. Everyone is saying that someone will contact me within 24 to 48 hours however nobody has contacted me in 15 days.

      This is just ridiculous customer service and if you cannot deliver an item, just give my money back.

      I made some orders for my kids because it a clearance day of walmart.It should be birthday gifts for them. Unfortunately they are delayed. Actually they even haven't been shipped.
      I don't know what' going on.
      Walmat is a great company but this time. Their behavior is not so beautiful
