I ordered a tablet from Walmart.ca with the order #*************. It was supposed to be delivered on December 13th, 2022. It was never delivered to my address, but Walmart tracking states it was delivered to a front door. They used an unknown 3rd party courier which I am unable to contact. I contacted Walmart about this issue and was asked to create a police report for a refund. I emailed them the completed police report on January 5th along with the investigating office name and the other information they requested. I received an email confirming they received the police report, and the case was being escalated and I should receive a refund in a couple days on Jan 12th. It’s been almost a month and still no refund. Whenever I contact them, I am told the case will be re-escalated, but no one ever contacts me back. I am tired of explaining my issue over and over to different representatives. I just want my refund processed.Business Response

I purchased a ******* ********** February 4,2023 from Walmart in Woodbridge ON.
I went to use the card for an online purchase the same day- however I was told the balance of the card is zero. When I searched on the ******* ********** website for the card balance - it said the balance was zero and it was activated and used in December 2022.
It is IMPOSSIBLE for this to be true because I purchased the card Feb 2023! It seems ********** is using the same card numbers twice and collecting double the payment ! **** ** ********** I expect a full refund including activation fee
I called ********** - I was on the phone for 2 hours and they said they will investigate however refuse to accept my proof of payment therefore how can I ever prove that I purchase it in Feb 2023 !!!?Business Response

I purchased coconut milk in ottawa I’m sure they are all spoiled Walmart Bayshore mall I’m

On Jan 27, 2023, I mad a online purchase order for delivery including a couple "Multi Save" items (chocolate milk listed online at 3 for $4.00 and multiple packs of cheese slices listed at 2 for $8.50).
After Walmart processed my payment I noticed in the order receipt that they had charged my credit card at $4.78 per pack of cheese and $5.34 for the 3 chocolate milks.
I called their customer support centre who basically said they couldn't help and to email screen shots to their "heretohelp" email address
My initial response was shocking as the agent explained, and I quote from their response "Upon further review we see that the get 2 for $8.50 for cheese and 3 for $4 is when you mix and match the items, Great Value Havarti Cheese Slices if you click on "view" you can see that you had to add 2 types of cheeses and milks not same type 2 quantities." telling me I needed different types and since i choose the same types, the mix and match special was not valid.
after arguing with them my 3rd response was "We understand this has been a frustrating experience for you, but believe it was never our intention. Please know that, as you mentioned and as per the screenshot - the great value cheese slice is $8.5 if you buy 2 of them and the SKU ID of that particular item is ************* - but you have placed 1 item - and another cheese where the SKU ID of that item is *************. Hence, we don't have the option to do price adjustment for these items. Hope you understand."
Telling me i needed to buy the same kind to get the special....the exact opposite that i was initially informed!!
No one wants to help, they are looking for reasons to excuse any type of ownership. I asked for a supervisor to call me back 5 times since. and am being completely ignores.
What type of ***** practice is this!! And worse yet, there is no route to speak to anyone informed and educated enough to resolve any issues!! No Path of escalations at all!!! Ridiculous!!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I have spoken to 5 representatives already and have asked MULTIPLE times to speak to a supervisor.. Was promised over and over again that a supervisor would contact me back.. This was OVER A WEEK AGO! The person who contacted me this morning was a representative, not a supervisor!!!!Due to the serious mis-information I have been provided over and over again, I demand to be escalated and refuse to be repeatedly brushed off!!!!!
At this point, I NEED the email for the corporate office and Walmart's official escalation procedures... How to escalate correctly when the regular support channels breakdown and fail miserably.
I do not want to speak to customer service reps at this point, I do not even want a supervisor, Provide me email address to corporate office!!!!

On January 2-2023 I ordered *** 58 inch 4 K -***** *** **** smart tv ********* *******, being sold and shipped by Walmart Canada it was too arrive at the Vernon Walmart on January 25,2023. after not being able to access the tracking information I called the store on January 27 they informed me that it was shipped but was missing!! I was asked to call customer service and I did they took my order information & number #*************. I was told that they were calling back within 3 days! Instead I received an email saying that they refunded my card because the TV was missing!!! This is not my fault so I looked on line and that TV is still adjusting in the clearance for the same price of $448.00befor taxes. I paid $510.72. Now I am asking that they replace my order and hopefully with your for free I have no problem paying as I have already paid them
But when 1 of their staff members misplaced my order Should have been replaced right away Not refunded with no explanation as a customer we have the right to the items we pay for there is no excuse for losing our order and not simply replacing it with another Why are we the customer being punished for Walmart’s fault and lack of human service for Canadian people
Thank you for your kindness and for looking into where my Television is and why they refunded me instead of calling back or better resend my order as they clearly have more in stock I was told that Walmart is moving most of its business online that is what I did and for shopping online I am being punished because Walmart has all the power including our personal information because they want everyone shopping online!! I have still not received a email receipt for the 10% off instead they are showing the full price
I had to call in the order and the percentage code
The representative said that is $51.00
I also noticed that there is a item price of $39.00 honestly I have never seen this before and would like it removed
This is what I will ask for in compensation

Walmart online order for 3 items ** ***** ** ***** ********.
I received a call from Walmart that items on my order were ready for pickup. Attended Walmart and picked up the desk lamp and what was supposed to be the chair mat for use on carpet. When I arrived home and opened the boxes I received the Desk Lamp and The Gaming Chair not the Mat as indicated.
Called Walmart and they said there must be an issue with the numbering and that the mat will arrive shortly.
Returned to Walmart 3 times and got the runaround from staff and I never received the chair mat to this date.
I called Walmart Customer Service and again got the runaround about where my item was. they said I picked it up and this is incorrect. I asked the Manager of Customer Service to either refund my money for the Mat or send a Mat to me as I never received it. I was told that they don't do refunds for online orders and they cant send out a Mat. The Manager of Customer Service told me to return the two items that I purchased to Walmart for a refund and reorder the items. This is totally unacceptable as I had been using the chair and the lamp for a month and no longer have the boxes. All I want is the item that I paid for. Very unsatisfied with Walmart and will not be purchasing anything online from them again.Business Response

On Dec 13/22 my wife and I bought dishes from Walmart.ca. Delivery date was supposed to be Dec 15/22. There was an issue on their end and dishes were never shipped. We have called around 14 times to resolve this and have been told three times we would get a refund. Now they refuse to refund until they talk to the vendor. Multiple times they have told us wait 24-48 hours and they will contact us. No one calls and each time they either say we get a refund or we need to wait another 48 hours. The item is no longer in stock which is fine by us we just want our money back. They made us call the courier who said they never received the original order to pick the item up. We called Walmart back and got the answer again and again wait 48 hours. The item is now 45 days over the delivery date. We had to go else where and have bought new dishes and they still refuse a refund with the answer wait 24-48 hours.

When leaving the Walmart store in Markham at ********* Mall, the security alarm went off because the associate forgot to remove a tag. This caused a store associate to run up to myself and my father and ********* search and detain our persons until “she was satisfied”. This was extremely embarrassing *** *******. I ordered Yellow Window Curtains Honeycomb Embroidered on November 12 2022 for $68.93 via the Walmart mobil app. Order number #*************. The item was never shipped to me. I have called Walmart customer support 4 times to ask for a refund. Walmart customer support tells me that they are not responsible for the refund and a 3rd party company called ******** is, they have contacted that company on my behalf but the refunde has not been processed. I'm told the issue has been escalated and I will recive a call back with a resolution. I have not received 1 single call back from either companies. I only recieve emails telling me to be patient and continue waiting for my refund. It has been over 2 months now.Business Response
