My name is **** ******* in last year 26 December 2022(boxing days) i purchased online tv from Walmart website.In the website was showing the delivery date is 3rd January then is been delayed after that i got new date 10th January again delayed then i got new date is 16 January delayed again then customer service called me and told me is coming on 17 January after that no response so i called Walmart Canada phone went to there call center New Delhi (India) they don't care anything all there answer is we don't know where is the TV.I paid online with my Walmart credit card .I went to Airdrie Walmart also they don't know anything about online Shopping they told me to canceled the order and buy from there with new price i went to ******* to contact with Walmart they said wait for 72 hours is been 6 days i never get answer back from there Again i called back to customer service 3 time. Ordered a carpet December 27th, 2022 from WALMART.CA - Boxing Week Sale

Everything going good with tracking and January 9th emailed received my item has been delivered. Go outside looking for a carpet, don't see one anywhere. Figuring ****** **** couldn't deliver due to the size and I needed to go pick it up, I check my mailbox and find a small envelope - Inside a bag of what I'm just going to say are beads.
Per Walmart website, anything of low value can be exchanged at the store. They won't do it because I ordered online. Contact their customer service. They can't do anything as the order went to a 3rd party vendor in their Marketplace. They put me in touch with their vendor. They offer a partial refund and I get to keep the item. I tell them unacceptable, send me the carpet and I'll return their beads to the nearest Walmart store to send back to them. After a week of back and forth, the vendor finally advises they do not even sell carpets and vendor listed online isn't even them.
Call Walmart for the 4th (or 5th) time January 17th to advise everything. They offer a refund and I can re-order the item. I refuse as I ordered it during Boxing week at a lower price and if I re-ordered the item, I would have to pay a lot more as it's no longer on sale. CS agent tries to pass me to a supervisor to no avail, but advises they'll call me back within 24 hours.
It's now been 8 days and still no call back from a supervisor.
All I want is the carpet I ordered. And as told to Walmart CS, even if the EXACT carpet is no longer available, I will happily accept an equivalent. There was the same carpet in a different color available last contact on January 17th I said I'd accept. Once received, I will gladly return the beads to the nearest Walmart store.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:After communication with the 3rd party vendor, it was confirmed that said vendor does not even sell the product ordered. Therefore, the product ordered off WALMART.CA was sent to the incorrect vendor, causing the incorrect product to be shipped, and is the responsibility of Walmart Canada to correct as it was an internal error with WALMART.CA.

Date of transaction: I received the package today (on Tue, Jan 24).
The amount of money I paid: I bought a rice cooker on Walmart APP online and paid 34.96 CAD$ before tax.
The nature of dispute is the rice cooker I got was damaged, there is a big dent on the surface, and the boxes are broken. I have no reason pay for a damaged and not brand new stuff and I eager to have a rice cooker to cook for my families during Chinese New Year, I want to exchange one. So I called to Walmart ********** this afternoon, a guy I do not know the name picked up the phone and told me I could not exchange due to their policy, only can return and reorder a new one. But the tricky thing is first, I don't drive the nearest Walmart is 30 minutes by foot, if I call a ****, may I ask Walmart pay for me? and if I choose return by mail, I will wait so many days to get my refund money as they would get money back when they received the rice cooker, but I don't want to waste my time waiting so long. Am I supposed to pay for Walmart's mistake? And the second tricky thing is if I reorder a new rice cooker on Walmart online, I have to pay for the shipping fee of delivery fee and wait for another week, at that time the Chinese New Year would have gone, I could not cook for my families during festival.
Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: NO. I tried online chat with Walmart after I called them, the agent is called *******, with impatience, just kept telling me I should call the number I called before. And ******* told me there will be an email to follow up, but I have not received any email so far.

I purchased a few clothing through the Walmart Canada website on Jan 16th as local stores did not have them in stock. Items were marked delivered on Jan 23rd but they were sent to the wrong address to my neighbor 2 units away from my home. Fortunately, I was able to retrieve them from my neighbor. I opened the package, but found the sizes were wrong for 3 out of 4 items. Thus, I requested a return online but only to discovered that my request was ignored even though customer service guaranteed that someone would be in contact in 3 business days to pick up my return package. Customer service even told me they escalated my issue, but no one has ever responded. Now, my money went to drain without the correct products. Walmart customer service even incorrectly modified my original return request to delay the whole return process. Their staff cancelled my original return request on Jan 23rd, then added another return request himself with incorrect items on Jan 24th. I am very disappointed that Walmart Canada do not comply with their stated 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy and made customers wait indefinitely so that the return timeframe runs out. I have repeatedly called to CANCEL this ********** (at least 3 times). They told me they closed it but I still get monthly statements that are now charging me a $10 inactivity fee.
I have asked for it to be closed and the negative balance refunded. EVERY TIME you call - there is either no answer, long wait time and then I get transferred to at least 3 different people.

I paid for two orders online Dec 9th with order number # ************* to be advised Dec 12th I would have it delivered which was for my daughter who asked for it which is a ******** ****** and they have told me multiple times that I will be getting my order and called but never did from their 1-800- number.
Second order I never received order number ************* with same telling me from customer service from Dec 9 and on wards that it got lost in transit I would get a refund back however that never happened. I am now out over $500 for 2 products they keep researching how to refund me, or keep telling me including last time of contact Jan 23rd that someone will call me back however it has not been done. I’ve asked for refund only and simply they cannot do this for some reason. I am a tax payer in Ontario * ****** *** and tried to give my daughter her Christmas

I placed an online order with Walmart on Dec 22 and received the order Dec 27 the item I ordered they shipped to me broken as well it wasn’t packaged good so broke again in shipping (it was broken when they picked and shipped it as there are more broken pieces than the two that where in the box.
I did a return for it and still have not received my money back on top of that they are trying to charge me shipping to send the replacement part out.
I have talked with three people there and none of them say they can take the shipping off each time I talk to someone I have asked to speak to a supervisor above them to help resolve the issue they say they will get back to me with in 48 hours the first time it was over a week before I got a call back and then the second time no one has bothered to return my call at all so now it’s been over a month since I ordered the item no refund and issue solved on the replacement one.Business Response

I ordered, online, 2 dish ware sets, as a Christmas gift. They were supposed to arrive Dec 16, 2022. They were delayed until Jan 3, 2023. I still have not received my order. I have called the complaints department several times and keep getting told that someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours. I called corporate and they had the issue escalated, but still have had no resolution. They have sent 2 emails stating the issue is taking longer than expected. I have called complaints a few more times to try to find any information on a resolution, but get the same answers. I have contacted ****** **** and have been down to my post office several times with the tracking number that was provided to me. According to ****** **** it doesn’t exist.

I never had an issue with Walmart until now. The home grocery delivery service is something I have used very often. The quality of food and expiry dates and sometimes missing items can be frustrating but Walmart has been good to refund me for those types of items until now. ******** *** *** ************ *** ***** one shows a refund from Walmart that says it will be processed. *** second is someone from the Walmart department saying I have somehow violated terms and conditions without specifically telling me why I did to violate them… and then saying the refund will not happen even after saying I would be receiving it. I’d like my refund in full and I would still like to order from Walmart online grocery and not be banned from their system. I am hoping this is just a mistake on their end as I am unsure of what I did wrong?

I am rejecting this response because:Walmart has failed to tell me what terms and conditions I did not comply with. And any evidence of this. I believe I was blindly removed from use of their online services because of their own issues with grocery delivery.
When Walmart uses **** **** to deliver groceries, on multiple occasions, the individuals would tell me not all of my order is present. And to contact Walmart to get a refund. I told Walmart employees this, and that I believed the **** **** delivery personal on two occasions kept some of the groceries for themselves.
