Issue: I ordered 2 pair of ******* as a Christmas present. Walmart marked it as delivered on Dec 13, 2022 but nothing showed up. I assumed the deliveries were running late so I waited a few days but nothing showed up ever. I contacted their support team almost 5-6 times between Dec 16th - Dec 21 but everyone kept telling me my order will show up and to wait another 48 hours. Then finally someone on Dec 21, 2022 said "oh no, we're going to have to escalate it and you'll get a refund in another 48 hours". That didn't happen either.
Instead, I was told to provide a police report which is highly unethical because Walmart should be the one filing police reports. But even then, I still did file a police report and sent them a confirmation on Jan 5, 2023 and included the officer details and police report number. Ever since then, I haven't gotten a single reponse from this ****** organization and they keep sending me a generic email saying "your message has been received and someone will contact you shortly".
BUT NOONE EVER DOES!! It's extremely frustrating, I tried calling their support and they are as clueless as their chat support and both of them keep telling me I'd have to wait another 48 hours and "it will be resolved". Well guess what, it hasn't.
So now I'm at my wits end and hope this complaint goes somewhere.Business Response

I ordered a ******* Air fryer from Walmart on December 23rd 2022 (order no. *************). The expected delivery date was January 19th 2023. The only status update I received was on December 23rd saying that "December 23, 2022
A shipping label has been generated and the order is waiting to be picked up by ***********". I contacted their customer service three times and escalated the issue. Not only they have no idea where the item is, but they cannot cancel it. I do not want this product anymore and I want a full refund for my purchase. The order total is $55.64Business Response

On Nov 28, 2022 I purchased a ******** Coffee Table and 2 ******** end tables through Walmart online. The estimated delivery day was supposed to be Dec 12, 2022. On Dec 2 I received an email stating that my order had been shipped and would arrive at Walmart St Albert, Alberta on Dec 12. On Dec 16, 2022 my husband went to the St Albert Walmart to pick up the order and they only had the 2 end tables and not the coffee table. The manager at the store could not help us and stated that we needed to contact Walmart directly. We also received an email stating that the order was complete. I phoned Walmart head office and they said to email the receipt stating that we did not get the coffee table. We emailed the receipt the same day Dec 16. We received an email response from them on Dec 21 stating that the issue has been escalated. I have been calling them multiple times and every time I do they say it has been escalated. On Jan 5 we received another email stating that it is taking longer but they are working on the issue. Walmart called me on January 6, 2023 and left a voicemail stating that we would receive the table by January 9 and if we hadn't to call them back. I have called them multiple times since then and they just keep saying it has been escalated. I spoke to Walmart on Jan 16 and stated that I wanted a refund asap and if I didn't get this resolved by Jan 18 then I was going to contact the BBB and they said I would hear back by phone or email by Jan 18. It is now Jan 19 and still do not have the table or a refund. I just want the table or a refund asap.Business Response

October 16th, I ordered a ****** Upright freezer that was scheduled to be delivered October 27th, Order # *************. October 20th I got a message that my order had shipped and would be delivered on-time. It was not. On November 1st, 2022, I received 3 emails from Walmart telling me the order was delayed. There was no tracking update or new estimate of delivery. November 2nd I called Walmart’s customer service they said they would get back to me, but didn’t give me an incident number. They never called me back. On November 9th I sent an email following up on my call only to find out that it wasn’t logged. I was then given the incident # ************* and told they would escalate and get back to me. They did not. On November 10th Walmart sent me a follow-up email asking me how I liked my order, which was frustrating because I hadn’t received it and still didn’t have a delivery date and no updated tracking information. November 14th I sent another email following up on my incident asking for a date as well as compensation for the confusion and delay. I received no response. I then called the customer service line on Friday November 18th at noon that a supervisor would return my call within 24 hours and they did not. Finally, on November 21st a supervisor (Prashanth) called me back and told me all he could offer me was a $20 Walmart.ca voucher, which I accepted. On November 26th I got the freezer, a month late, with no communication from Walmart, just a bunch of calls from a random warehouse company. But the eVoucher I received didn’t work, and I sent a follow-up email to Prashanth on November 24th, with no response. I was VERY frustrated. I made ANOTHER call to customer service about the voucher, and sent another email on December 7th, incident # ************* to follow up. No response. I followed up again last week, and gotnothing. The customer service and communication from this business is appalling and I feel I deserve to be compensated for my delay and time.Business Response

I placed an order online with Walmart Canada on January 16/2023. Order # ************* for 169.99. A small 12 volt fridge.
I received a confirmation of the order and the amount of the order was place on hold with my ****.
On Jan 7 I received the following email from Walmart.
Hey there,
We’re sorry, your recent order has been cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
I emailed and asked why it was cancelled. This is the reply.
Hi ****,
The reason why we cancel your order, we operator listed a wrong item. It is not a ****** Portable Freezer Car Refrigerator but a ***** car refrigerator.
all car refrigerators listing are down for now.
There is no mention of out off stock.
On Wednesday morning I checked the web site an the item was still listed but the price was 100.00 more. They were still accepting orders.
I contacted Walmart by chat and was told it was not their problem as it was a third party supplier. I also contacted them by phone and was told the same thing.
I realize that a mistake was made in pricing, That is not my problem. I am willing to pay the advertised price. I am now being told that the item is out of stock. **** ****** *** ** ***** * *********Business Response

most came to me expired and damaged and all the meat was missing, i asked them to call the driver i was told no we dont do that. .

Ordered ****** Gas generator online at walmart.ca on December 21 2022. An email was sent on Dec 22nd saying it was shipped and expect order by Jan 08 2023. Ship to store method. Called January 8th 2023 and was told wait 48 hrs and a response will be given. Waited 2 days and no response. Called again same answer. Contacted on ******** and was told 2 days later and was told to wait 72 hrs. Tried in store and they cannot help. Called again and same answer. Wait for 48 hrs and you will be contacted. It has now been a month with no resolution in sight. I would like to get the product I ordered or refund. I feel absolutely helpless.

I placed an online groceries order on January 16th 2023 and only half my order was delivered. There was $55 worth of products that were not delivered on my porch. I contacted Walmart telling them I had footage of the delivery person only dropping off 3 bags, not ringing my doorbell, quickly taking a photo to pretend a proper delivery was made, and leaving. Walmart decided that because I had requested refunds for articles that were missing in the past (truthfully so, some articles were missing), that I did not have credibility and that my refund request was denied. Which I did with Walmart on January 11 2023. It was supposed to be delivered at 9-10am on January 12th. 24 hours go by and 8 calls to their customer support to be told it was rescheduled and rescheduled and rescheduled but nothing was ever delivered. I even talked to a supervisor that generally just told me to shut up and wait. After 24 hours I demanded a refund. I placed an order on December 24 through the Walmart App for an item sold by a seller named ******* *****. The Walmart app provided an order #************** to me and also a tracking number from the seller **********. The app states that the delivery date for my order would be January 11, 2023. The tracking number from the store, provided by Walmart on the app also says that the order is delivered.
I called walmart customer support on January 13, 2023 because I still haven't received my order and wanted to know what was going on. After talking to the customer support representative, he told me to wait one more business day and that the shop would contact me. So I waited until today, which is two business days and I called again. The lady on the phone tells me that they have to contact the seller and that I should wait another business day. I explain that they should deal with the seller and that I decided to cancel my order due to a really bad experience with this purchase. She insisted on me waiting for another day, while I kept asking her (Shalom was her name) to cancel my order from her side since Walmart is guaranteeing this seller as genuine on their app and website.
