I ordered an artificial tree on December 8th, and it was supposed to come December 21st. That got changed to December 26th. I have contacted the seller, who keeps telling me to be patient, and it will take 7 days, but that was two weeks ago. He has since stopped responding to messages. I also contacted Walmart 3 days ago, who said they would escalate the situation, and that I would hear within two days, and have heard nothing. I ordered 2 boxes of formula for my son. I have constantly checked shipping details items delayed with no expected delivery. I have contacted walmart about an update none provided. I requested a supervisor they agreed one would call back in 24 hrs it has now been 37 hours and no call back received. I purchased a tablet from Walmart in September 2022 for my husband for Christmas..On Christmas day we tried hooking the tablet up to the internet we tried all day..It wouldnt stay connected it would freeze up and shut off. We took the tablet back to Walmart and asked for a refund they told us from 3 different managers at which none of them would give us their names and they stated that it was over their 15 day return policy and it wasnt their problem to call ***..We brought the tablet home again and I called *** and emailed them several times..When I finally was able to speak to someone from *** they stated that they dont support that tablet and there is nothing they can do except take it back to walmart..When speaking to the *** company i noticed on the box several stickers over the serial number so i peeled one off and the date under the sticker says NOV 2018 and the sticker on the top was JULY 2022..I went back to Walmart and asked them why they are trying to say this tablet is new when it is actually 4 yrs old..The managers response to me was "its not illegal to sell old products". *** has never emailed me back or called me back on this matter.. ******** ** **** ***** ** * ******* ** *** ******* *** *** ********.Thankyou for your time and hope to hear back on this matter..***** ******Business Response

I purchase an ****** ** ,Nov 02,2022 online with Walmart representative since after my purchase for some odd reason the order was change to different ****** the first time I did it. My order is #************* and #************* I was assured by your employee that I did purchase an ****** ** and we didn’t do anything wrong and that’s what I shall be getting and if there is any issue I can contact them back to get my ****** **. I have pictures and video of the transaction process. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my daughter and unfortunately after 9 calls made to Walmart Canada and 4hrs later recorded calls on the phone. The last 2 calls I made,a supervisor supposedly send info to higher management and I was suppose to get a call within 2 weeks. I never got a phone call back and still waiting.On November 16 th after calling and transferring me to a supervisor after 28 min 57 sec the line got cut off. On December 06 I called twice once for 18min 04 sec and again for 1 hrs 02 min 09 seconds after I waited for supervisor transfer call the line kept ringing but no one answered after 40 minutes so I hang up. references number are ************* and ************* when I call with those number sometimes they say they cannot find references number and then I call back and they find it. Unfortunately the only way to correspond with y company is by calling and sadly I tried at least 9 times and still not getting my problem fix. I filed a complaint on ******** and sent private message as requested but the message hasn’t been read yet. Received an email regarding my feedback of my purchase and this what it stated “Thanks for writing a review about ***** ****** ** - 4G smartphone - dual-SIM / Internal Memory 128 GB - LCD display - 6.1" - 1792 x 828 pixels - 2x rear cameras 12 MP, 12 MP - front camera 12 MP -white. I placed an order (#: *************) on December 01 for Three (3) sets of ***** ******** Premium Down pillows: One set of King 2-pack and Two sets of 2-pack Standard/Queen, sold and shipped by Walmart, for the total amount of $379.27
My order went into delay two times (Dec 13 and Dec 23) and walmart order status still shows: "Delay, order prepared for pick up". Then on December 28, ********** delivered at my home 2 boxes: one (1) King set and one (1) Standard/Queen set. This is an incomplete delivery because it is missing One set of "2-pack Standard/Queen" pillow. The tracking numbers seen from the two boxes are: **************** and ****************. Thinking ********** might deliver anothhe third box later, I waited few more days in vain. Then I went to ******************************************************* using search option, I entered my walmart order #: *************. The result returns exactly those 2 tracking numbers. This clearly shows that the third box never shipped. I made several calls to customer service and sent email to *************@*******.com asking service support for my order. During this time, several escalations raised with prommises from support with 2-3 days for resolution which I never received. There was no follow ups, no help from support service whatsoever.
I have been patient throughout all this but it is 6 weeks soon. Instead of joy during holiday period, I wasted my time and efforts and suffered anxiety and gifts planned for my family ruined. I request compensation and that Walmart issue a refund for the non-delivered/missing item: ***** ******** Premium Down Wrap Pillow, 2 Pack, Standard/Queen (model #: *************). I would like to request in advance that if the refund to my credit card is not fulfilled in timely manner, I will raise a new complaint referencing this complaint ID.
I would like to thank BBB representative. It is wonderfult platform for consumers like me to raise and resolve difficult issues with Walmart in an effective manner. If not for BBB, I would still be given the run-around over and over again and consumers would have no place to voice their rights.

On 28/12/22, I placed an online order (#*************) for 2 sets of 6 ********* bins. I applied the filter Sold and Shipped by Walmart to avoid dealing with 3rd party retailers. I paid $79.10, and received an email saying the order had been delivered. I did receive two large boxes. However, each box contained 1 bin. Instead of receiving the 12 bins I had ordered and paid for, I received 2 bins. I contacted Walmart’s customer service multiple times. I used their Chat feature twice. Each time, I was told that the person I was dealing with could not help me. They assured me they would “escalate” my claim. I then received 2 phone calls. The first person left a message telling me that the bins had been delivered, and to ask my family members where they were. As mentioned, only 2 of the 12 had been delivered. The second time my call was “escalated”, the person told me I would have to take the bins to a Walmart store and return them to get a refund. After explaining to her that that was not an acceptable option, and that I wanted the rest of my order delivered, she told me she couldn’t have any items shipped. I asked to speak to her supervisor, who proceeded to tell me that customer service cannot do anything, and that he had no manager, or supervisor as there was no customer service personnel in a more senior position. Again, I explained I wanted the rest of my delivery. He stated that would not be possible. I then tried online. However, this person also told me it is impossible for Walmart to ship items. I dealt with at least 7 customer service reps. They all said the same thing. They could be of no help. After I indicated that I wanted the 10 remaining bins, but would accept 10 ********* bins of similar size and quality, I was told to return the bins to the store, and “rebuy” them at a cost of $300…a far cry from the $70 they advertised, I ordered, and Walmart processed, but failed to deliver. I left a message at their corporate office. I did not receive a response.Business Response

***** ******** ******* ******. They confirmed they didn’t send me the bed I ordered, confirmed they have my money and yet won’t refund me.
Dec 12/13t, I ordered 2 Loftbeds from Walmart.ca. Dec 14th I got an email confirmation that said 2 beds were delivered when in fact only 1 was delivered. I am missing a double/full size Loftbed costing $760.57( including tax) plus $50 shipping.
Dec 15th I contact customer service and they said they would escalate it and I would receive a call within 3 days. No call ever came.
Dec 24th contacted them for an update. they said someone would call within 24 hours. no one called.
I contacted customer service again Dec 26. They said to wait for them to contact me and they have made my case “high priority” and to give them 2 business days. I asked for a refund since it’s it’s been 11 days already of waiting. They said to wait some more and someone would call me “soon”.
Dec 29th I contact them yet again. Guess what?? Wait some more. I call the delivery company ******. They tell me they’ll look into it and call me back within 2 days.
December 30th - Delivery calls me back less than 24 hours later. Walmart created 2 waybill numbers for each of the beds. Walmart sent them a request to pick up one of the waybills only. After looking into it, ****** says they still have the other waybill created from Walmart but Walmart did not request pick up for that item so the delivery company never picked it up or delivered it to me.
Dec 30th I call back Walmart with this info to supervisor Mohamed. He confirms they never sent the bed to me and I don’t have it. I asked for a refund again. Am told “no” because they are looking into why it wasn’t sent to me from their warehouse. I don’t care why! I just want my money back. They promised a product, confirmed they never sent it to me and they have my money!
Called back January 6th… more waiting?!? I want my refund for the product they never sent and yet I paid for it.Business Response

I recently purchased a gift card from Walmart.ca and was charged both PST and GST in error. I called to tell them of the error and to request a correction. The first person I spoke to told me they could not adjust the price (which I was not requesting). I then asked to speak to a supervisor. And was subsequently hung up on. I called back. The next person told me that they have to charge tax on purchases. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they were all busy and that they could instead give me a call back. Walmart did call me yesterday, but after about 5 minutes of the person trying to explain to me why I was wrong, they realized there was an inconsistency in how the same transactions had been treated (indicating a likely error/issue) so they said they were going to elevate it my concern and get back to me.So for now, it is still not resolved.

Hi there I received a 100 gift card for Christmas from Walmart and I placed an order using the 100 gift card the total of my order was 103.47 so my 100 gift card from Walmart and 3.47 to my credit card unfortunately I did not have the 3.47 on my credit card as time are tight and I thought I had the 3.47 so basically the order was canceled and now Walmart will not refund the 100 gift card they are refusing to refund it. Date of transaction Dec 28 2022. Paid 76.84. Order # Order# 9202292-001564. Item# Home Theater Bluetooth SoundBar with light show and LED Room Illumination. The package shows delivered but package not received. I checked with neighbours and postal area nothing there. Contacted shipping company they say delivered but cannot provide proof it was intact delivered to my unit. I live in an apartment. Contacted walmart several times and was told by reps I would be refunded after placing the calls on lengthy holds. The original delivery date was January 6, 2023. Delivered earlier without notification. Only received notice of delivery. Was not home at the time. As i was not expected the package on Dec 30, 2022. No resolution even though I was promised resolution in 48 to 72 hours from date of purchase and have no received any resolution. I keep getting the run around.
