Nov 24, 2022 – Purchased at Walmart.ca, 10.2" **** WiFi 64GB (9th generation)
at $388.72 (tax and welcome discount included).
Credit card has been charged on Nov 24, 2022. Shipped Nov 27 and estimated arrival date Nov 28, then the update changed to Nov 29, afterward no more updates.
Called Dec 19, 2022 3:15pm, the customer representative said due to shopping season, shipment delayed.
Called Dec 21, 2022 10.07am, the customer representative said order still alive and wait after xmas.
Called Jan 3, 2023, the customer representative said we have stock in our warehouse and don't know why the shipment took a month, and pass my file to resolve dept.
Got a voiceamil on Jan 4 5:06pm from resolve dept and said the order has been cancelled and refunded.
Called Jan 4, 2023, the customer representative give me a $10 eVoucher.
Now I missed the item for a xmas present and have to pay $380+tax= $429.3 to get the same item from another retailer. Because Walmart.ca shows no stock, therefore I cannot place another order and do the price adjustment. My feeling is customer service pass me around and not solve an unreasonable shipping delay and missed the timing to place me another order with same offer.
I would like they can honor this offer.Business Response

Purchased a ********* coffee on December 5th expected delivery on December 23rd from a 3rd party seller. The product is untraceable.

Order a package that was to be delivered December 19 by ****** ****. ****** **** deliver on December 28th which was delay but that's beside the point.
Walmart northgate said they never recieve the package even though i confirm with ****** ****. Walmart refuse to give me my item I paid for or a refund my money.

I place an order with Walmart.ca on Dec 11th for 2 items one was a digital code for a video game and the other was for a physical copy of another game. The physical copy arrived with the week but I received an email that I would receive an email on Dec 14th for the digital code. December 14th comes and goes and no digital code was received. The seller of the code was Walmart despite their customer service reps saying that it wasn’t. I reached out to them and they told me I would hear back within 24-72 hours so I waited that time and reached out again to which they responded it would be another 3-5 business days and that my issue has been escalated to the escalation team. I said I just want my money back now instead of the code. They said I would have to wait another 24 hours and they would get back to me. I waited and called yet again on Dec 23rd to which they responded I’ll have to wait another 48-72 hours so I called on December 28th and they said that escalation team has responded via email to me that they couldn’t get a hold of the seller. I received no communication so the customer service rep sent me the email that was forwarded onto them. They said I would have to wait to get my money back or digital code until they could find out what happened with the seller. I just want my money back and have called several more times and no one is helping in any regards.Business Response

I tried to place a grocery order, *** ** ******* ******** ******* on Walmart.ca. The site appeared to have technical glitches & the button to submit the order did not work, despite my own troubleshooting using ****** & then the direct credit card. Called Walmart Customer Service at:###-###-#### & was refused help by “Mirage” & “Shalon.” Asked Shalon for a Supervisor, & she refused; 1st said “All” Supervisors were in a meeting, then said would not transfer to a Supervisor until I give all my personal information. Then call disconnected. Neither representative would give an ID number; said they are not allowed to because it’s their “personal” information.
Also called Walmart USA Customer Service, as Canada Walmart is only a subsidiary of Walmart USA, but no help there either. Spoke to Jose who did not take my complaint, gave no reference #, said was putting me through to a Supervisor, but the transferred me, without my knowledge to Walmart.com; spoke to “Sheryar” who said he was transferring to a Supervisor, but then disconnected the call. I will go ahead to place an order with ******, at this point. On Monday November 28, 2022, I placed an order for the ********** ******* ****** 5 Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer for $349.98. The delivery was for Thursday December 1, 2022.
My Walmart giftcard was already charged $350 and the remaining balance of $45.48 is on my credit card. Today is Tuesday December 27, 2022 and I have still not received the delivery of the product. It is stuck in “delayed” status on the Walmart website. I have called 1-800-328-0402 to file an escalation on December 9th, 19th and again today 27th. During each escalation call, Walmart’s response is that they will get back to me by email within 48-72 hours. However, I have not heard back from Walmart on any of these three occasions.
The product is available for instore pickup, but Walmart is not willing to switch it to instore pickup even though the product is physically available at a Walmart location near me.
Please help. Walmart is not willing to work with us to resolve the issue. At this point we would just like a full refund. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my parents.Business Response

I ordered a ***** Air Fryer (*************) on 12/16/22 as a holiday gift from $149 plus taxes & Delivery (Total $181.61 CAD) and it was due to arrive on the 18th.
I let the recipient know that their gift was coming and to ensure that someone was there to receive it and I was informed that evening that nothing arrived that day. When I checked Walmart's website, it showed as cancelled, with no reason given or explanation.Business Response

Purchased a product online for i store pick up the end of November. Email stating product was delivered to Whitby instead of Hamilton store Dec 2nd. I have called customer service many times as my credit card has been charged with no product. Every time I speak to someone they tell me it’s been escalated for me to get a refund and to wait 3-5 business days. This has been occurring for 3 weeks now with no response. I have tried ordering onlineclwith Walmart and 75-85% of stuff requires me making numderous phone calls and trips go post office with no resolution. It takes me on average 5+ hours per order trying to get my order or a refund. More than 1/2 of Walmart phone staff have such poor English skills that trying to get information passed is beyond difficult.
I have reported issues higher up with Walmart with little to no resolution.
Im hoping that your team can assist Walmart in improving the delivery abilities or simply stop offering the service.
