      The wireless dept refused to exchange cell phones purchased a few days prior. They had a small piece of paper with this info types on it than no exchanges or returns between Dec 26-28. Blamed the my cell provider stating the cell.provider did not allow exchanges until after Dec 28,22. I spoke with my cell provider and they said that Walmart Wireless Airdrie is in violation of the CCRT policy on consumer rights to exchange or return product and the right to access cellular service. I did speak with the manager and he was the person I was in direct contact with.Been without an adequate working phone since.

      I am very disappointed at Walmart for the way this item was shipped which caused damage to the item thus leaving me unable to gift it.

      While I understand it is final sale Walmart still has a duty to make sure it was shipped properly which they have failed at. In talking to customer service having them tell me to contact the manufacturer shows a lack of training since they didn’t crush the boxes in shipping.

      I filled out the order survey and emailed have your say at Walmart.ca. but both methods I did not receive a reply back too. Leaving this compliant.

      I had two orders DELIVERED as I do not drive, I** * ***** ** * ***** ****** * **** *****. Called on the 22nd of December Thursday to have items picked up for return. They said that a carrier would contact me in 24 hrs as to when they will come to get the returns for refund. I was not contacted so I called again today,Tuesday 27th. They refuse to do anything nor let me talk to a supervisor even though I said it was resolved on thursdays phone call. **** * **** ********* **** *** **** ** *** ***** * *** ***** ** *** *** ******. The service department is getting worse n worse with each passing month. I was told the two orders would be picked up at my door n the carrier would bring the return label ( as I do not have a printer ) This was all settled on Thursday. Today they said I have to bring it to ****** ****. The whole idea of me shopping on line n having it delivered is that I don’t drive…. all this already established. * ****** **** ** **** ** ***** **** **** **** **** **** **** * * ***** ****** **** **** ****. Now they r saying differently. They can’t change what’s already done….. they promised a carrier would pick them up bringing with them the return label. ( I’ve had it done in the past , this isn’t new ) Please get them to keep their PROMISE, I want these two orders picked up from my home so I can be refunded asap. Thank u.

      I purchased a ***** Freezer online from Walmart for $416.97 on November 26, 2022 (order # *************). I collected the order from the Walmart store (Store #3050) on Fanshawe part road. But once I opened the package, I realized the top of the freezer was completely cracked and broken. I contact Walmart customer service and requested a return pick up. However, the customer service was not helpful at all and every time they tried to dodge my request on the phone either by saying their computers were down, they could not put me on hold or diverting my call to their phone feedback which then automatically hung up. The email communications with Walmart customer service was also ineffective as they stopped responding to my emails. Although we lots a difficulty I returned the damaged product to the Walmart store but I request a replacement product from Walmart of the same brand and model.

      Saw in store 1079 of Walmart on 9455 Mississauga rd, Brampton, that they had on display in **** **** ********** with 256gb memory for $599 Canadian. I asked the assistant at the store if this was a good product and they said yes with the memory it has lots of storage and good graphics. When I purchased the **** 256gb **** ********** the box the **** came in said 64gb. I mentioned to the clerk and he said I’m not sure. I asked the assistant why the memory is lower and they said we are selling 64gb only. I said you showed me and told me it’s 256gb and I already purchased for my son the ****. I took a photo of the display and mentioned that this is misadvertising.

      On December 23, 2022 I looked up a product on the Walmart website, a ping pong table for my son for Xmas. The website said I could purchase it online and pick it up at the ******* store on the same day. Only after the transaction was completed, it then showed a pick-up date of January 20, 2023. On December 24, 2022 my husband went to the store and purchased the item himself, since the pick-up would not be ready for three weeks. When I attempted to cancel the order, I was unable to. I tried contacting Walmart customer service and they said orders could only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them. The agent I spoke with would not cancel the order and refused to escalate my concern to a supervisor, despite my asking multiple times, explaining that their website contained false advertising at the time of purchase. My husband went into the store and purchased a ping pong table, so we need Walmart to cancel the order and provide a full refund immediately.

      On December 18th I received my order #*************. The item arrived severely damaged from an online order. I reached out immediately to Walmart via live chat where I was told there was nothing they could unless I return to store. I do not drive, nor have transportation and I live nearly 30 minutes away from the nearest post office and Walmart so returning to store is not an option. After the live chat went know where’s I called Walmart, at which point I was on the phone for 45 minutes then told I was being transferred to a manager. I waited another half hour at which point I was told I waited too long and would receive a call back. I never received a call back. I called back myself and was told they would escalate it and I would hear back in 2-3 business days. In the meantime I reached out via email, and ******* chat. Via both message systems I was informed there was nothing they could do until the case was finished escalated. I was told I would have a carrier sent to my house for pick up, but have not recieved any types or reply’s what so ever and have been comepletly ghosted. I reached out again December 23rd and was told to just continue patiently waiting.. at this point I expect a refund for my troubles and the amount of time I have spent on this. Walmart has continually ignored me, and refused to provide a resolution for this order.

I received a call from Walmart head office earlier today and I phoned back immediately and I had to press 0 to speak to a operator at which point somebody answered, I stated I received a call from this number a moment ago and she said sorry wrong number and hung up. I was repeatedly told I would be contacted by a carrier to have it picked up and never did. As previously stated I am tired of dealing with this and just want my money back.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The e-vouchers have been added to my account but do not equal the $40 offered.

      For example, I may attempt to check out, having met the minimum order of $35 to qualify for free delivery, and I apply 1 $20 voucher. In that case, I am now subject to an ********* delivery fee of $5.97 and an inexplicable "handling fee" of an additional $5.

      In the above case, the voucher is only valued at $9, not the $20 I was offered.

      I placed an order with Walmart.ca Nov 25th. The item was guaranteed del Dec 14. It never arrived. I called Walmart.ca and they told me they would investigate and let me k ow where my parcel was. Today is Dec 21 and package still has not arrived. I asked for Walmart to return my money to my account, but they tell me I have to wait again another 72 hrs for them to investigate again.
      All I want is my money returned to my account, but cannot get any satisfaction from Walmart.ca for my order#************* and reference # *************
