Made a Walmart grocery order ,added hydrogen peroxide, cost 4$ , paid grocery order and delivery, was then charged 22$ for hydrogen peroxide as it was from a third party seller. I am rejecting this response because: this was searched in the app under “groceries” and was added to my “grocery” order . At NO TIME was it ever stated that I had to order it separately and that I would be billed an additional 14.98$ for shipping a 3.97$ item or I simply would not have asked for it. Basically Walmart is so greedy they allow you to order anything while buying groceries and then tell you it’s “3rd part” ****** ******* ****** *** **** *** ***. Shame on you for such underhanded business practices. I want my 21.41$ back and you can keep your 3.97$ hydrogen peroxide that suddenly cost 21.41$

It was to be Delivered to the store no later than Dec.14th. It was shipped a long time and they can't find it.
They have many in stock but refuse to give me one, even though I paid for it and won't deal

This is a **** *********** *, I recently have a power issue and I know it's out of the return and warranty period, so I contacted the manufacturer **** and seeking for out of pocket repair. **** advised that this machine that Walmart sold to me is registered and the original sold date is Nov 2, 2020, by another retailer. (they won't provide more detail due to privacy). I was surprised and contacted Walmart.ca and escalated to a higher team. the advisor name ****** ***** was very rude (very very rude) and only explained the return policy to me (which I was not asked the return policy) and asked me to contact the manufacturer, then suddenly hung up the call. I don't even have a chance to speak. I called again and asked to speak to mgr, they transferred me to a 911 emergency service in the Philippines. this is ridiculous!!!
Having experienced bad customer service. I would like to report/complain that Walmart.ca sold and shipped a used and registered *** to me, I didn't notice when I received the item, and I only found out when I connected to the manufacturer. **** verify this info when I provided them with the serial number on the ***.
I expected the item I received to be new unused, and not registered.

Placed an online order during the Black Friday sale. Order was never delivered and after waiting 3 weeks, they simply refunded the money. Talked to Customer Support. They suggested I order it again and the Escalation Team will adjust the price to the Black Friday sale price. I did so, but never received the price adjustment. The order is now delayed yet again and will not arrive until January. Talked to Customer Service again today and said the Escalation Team cannot adjust the price of orders. I asked to cancel the order and was told I could not as it was now in transit (which I doubt).
In the end, Walmart is refusing to honor their Black Friday pricing and they keep delaying delivery so they don't have to fulfill the order. The kicker is that these items were, and still are, available in the local store. I just thought I'd save myself a trip into town that day.Business Response

Bought a ******* ****** from Walmart online for $56.70 with expected delivery date of November 4th 2022. Contacted Walmart through phone 5-6 times over a month and a half period with same standard response to wait 24-48 hours each time for an update to my case from their escalation team. I ordered a ****** Scooter online on November 1st. The provided delivery date was November 10th. The order #************* As at November 9th the order had not shipped and simply stated as "Delayed". I contacted Walmart to cancel the order. I was told they would investigate and contact me in 2-3 business days.
Over the coming week the order remained and continues to remain as Delayed. I contacted Walmart a total of 12 times over the last 50 days requesting my refund however am simply told they are "working on it". Walmart acknowledges that the order was never delivered but also tell me a refund is in progress and will take 2-3 business days. AS of December 19th, they are still telling me it will be processed in 2-3 business days.
Walmart provides to means to escalate further. As of today, the purchase for $400 remains unrefunded and undelivered.Business Response

Ordered **** toys Nov 29. Order number *************. According to Walmart it was shipped next day. I never received package, Carrier (******) said they cannot locate package in their warehouse, either lost or never received. Suggested to call Walmart and ask for refund. I did that, but Walmart does not want to refund. Procrastinating, delaying, saying someone will contact me within 72 hours, but no one ever did anything. Worst customer service ever experienced. If I took something from their store and walked away without paying they would call police. Why is this different, how are they allowed to take money and never deliver package? I understand it could be carrier’s fault, but I have nothing to to with that. I ordered ** **** expected to arrive end of week instead it shows up on my door on Tuesday December 13 with no signature required and it gets stolen. I ordered so that I’d get it on day when I could be home, any of the last 3 days of the week, but it shows up way early, how am I supposed to plan this. I ordered an ***** ***** on Nov 9, 2022 as part of an early Black Friday sale for a Christmas gift. The website said it was a preorder and would ship Dec 9 with a delivery date of Dec 14. It is now Dec 16 and the order has not even shipped. I contacted Walmart and was told they would escalate it and I would receive an email with further information. I received an email saying my order was delayed. Which I already knew and was the reason for contacting them. I now will have to go purchase the item locally. Walmart in my town has some in store, for $100 more than my preorder and the store will not price match my preorder. I would like Walmart to price adjust the new watch I will have to buy in store, or rush ship my order to receive it by December 24.Business Response

I requested a return on the November 29th 2022.was told i will get an email within 5 days regarding carrier pickup since the item is heavy and never received any email from walmart then i spoke to an agent iver chat again was told that the ticket has been created and someone will get back to me in 48 hrs.Again days go by and yet no response from walmart.then called walmart on December 7th and again was told the ticket has been issued in priority and i will get a response in 24 hours and today is December 17 and still no response from walmart.I just want to know why is it so hard for them to create a return label??? Or give me the option to take the item to store for a return even that is not possible for them to process.This would be the last time to shop at walmart for me was a regular to do groceries and online shopping at walmart also cancel the 2 household credit cards with them.After all this hassle i will give the business to someone else.Business Response
