      I purchased a mini crib online because it has delivery for the large item. I set it up only to discover that the last piece failed to have the metal inserts pressure fit into the last leg making it impossible to complete the build. Essentially it came broken and incomplete or missing parts. I called and they set up a return- only that didn’t show on my online account… finally the return was logged and they told me they would pick it up in 2-3 business days and then refund me my money. I have been told this every 3 days for almost a month. I call every 3 days and they will not refund me or tell me anything other than - trust me now it’s been escalated, it will be picked up and that I cannot be transferred to a manager. This still has not been picked up nor have I been refunded.

      I placed an online order for a Christmas gift. Walmart lost it in shipping. The updates have not been updated for over a week. Everyday it says it is going to be delivered that day. I called walmart Canada and asked them for a refund as the item is clearly not arriving and I now need to go out and buy another as it is a Christmas gift. The rep on the phone refuses to allow me to speak to a supervisor, tells me he can not issue a refund, I just need to keep waiting eventually it should turn up, I am done waiting and just want a refund for the item.

      I am rejecting this response because:the item was lost in shipping. they have sent me an email saying they will issue the refund when they receive it back at their distribution center. they lost it and why should they hold my money until they locate it. I need to buy a gift at the last minute therfore I need my refund immediatly. this is unacceptable treatment. Also I called the "customer service" number spent 45 minutes asking for a supervisor, was denied this conversation with the promise that one would call me in 24 hours, I have not been contacted and that was 3 days ago

      Ordered an item from Walmart.ca on November 26th, 2022. Arrival date was supposed to be between December 6th-12th. My credit card was charged right away. I received tracking number for ****** **** on November 29th saying shipping label was generated on November 26th and awaiting pickup by ****** ****. As of December 16th, ****** **** has no record of that tracking number.

      Logging on to my Walmart account is useless, the order history page just says Sorry! We’re having trouble loading your orders right now.Please try again

      Contacting Walmart support by phone is also useless. The lady pretended she couldn’t hear me and hung up the phone.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      The only issue with their resolution is that they still fail to accept responsibility and claim that all transactions are between the customer and the third party seller. If I go to the Walmart site and purchase an item, I expect Walmart to stand behind that sale and accept full responsibility without excuses when that sale doesn’t meet standards

      November 27, 2022: I received a delivery from Walmart that mistakenly contained a comforter. ***** ********* I asked Walmart to arrange pick up to return it. I was asked to visit a ****** **** outlet but advised I could not do that because of my ********** situation and had no means of transportation. Walmart then offered to pick the wrong product up and processed the return once they received the item in their warehouse. I asked to be sent a replacement deep fryer but was told they could do that and had to accept a refund. I was also told the sale had now ended and the sale price was no longer available. I decided to accept the refund and purchase a deep fryer elsewhere.

      Between November 27th and December 15th, I contacted Walmart 5 times by chat to arrange for pick up of the comforter and twice the courier never showed on the days scheduled so the item was not returned as of December 15. ******** *** *** ** ******** ********, I emailed the courier, ******, to see when their service ended for the day but got no response. Then I contacted Walmart again to speak to a supervisor about the matter and was given a phone number to call. * *** *** ************ ****** ******** **** *** *** ******* ** *** ********** * *** ***** ******* ***** ********** *** **** ****** ** **** ******  Given my credit card was now charged for over a month, I still had the wrong product I couldn’t return and my refund was still not being processed, I felt I needed to seek help getting the matter resolved so I checked online for other refund options. Discovering other Walmart customers had contacted the BBB for help, I decided to do the same. Thus, I am now filing this complaint to ask the BBB to seek arrangement of pick up for the wrong item I received due to a Walmart shipping error and to seek to have my refund processed back to my credit account asap.

      I placed an order (door handle) on Walmart.ca in November, I suppose to receive my order before December 7th. However, they even didn't send my order, instead, I just received 2 e-mails, it said my order has been delivered. I called Walmart customer service at least 6 times to report the problem. They are refused to return my money back (77$) and don't want to resolve this problem. I was at home all day long last couple days, I guarantee nobody came here to drop my order. Now, I just want to get my money back. Thanks a lot.

      On November 24, I ordered an **** on walmart.ca (order# *************). Despite saying it would arrive on November 26th originally, it did not ship until November 28, and it had a new delivery date of November 29. That date came and went and still the tracking number showed no movement of the item. I had suspected that this was lost by the courier, so I contacted walmart phone support and they said to wait a few more days, so I did.

      I called in wal-mart multiple times (over 10 times) after that and each time they said they would escalate this, but the escalation team never contacted me back.

      Finally, on December 9, I called in and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was apologetic and said that the item was lost in transit and that he would contact the finance backend team to get me a refund for the original order and he suggested that I should place a brand new order and they will price adjust it, so that they refund the difference between the 2 orders, so that the new order ends up being the same price as the old one (since the old order was a sale item). I specifically asked him if a voucher I used on the original item would be reflected in the price adjustment of the new one and he assured me that it would.

      Well, I placed a new order (order # *************) on December 9, and called the next day for the price adjustment. The agent was able to refund most of the difference, but he said the system was not letting him refund the voucher + tax on it. He told me he would escalate this and I would hear back in 2-3 business days, and again, they never contacted me back.

      All in all, I've called Wal-mart over 12 times and after all the hassle they've put me through, somehow I am paying more for an item that I was supposed to receive 3 weeks ago. They also refuse to give any additional compensation, which any half-decent business would do when they make a customer go through so much trouble. This is the worst service I have ever received from a retailer.

After hassling a customer for 3 weeks and a supervisor promising previously that I would get the full refund difference between the two orders, this is absolutely disgusting service.

      I ordered a coffee table from walmart.ca on Nov 24, 2022. The order number is *************. On Nov 28th, I received an end table instead of a coffee table. The price for the coffee table was $79.97 plus taxes. I returned the wrongful item to the store. They returned the item and provided me with the return reference number of *********. They stated the refund would be reflected on my credit card within 5 business days. The time had elapsed and it was not reflected on my credit card. I called the customer service line and they stated they would look into the issue and have it resolved within 72 hours. The time had elapsed and still no resolution. I called back and they gave me the same response that it would be resolved within 72 hours. Still no resolution or no refund. I tried the customer service through ******* and I was given the same response. It has been two weeks now, and the refund has not appeared on my credit card. Walmart sent me the wrong item, is keeping my payment, and not owing up to their error. The worst customer service ever!

      I bought a countertop oven on line that Walmart advertises it will be delivered by the 15th of Dec. I bought it and got an email that says it will be coming on January 3rd. The website still advertises the delivery for Dec 16th today. I bought it yesterday when it said the 15th. I apparently can not cancel my order and have to wait for the oven and send it back if i do not want it and want a refund. THE ADVERTISEMENT SAYS "GET IT BY CHRISTMAS!" and it still does today.       i went to this location to use the self serve propane exchange tank kiosk, it is from a company called **** **** *** *** ****. these *** * ** kiosk are located on walmart property. i made with my **** card, the door opens where you place your old tank. another door opens and you take out your filled 20lb propane tank., upon receiving my propane tank from the retrieval door i could smell and feel propane was leaking from the valve. , i immediately went to customer service, where they didn't know what i was talking about, they told me to go talk to someone in seasonal dept?? i went back out and the propane tank was still leaking so i called the dept, my time they got there the tank was empty, and there was no more harm. the fire dept tried calling **** ** at their hot line ***********, and it said it was out of service. now i have an empty tank, which i paid for.
      how could walmart allow a company like *** * ** ******* on their property, when it looks like the company is out of business, i also emailed the company 2 times with no response

      Order ************* I made an order with express deliver - The items **** Soap was broken and damaged, I call customer service they said they would provide me with a return shipping label and pick up. This was a long and difficult process, with poor communication and multiple calls. I was told not to send back the items but to take pictures and send in the info to the warehouse to have a refund issued and this would take 5-7 days it has now been 11. I have not been provided with any more info every time I call email or chat I am told someone will get back to me a manager is to call me back but this has not been done. It is very simple refund the order. The items arrived damaged I was told the computer system is limited and the warehouse need to confirm the return in order to do this. What a poor process and complication for the customer. ****** labels ********* / ********* / ***************** /***************** the ****** pick up and label printing was very difficult however the call centre with Walmart is worse. * ** ******* *** **** ******* ******** **** ** ****** ** ** ******. Please refund me. Also the quoted refund amount is incorrect it says $236 back but I was billed $238 the refund calculation is missing the tax amount on the delivery fee of $2tax
