      walmart advertised a **** ************ from 6.49 down to 2.99 on its front page. I went to the store three times over the deal period. Not once was it in stock. it was barely displayed and always out of stock. There was much more than average stock of their own great value bacon at much higher prices. I asked the management when it would be in stock and they gave me no answer. They offered no rain check and no substitution.       It happened today, August 20th, in walmart located in 1280 Fanshawpark Road. When I was looking for pesticide in Garden Area, I was locked inside. It was really hot and I was confined there for nearly 20 minuets. I called the store office for several times but nobody answered, then I began shouting for help. I thought I would die inside. Luckily, there was a customer came and found a worker. He opened the door from outside. When I asked him why I was locked inside, he said he didn't know with a smile. I don't think it is funny. Then I spoken to a man manager, since I spoke with a high voice, the manager asked me why I was jelling at him rather than comforting me. I was really frustrated and angry, then I spoke to a woman manager, but what she could do was just apologizing. I cried, but I could do nothing, angry and afraid. * ** ******** * ** ****** **** ******* ******* ** ******* *********. It's not a safe store for people to go. And the workers are not responsible. T** ******* ** *** ******* ** **** ********. I think you should give me an explanation and also a solution.

      We bought a bike for our 9-year-old daughter. She was riding the bike when the rear brake assembly fell off,
      I contacted the manufacturer, ******, who told me that it was the fault of Walmart, as they contract the service of assembling the bikes.
      I have posted many times on Walmart's social media, but not one reply.
      I knew it was of no use in calling, as I would have gotten someone that would give the runaround.
      It seems that Walmart does not care about the brakes of a child's bike, and her life and limb.

      For us to buy the same bike, the cost would be $128 plus tax in order to replace the faulty bike.

      Walmart photo centre at the north whitby store is not following the posted hours. I have been there in the last few weeks and they were closed 6 out 10 times. Why are they not following the hours listed? This doesn't makes sense.

      i purchased a pool on July 4th for 674.90$ it showed delivered on July 6th with no signature or picture of delivery. It was never received, When speaking with The delivery company they told me it was still at the loading dock awaiting delivery as because its a big item it needs to be a scheduled delivery. I've continued to contact them with no movement. When contacting walmart they've informed me it doesnt matter what the delivery company says it was delivered and if i want a resolution to contact the police. I live in a small city with one station I've contacted them and they ask if no signature is required, we cant not place a report if no picture of delivery or signature is present a police report cant be made as we dont know what the actual situation is. I've informed Walmart and they told me to bad go to another station. You can not go to a station outside of your city they tell you to go to ur local department. I have been going back and forth with Walmart to come to a resolution of just resending the item and still they refuse to do anything. When an item is not signature required by consumer protection it is the shipper's responsibility for replacement. Walmart refuses to replace or refund.

      walmart refuses to speak with me regarding the situation unless a police report is provided.       * 9.98 * 2 (Was Double Charged for an Item I NEVER RECEIVED)
      * They have NOT tried to fix this issue, instead have lied,***** * and pushed me to ***** to resolve instead.
      Ordered a full grocery order August 6th (more info below about the rest of the order), one of these items (this order) was apparently shipped from a warehouse (essential item, *******). Estimated time of arrival 9th, was pushed to the 10th, no one showed up, was pushed to the 11th, I complained and asked for a refund/cancel the order, they "escalated" it, the next day I get charged a SECOND time from Walmart putting me into the negatives for an item I STILL haven't received, the next day (13th) I get an email saying "It'll be delivered by the 10th of August" 3 days AFTER the ETA. I complained again, they refuse to acknowledge it and claim I need to dispute it with *****. I asked for a manager to email me not once but TWICE and still haven't heard back. I want the 19.96 I was charged BACK on my card!!

      This order, and all previous orders are ALWAYS a mess. They're either missing items, provide incorrect items or EXPIRED items to their customers. This order showed replacements of Cat Food, Baby Wipes and Tortillas. They replaced Medium with Large (whatever), they downgraded our baby wipes from 1200 for 20$, to 400 for 8$ which bothered me because that's 1/3rd the wipes for only half the cost, so I'm LOSING money off that, but then the CAT FOOD we desparately needed was replaced with 2x REUSABLE SHOPPING BAGS. As SOON as I got the email I started calling them so they could replace it with something else but then I got a notification saying they were already on their way! On top of that, almost all the groceries we got were damaged or expired/moldy (* **** ****** ** ** ****** ** ***** ******** page as ****). This happens ALL the time! **** ******** **** ** *******************.

      I placed an online order at Walmart.ca on August 15th to be delivered on August 16th. It wasn't express same day delivery so I was expecting the truck, but **** **** arrived with some of my order! I had a problem with the last and only express delivery order I made, the ********* delivery person forgot several items! I received a refund for the missing items, and reassured that if I don't use express delivery, it wouldn't happen again!! BUT THIS TIME I AM MISSING MORE THAN HALF OF MY ORDER! The delivery person said that he doesn't do the shopping, he only delivers what the Walmart store gives him. In other words, not his fault!?!
      I followed the same online refund procedure as last time. I was livid so I called Walmart and spoke to a supervisor. He spoke to the manager at the Laval Walmart Superstore in Oshawa and requested that any future orders not be outsourced to delivery services! The manager also confirmed that the missing item weren't given to the **** **** driver! The Walmart supervisor confirmed that my refund was already processed! I have the phone conversation recorded as proof!
      It has been more than 48 hours and still no email confirming that the refund has been processed. My Walmart account still only shows the creation of the refund on August 16th!
      I want the refund for order #************* as promised!! I AM NOT PAYING FOR ITEMS I DIDN'T RECEIVE!!!!!!
      I feel that I should also receive some compensation, such as free shipping, e voucher, for the stress and hardship this has caused me!!
      Walmart needs to do better ******* ******* ** ********** *** * ***** ************

      Section 74.05 of the Competition Act prohibits the sale or rent of a product at a price higher than its advertised price.
      Exception: "an advertisement containing a price error is followed immediately by a corrective notice"

      It took them 5 days to cancel and let us know that it was a price error, doesn't seem immediate to me.

      My question is what took so long? And why is it being honored in other provinces, ie Quebec.

      It just seems not fair. Is there another course of resolution that can be met because it seems something can be done but only if it involves the law rather then general good practices.

      I placed an online order off Walmart's website for a men's cologne, "******* ** **** *******" on July 28th,2022.

      I received an email notification on Aug 2nd, 2022 advising that a shipping label had been created and that my order was on its way.

      At that time the tracking information indicated that the delivery date was to be Aug 4th.

      The 4th came and went and after tracking it with the provided tracking # (**********************) with the courier, the tracking info indicated that they courier had not yet received the package.

      I contacted Walmart via their online service portal to inquire about the issue and was told they would look into it and I received a voicemail from them a few days later advising to wait until the 11th for my order.

      I kept an eye on the tracking with the courier and on the 10th there was no movement and the courier still had not received the package.

      I contacted them again via the support portal as there are no other means of contact really.. and was told that they would look into the issue further. On the 12th I received an email advising that the investigation was taking longer than expected.

      I contacted them again on the 16th attempting to get an answer on my order and or cancel it for a full refund as they have not shipped it and have not been able to give me an answer on its status.

      I am currently waiting for any type of response and feel completely helpless and cheated.

      I want a full refund for my order, $74.55.
