      I placed an online order on August 17th to be picked up on August 18th at a ******* pickup location.
      The order was not delivered to the pickup location during the time frame specified. I tried to phone the Walmart store at **** ******** ****** ***** Scarborough, ON...they would not pick up the phone. I phoned the 1 - 800 Number for Walmart customer service & they said they would cancel the order.
      I am still chasing Walmart Customer Service for the refund. Now they have sent me an email asking me to sign an affidavit stating that I did not pick up the order. **** *** ******** ** **** * *********  On principle alone, I am not sure if I will sign the affidavit. I have reached out to ****** to start a dispute & will see how they handle it.
      How about Walmart check for a signature & check their cameras at the pickup location? Naturally, the phone number for the pickup location is not accepting phone calls.

      The manager Paul is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I heard him ******** ******* the other employees, saying they were **** ***** and that they can't do anything correctly. He is rude and unjust. I am mortified at how he conducts business and himself. The other staff have been very helpful when asked for help. The store it's self is a good store. But this ****** made me consider going elsewhere.

      1st Complaint) This is about WALMART - Dixie and Dundas Mississauga
      This happened around on January 12 2023 1:55Pm This I was on my way out from the store this store when my Shopping cart frozen and the alarm went off i had bought nothing when the buggy Froze it kicked back into my stomach the blue handle and hit me. The security Guard was right there he said that this what happens with some of them I was upset and rubbed my tummy becuse of the kick back and hurt me. These shopping cart Carts are dangerous and should be taken away and it should only take 1 person to complain what if it was a small child you have to take this serous matter. I have not got any Apology from the Store Manager or what has been done about my issue Walmart is very Unprofessional.

      Did an online grocery order (submitted at 10am same day) for pick up for July 28 between 5pm and 6pm. I arrived at 5pm and the order was not ready, not even started and when I asked how long it would be I was not given an answer. The customer service person told me they were going to go and call the manager to see what could be done. I waited 20mins before the customer service agent came back and told me that they could not get ahold of a manager. I told them to move my grocery order for pick up on Monday (July 31) between 5 and 6 and she told me she didn't know how to do that. I said ok and left frustrated.
      I ended up calling the manager and told him to cancel my order and refund my money. I got home and several hours later I get a notification that my grocery order is ready for pick up, I called again because I live about 30mins from this Walmart and again told them to cancel my order and refund my money. It is now August 8th and I still do not have my refund not any groceries. This order was $200+. Every time I contact Walmart they tell me it is taking longer then usual to refund my money but give me no timeline on when I can expect my money back.

      Walmart sold us a defective patio set through their online store, and for three months has refused to return it. Their offshore customer service call centre has been unhelpful, call us at all hours of the morning. They claim their "marketplace" on their Walmart.ca website is a third-party vendor. The 3rd party vendor is non-responsive, and we now have an $800 piece of garbage on our patio. We are considering legal action.

      Unhappy and very disappointed in Express online pick up order.
      We bought 2 - 2 lb green grapes for 7.97 each today. Got them home and was very disappointed and shocked at the green grapes. They were rotten. Not impressed at all. Will never buy anything though the online pick up app again.

      I returned a toy I had purchased online using the ****** **** return label Walmart provided me. I never received a refund. I called the ********* customer service and provided the tracking number and all the item information. They were to call me back but never did. A couple of days later I received an email that my account had been suspended. I called customer service several times inquiring about my refund and each time was told they were escalating the request and I would get a reply in a couple of days. I never did.
      I called customer service again and was told by a supervisor that as the account was suspended they cannot give me my money back. HUH??? They would not return the toy to me as it has gone back on the floor. He told me if I want my money I have to ask my bank for it. They have my money and are reselling the toy.

      I bought a box of ****** Samosa from Walmart in ********* (Burnaby). It was supposed to be a box of 6 Samosa's ans was put on sale. To my surprise, when i came back home and opened the box, the qty of samosa in box was only 5. This was a shocker for me since may be the samosa's were touched by someone in the store due to which 1 qty was missing leading to ****** Hygiene issues or the food was totally un-comsumable / left over of someone. I went back to store and asked the bakery lady. Her submission was qty in box should be 6. It was only put on sale since after few hours, they need to be put on sale if they are not sold within a specific time frame. I went to customer service who told me an entirely different story. Their answer was: Box was put on sale only because it had qty 5 in place of 6 which *** ******* *** **** ***** *** ***** ****** *** **** ****** *** * ** ***** ** ** I asked for a refund to which they denied by request. After requesting them again, Customer service supervisor denied refund as per my payment method on receipt and simply handed me cash ** * **** **** ******* I asked for the reason to be refunded in cash to which they never provided any answer. * **** ******* ******* ***** getting such an inferior product or left over product of someone which was being sold as new in Walmart. This is totally unacceptable. I am looking for a suitable compensation and apology.

      Purchased a gift card as a gift for a ******** friend. Our friend went to use the gift card only to find it the funds had already been used. Tried contacting Customer Support multiple times and was informed to contact the Gift Card department as Customer Service was unable to assist. The number for the Gift Card department redirected back to the general customer service line every time we called (15+ times over different days). Was also given a number to try that was not in service. Connected with VP of Walmart and was told I would be contacted by customer support the following day, which did not occur. Customer service eventually emailed requesting photos but has not responded despite follow-up emails. Walmart Canada has not done anything to improve security of its gift cards. Absolutely nonexistent and ******** customer service once they have your money.

      Walmart is being run well. The staff are there to help customers. The staff were able to direct me to the location of items I was looking for. When checking out items the staff are courteous and do not spend too much time small talking to customers. The lines run smoothly and do not have many holdups. Unless I ask for staff names, I usually don't know who the staff at Walmart are. The bills are accurately processed.
