1 starWaited 2 hrs past my grocery delivery time only to see the order update as delivered. I contacted on chat they said I had to call the 1800 # for refund. I called the number only to be told that I should wait until the end of the day and then contact them. That was unacceptable as it was already 8pm why should I wait to be refunded after all this inconvenience! I was told there is nothing they can do but escalate and have a supervisor call me back in 2-3 days?!! Like WHAT!! So I didn't get my groceries and you are now going to hold on to my money another few days before you even initiate my refund!!! I guess I'll just starve while you hold on to my $150...I guess that seems right in your eyes WALMART!!!!!!!!!Review fromZelia D.

1 starAt the Customer service counter yerterday, the only people behind the counter where a trainer training someone who appeared to be experiencing his first day on the job. As I requested the Store Manager. I spoke to several staff before the Assistant Store Mgr showed up. ** **** **** ********** **** *** ***** ******* ** **** **** ****** ** ** ** **** ******** ** *** ******** ******* **** * **** ***** **** ** ** ****** ** ** ** * ******* *** ** * ***** ***** ******* **** ***** ****** **** ** *** ********* **** ** *** ************ **** ****** ** * **** * ***** ***** *** ***** **** ***** *** ** *** ******** After asking a basic, "When will the Store Manager be in the store?", I got a nasty, "He doesn't have time for people like you...and now I'm done with you." stated the Assistant Store Manager. Before I could get an answer of when he will be in, a security guard working for a contracted company, picks me up, throws me outside on the pavement, **** ** *** ** **, handcuffs me, then holds me hostage. C******* ** ******** **** **** **** * **** **** ****** ** **** ***** *** ***** ******** ************* While ** *** ** *** ** ** **** ******* *** ***** ** ********* I attempted to negotiate with him.("*** *** ** *** remove the handcuffs, and I will leave the parking lot/front entrance.") He refuses. (Is he feeling proud that he is holding a *** *** ********* ** **** *** woman hostage who simply asked to speak to the Store Manager?)
Long story short, I had to wait for police to arrive to remove the handcuffs. When I indicated that I wanted to press charges against the security guard (No point at THIS point to go after Walmart because they outsource their security guards AND parking lot because they don't want someone like me to sue them). Walmart claimed that they were unable (yesterday) to hand over surveillance footage of the assault on me....and the cops indicated that I could not press charged until they had evidence of what happen in their hands...Review fromDiana G

1 starDisappointed with inaccurate advertising on their website. I purchased a 2-pack **** + ****** flashlight which they (still) advertise as a 2-pack but I received only a single-pack item - half the quantity advertised. Customer Service (chat) suggested I just return it to a store for a refund. The resolution I expected was for Walmart to send the rest of what I ordered and paid for. I've since missed a sale on this item elsewhere last week and now stuck paying full price somewhere else. I no longer trust Walmart online or their customer service.Review fromSabrina M

1 starSigned up for their monthly DeliveryPass (free delivery) service, so now I pay that AND delivery fees! My last order cost almost 20.00 to deliver. On the phone, one agent told me to call back once the items were delivered for the 9.97 to be refunded, and when I did the next agent told me too bad and went back on what the original agent had said. I canceled DeliveryPass to get THAT money back instead, and he wouldn't refund it for at least a week.
Also, they are always out of stock of everything important. I am sick and ordered *********, which is available on the site, but then was told it was sold out. I asked that it be substituted or cancel the order, and they said there was NOTHING to substitute (didn't even check since it took 30 seconds!) and wasted so much time in the chat (disconnected twice so you have to start over multiple times) that the order I wanted to cancel went out anyway.
I ended up paying double delivery fee (9.97 + DeliveryPass fee) for a tiny order that I didn't even want because it was just supposed to be a couple extra things attached to the IMPORTANT thing (the medicine) because they waffle around in chat and on the phone for so long but don't really want to help you at all.
**** *** terrible customer service. I guess that is the norm nowadays!!!
If I had tried to order medicine from the tiny drugstore locally, it would have cost a couple dollars more but cheaper shipping and would already have been delivered. If it wasn't in stock he would have either substituted or I could have canceled within a minute. I'll do that from now on since I don't trust Walmart at all now!
Especially after buying all my groceries through them for years and years that is the treatment I got ** ******* *** *********** so they didn't have to cancel or refund THEIR mistakes!

1 starDelivered package to the front door (doorbell wasn't rung) that was left upside down and clearly leaking. The liquid fabric softener had leaked all over the contents of the box including boxed powders, ruining them. Everything went straight into the garbage as it was leaking everywhere.
I spent over 1.5 hours cleaning and talking to customer service to get a refund. They REFUSED to refund me beyond the the softener and ARGUED with me that everything else looked "fine" in the photos I submitted.
They made no move to recompense me for the items nor my time. This is the worst customer service I have EVER received and left my visibly upset and shaking from the interaction.
I shouldn't have to argue that liquids leaking all over everything ruins it.Review fromErin P

1 starMade an order of $696 plus tax totaling $796.78 (which included a children's clothing item taxed at 5% and a $10 shipping charge. The total tax charged $89.03 was the appropriate charge for the 13% HST of the whole order ($690 without the children's clothing item as it was taxed separately). The next day I received an email from Walmart stating that they cancelled 2 of the items ($499.96 + tax was initially paid). They only refunded the $499.96, not the tax paid on the items. Customer support said no tax was charged on the two electronic items, even though receipt, ****** and bank statement show that it was. Escalation department hung up on me when I asked for an explanation and stated that if I was to purchase an item in store at $500+tax ($565) and it was returned, the whole $565 would be refunded. Went in store, nothing could be done as it was an online situation. Left a voicemail at the Walmart corporate office in Mississaug, no reply yet. ********* *** **** ***** **** *** ******** **** ******** Might be worth the News looking into it. Customer service was zero help and provided no resolution, just that they can't refund the $54.Review fromBrian M

1 starThe Walmart in lakeminster Alberta refuses to honor an online advertised price. Walmart.ca listed one price and when I went to the store to purchase it, after driving a considerable distance, was refused that price. Their store manager stated it's not their policy to match walmart.ca's price. How exactly is that price matching?
Failing to honor your price is bad faith.Review fromKristy H

1 starI ordered $250.00 of groceries through wlamart, which I've done many times. I live in an apt building on the 3rd floor. I chose "meet at door" and was able to write comments. I explained very clearly to not leave my grocery order in the lobby as I have a broken leg and am unable to come down to receive them. My order was an hour late and it never came to my door. I received a notification that my order had been delivered. I looked outside my door and nothing. I realized the driver probably disregarded my message and left the order in the lobby. I called my neighbour to help me. We got down to the lobby and the driver had left it inside the door of the lobby, not even the inside, left it right out in the open at the front of the building. By the time my neighbour and I got there, all that was left of my order was a case of water, rhe rest was stolen---another reason I specifically ask them NOT to leave it there and to come to my door......this is an option, yet it was disregarded and I lost my whole order. I called customer service and explained the situation. The man said my entire order would be refunded and I would receive a corresponding email for that refund. The email said they refunded my delivery charge of $16.00. I called and spoke to someone different who said she sees no reference number or indication that the conversation occured. I ask her to go back and look because it states the phone calls are recorded. The woman doesnt even acknowledge my request. She then called the store and said my order would be redelivered later today. I said no, I want the full refund that was originally offered to me, I don't want the exact same scenerio to occur a second time. She called the store again and said it would be fully refunded and that I would receive a reference email of that and the money would be back in my acct in 5-10 business days. No email , no money, no follow up. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced.Review fromibrahim k

Tried to contact custumer service, they couldn't help or find out why is my order delayed or when the prints will be done. Total disappointment.
