      I wonder why Walmart continues to be a platform for third party sellers when the third person sellers sell complete garbage. They allow any third party sellers without knowing anything about them. They use terms and regulations that state that Walmart is not responsible for third party sellers. I wonder why if not for inferior products. How many people get ripped off the with bad products from these third party sellers. Terrible business practices to allow such terrible products to be sold on Walmart online purchases. My order was accepted and paid for and ****** **** sent confirmation and delivery tracking then all of a sudden I get a notification that my money is being refunded. No explanation so I call and Walmart says the seller is an unreliable service provider . That was 3 weeks after they took my money. Terrible customer service

      Very bad experience. I bought a bed frame and it never delivered to my house and I contacted them but they did nothing so I canceled my order and they promised to send me a gift card with the same amount of money that I paid but I got nothing until now.

You never get an answer to your question ******** ******* **** ***** ****** ********** ******** ***** ** *** ***** *** **** ****** ********* ***** ******* ****** **** **** ** ****** *** **** **** **** They literally can't do anything except repeating what you are already seeing on your walmart.ca account, they can't Cancel order, can't process refund even though orders never get shipped. worst customer Service ever. They don't care, The calls are not monitored, your call will get disconnected when they don't know what to say or do.

      Not following scanning code of practice. Sign said 34.99, scanned as 64.99 and the skid had more then one product on it, manager jasmeet *** **** *** refused to follow procedures as set out by Canadian consumer law. As it should have been 34.99 as per THEIR signage. Happens all the time.

      Placed an online order (sold and shipped via walmart) was supposed to be delivered Wednesday May 24th, update said delays would be delivered the 25th, woke up today, now parcel is still stuck in Quebecs terminal. I called ****** (their delivery service) they were of no help. Called Walmart to find out what is going on. I wasn't satisfied so I asked for a refund....they stated they could not do so and expect me to take my large parcel via a taxi to return item or refuse delivery (but what if I am not home?). I stated I'm not satisfied please issue refund Walmart literally will not. I'm not happy. It's now days late and the solution is not acceptable. What would you do?

      Walmart Canada’s online store was advertising a portable air conditioner for $388 before tax… Now here’s where it gets interesting because in the online ad it clearly states “Delivery, arrives BY Tuesday, May 16, 2023” I needed it real soon because of the heat wave we were experiencing and I thought that 3 days to arrive from the date of purchase Saturday, May 13/23 was okay. Now after clicking on “Place your Order” the very same information appears on the next page but this time it has a message “Thanks for your order” in a green circle with a green check mark and it also lists my order number as well as the total price including taxes. But once again it is clearly stating under the order number and the total cost “Shipping, arrives by Tuesday, May 16, 2023” So now as far as I’m concerned and was totally led to believe I will have my A/C unit here ON or before May 16/2023! Now the part where I know something’s wrong when 2 days I get an email that is now stating “Estimated delivery date: May 16/2023! Well “Arrives BY” and “Estimated” are two very different statements are they not or at least I think so! But now the next day (Tue, May 16, 2023) the day that it was stated clearly the item would arrive BY I get yet another email now stating “Order Delayed” with a new “Estimated Shipping date of Monday May 29, 2023 which is now almost two weeks past when I was pretty much promised it would in fact arrive! Now Walmart Canada’s “Cancellation Policy” is a “30 minute window” right after one places an order! “30 MINUTES!” After that period one becomes a hostage with NO option of cancelling the order even after the truth is told regarding delivery! And when calling in to dispute my issue nobody seems to know any thing about why deliveries are pretty much untrue right from the start! I also have all evidence in screenshots if you need it! I also want to say thank you so much for taking the time to read about my concerns!!!…

      Walmart either cancels your order entirely, or like yesterday just doesn’t deliver half the groceries (they missed all my meat, dairy, and most of my meal plan items for the week) for absolutely no reason, and without explanation. Called one minute after delivery, and they couldn’t call the truck or the store because it is some call centre *** **** **** ***** ***** I had to call back and talk to 3 different people to even start the refund. Zero apology, zero credit, and NO refund for ten days. So no money or groceries, and zero customer service. **** *** ******** ***** ***** **** ***** ********* ** ******** ***** **** ********* **** ***** ** ***** **** ******** They have lost a customer and I will NEVER use them again.

I still do not have My refund While writing this review I received a phone call, it was a customer service representative. He hold me in order for me to receive My refund I would have to reorder the same product and then I'm to cancel it then they can refund me my money if I do that. I would be paying for one product double the amount. * ***** **** ******* **** **** *** ******* **** ***** * ***** ****** *** ******* ****** * *** ******** The product which damage but not replaced and Walmart blames are Carrier which is ***** and stated that it was damaged On attempt to deliver to my home. ***** stated the product was damaged when they received it At the warehouse. walmart.ca online only delivers out products that are in the warehouse. The warehouse Is in Cambridge Ontario. They do not use their stores.       ******* ****** ***** ***** ********** Once an email and phone have been used on an account, they cannot be used anywhere else. The only way to get a new account for me, is to create a new email and get a new phone number. There is no way to delete accounts, only suspend.
      My husband has passed away recently, and there is no way to change his phone number to mine because my number is in use and cannot be used again thanks to their policy. I am not changing my phone number just for ordering groceries. If I didn't need to order certain things from them, then they wouldn't have my service at all.

      ******* ** *** *** ******* This is false advertising!!! The title say ********* stainless steel mug, but it is a ******* KNOCK OFF!!! This is sold in the Walmart.ca site and Walmart needs to step up and corret this order. I asked for a refund, as this is NOT the product I purchased. The seller said the "item number is correct" and that is what I ordered. The title of the item is *********, when you click purchase a random number shows up and as a customer you are supposed to know this is NOT A ********* ITEM!?! Walmart Please help corret this and provide me with a refund *** *** **** ***** *** **** ******** This is ruining the trusted Walmart brand. I will never buy from Walmart again, as I do not know who the seller is and Walmart has ponded this problem off. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AT WALMART!!!
