      ** * ***** ******* * ****** * ****** Online order never received at store and despite numerous calls to customer service still no credit. ******** ******* ****** **** ***** *** **** **** *** **** ****** *** **** **** **** *** The vendor says they delivered it. The store says they don’t have it **** * ******** ******** *****  On call number 12 I think and I don’t plan to give up until I get my credit. I am an online shopper and would have expected better from Walmart. Never shopping with them again.

      ** *** ** ** ******* * ** ****** *** ******* **** *** They failed to provide half of my groceries and won’t refund me for what was missing, $70 worth of groceries to be exact.
      I was called by an associate stating it was a computer issue on their end and I would not be charged, I was even offered a promo coupon for my troubles. I was indeed charged $70 worth of groceries I did not received. I notified them immediately and multiple times after because I was charged for items I didn’t receive.
      Funny thing is when you ask for a refund for all the missing items they suspend your online account so you’re unable to get a refund in the end???
      This has to be the most bizarre thing that has ever happened to me. I’m dumbfounded by the entire transaction and *** ************ ** their customer service.

      Ordered a blender that was only available online and it was supposed to be delivered on March 26 and as of March 31 it's no where to be seen, and the shipping company is giving the run around. Walmart customer service said they can escalate it and someone will get back to me in 3 - 5 business days. My order is almost a week late. They don't let you choose the delivery company and use ****** which is terrible and never deliver anything remotely on time. I had no idea it would be with ****** until I got the shipped notice. This service is terrible.

      Very Low Quality customer service...I ordered,online, an item by mistake, canceled the order within 5 minutes, Walmart sent me an email saying my credit card would not be charged that the order had been successfully canceled...2 days later they charged my credit card !...so I called them, they told me the problem was my bank, which does not make sense...I called my bank anyway, they told me to call Walmart...I wrote to walmart on messenger, and provided them with screenshots proving walmart had indeed charged me...but the person who replied was in a hurry to get rid of me ** ** * *** ***** *** ****** ** **** ****, she told me that walmart is not the problem, to call my bank...so i wrote to my bank , they insisted the problem was walmart...i wrote to walmart again, they told me that walmart was not the problem to call my bank !!!...then tried the chat at walmart.ca...they told me walmart was not the problem to call my bank !!!...but my bank has no reason to freeze a charge or a refund, it was walmart who was doing that.....so i wrote again on ********* to walmart.........long story short it took 26 days and finally they gave me the refund.........but that was a horrible customer experience........I wasted at least 5 hours talking on the phone , writing messages or providing screenshots of everything and all of them treated me as if I was wrong........the way walmart behaved is totally unacceptable......I repeat ; they sent me an email telling me I would not be charged, then they charged me and then they denied there was a problem for 26 days!!! ******** ** **** * *** * ****** ****** ** * ******* ***

      Walmart is soooo poor with their relationship with thier buyers. I should have listened to my daughter not to shop at Walmart but to shop/support Canadian-owned grocery stores. I ordered online 4 items that one of them could not be picked up in store on Mar. 13, 2023. It showed next day delivery, Mar. 14 but until today the courier they use (******) hasn't delivered the items! I wasted so many hours calling Walmart & ****** until ****** removed their website. Walmart would not even refund my money from the time I complained until today when * ****** **** talking to their customer service representative. It was not about the money I paid but about principle! ***** *** ** ******* ********** ****** ********** ******* they are soooo poor with their commitment to their buyers! I wasted my time calling and calling from Mar. 14 until Mar. 22.

      We ordered a laptop which was advertised at $1199.99 so we ordered and paid got a confirmation email 20 mins later we received another email stating order was cancelled so we called Walmart they then told us it was the cc company that cancelled the transaction so called the cc company who then informed me that there was no issue on there end and they would have processed the transaction but Walmart cancelled it.The entire reason that the transaction was cancelled is because Walmart changed the price on there website to $1498.00 and then said well if you wish to order you have to pay the enhanced price there’s nothing more we can do needless to say we purchased else where at the original cost and will never again grace Walmart with our money * **** **** **** **** ** ********** ** ***** ******* *** **** *** *********

      ***** ********* ***** ********** thought I was ordering sheets from Walmart using their app along with groceries and other items. Sheets were $57.99...shipping $49.99...customer service saw no problem with the price gouging. **** ************ ** I inquired about some email addresses and request was completely ignored....DONE!!!

      One of the worst online shopping experience for grocery. I asked them if I can pick my items next day because I’m not well they said ok but still cancelled my order stating I didn’t pickup. I had another order that was delayed by 2 weeks then a month but Walmart was very poor at communication after 5 weeks I contacted them and was told he would escalate the claim but never did about 6 weeks I called again and the girl said will follow up because the guy did not do it about the 7th week they cancelled the order.

      Walmarts newest commercial is just hype.( WE DO THE PRICECHECKING SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO ) is a joke. Went in to Walmart with competitor flyers to buy 7 items. 6 were cheaper at competitors than Walmart. *** came ott on top by a mile.

      Walmart grocery delivery's customer service is the WORST. They cannot resolve anything. Will my groceries show up today? Who knows. Walmart doesn't know.
