      I placed a grocery order that was cancelled by Walmart.ca due to stock issues. Wouldn't be a big deal had they not taken my money. Then they tell me it will take 7 days for a refund. They passed the buck, and blamed the bank for processing the transaction and said they couldn't do anything about it. Well I have a suggestion for you. How about confirming the stock is there BEFORE taking money from people's accounts? Surely a multi billion dollar corporation has the means of doing that if almost every other company I've dealt with does? What disgusts me the most is the response from their customer service department. When they tried to pass the buck to the bank, I wasn't having it. I asked them if they thought that the bank would have taken my money if walmart had not asked them to do so in the first place. They said they couldn't help me anymore and ended the chat. What if this were the last bit of my money? Which meals are we skipping this week, Walmart? Pfft, this is just wrong and there has to be a better way of doing things.

      I went in to do my grocery shopping which included a face moisturizer in the beauty section. I found what I was looking for and on our way out of the beauty section to groceries we were stopped by an employee and asked to pay for just our moisturizer before we could continue shopping. When asked why, the employee said it was to do with stock. We then had to pay a second time at the registers for the rest of our items. It made no sense, when I asked the employee to elaborate she couldn’t give us any other answer. We had to show the receipt for the product when we were paying for our other items. I’ve never had this happen before or in any other store has this happened and there is no reason to have to pay more than once before you leave the store. I noticed we weren’t the only customers frustrated with this new change and the little explanation as to why.

      I have placed three orders. The first one was fulfilled by Walmart and required multiple calls and escalations to get delivered. The second and third orders were market place vendors that provided fake tracking numbers and used automated email responders to avoid shipping anything. The level of customer dis-service is impressive, The expert use of passing the buck, and you have to deal with the vendor rhetoric would impress Bernie Madoff.

      Purchased item on Dec 11 2022
      Delivery date was posted as December 23-28 2022
      Called January 6 2023 to report it was not delivery
      Email provided on January 7th 2023 stated that if the order did not arrive in 7 days I would be issued a refund or reissue the product
      Emailed on January 14th 2023 indicating the item was not delivered
      Then, called January 17th @ 0930 hrs to share the same information.  I was told to wait 24 hours then call back for a refund
      Called January 18th @ 1800 hs to state the 24 hours had passed and to issue a refund.  They stated the 24 hours had not passed ( however 33 hrs had passed) and to wait until the end of the day January 18th to receive an email ( no email was received) 
      I asked to speak to a manager.  Was told to wait another 7 days as the issue is being escalated.

      I was promised a refund for a defective and unusable product that I purchased through the company's online store. Despite my efforts to return the item, I was told it did not fall under their return policy and no assistance was provided. I later discovered that this information was incorrect or misleading. I have never felt so misled and taken advantage of financially. This experience highlights the lack of customer care and concern from this corporate Walmart store in abbottsford.

      Walmart Calgary has screwed up my account-affecting my credit rating and claim that it is the post office's fault! I have spent several weeks and countless hours trying to resolve this matter and after closing my account with them, they owe me $45.30 cents which they will send to my bank once I give them the account number, etc. which I am not willing to do. If I agreed they would transfer the credit by Feb, 3rd PLUS 10 days! I declined and asked that they send a cheque and was told that it would take up to 45 PLUS 10 days!! I was angry and asked if they allowed their card holders 45 PLUS 10 days to make a payment! I am currently waiting for a callback from a supervisor today to dispute their policy and was told before hand that nothing will change!!!!!

      I ordered a popcorn maker nov25/2022 supposed delivery dec1 which still hasn't been shipped although I was charged.. walmart sent the shipper the paperwork but no item... I have contacted customer support 3 times and escalated the claim. They were supposed to contact me within 24-48hrs and that was 3 weeks ago... **** ** * ******** *** *** * **** ** ******* ***** *******

      Alert......New hidden fee on online grocery delivery orders. Offer free processing if grocery order over $35. They are charging 3rd party shipping fee on some groceries. You can't tell which item untill you call customer service. At first the cutomer service phone rep tried to tell me it was for can of creammed corn. I questioned further as exorbitant charge for can of corn. Then told it was for 500ml bottle of oilive oil. This charge is not clear or listed on their website. In my case olive oil $9.89 with charge of $12 for shipping from ****** *******. Now the oil price of 9.89 already incudes walmart shipping cost and they are charging second shipping fee on same product. Their solution take the product off my order. Good way to hide and gouge the customer.

      Walmart online is not reliable. I ordered an air fryer on Black Friday which never arrived and I cancelled it today January 11 after spending too much time trying to find someone to contact which is well buried and basically if you find a way to reach them it’s because you’re incredibly lucky - buy a lottery ticket.
      I also ordered a cable which arrived damaged and unuseable turns out to be a third-party vendor who offered me 30% of the value of the cable.

      Ordered online baby formula and other baby food pouches. Order was missing these items worth about 80 dollars. I have made several calls, online chats, ******* DM . They keep telling me I will get a refund 2 to 3 business days later. Its been 2 wks and I'm still waiting. They can take my money but I can't get my money back for items I did not get. BBB please do something.
