      The reviews are true! Completely disappointed. They cancel your order when it is almost time to get it and at the end they don’t care at all. They don’t offered anything to replace it and that’s it you stay with your insatisfaction.

      Ordered a generator which was lost in store staff kept ***** saying it had never arrived I called head office to complain ***** *** ***** they admitted it was received at store - but they could not be find it. I told them I would wait next day they cancelled order. Called back again to ask to reinstate order and I would pay original price but they could not or would not work with me they kept saying Manager would call and they never did

      Good morning
      I would like to share my experiences with Walmart delivery.
      I usually don’t leave reviews unless it’s a good one!
      Unfortunately the reason I am leaving this review is to warn others.
      The stress and frustration Walmart delivery has caused me is the something no one wants to deal with.
      I have ordered from Walmart delivery several times.
      And several times I was unhappy with the service.
      A few times I didn’t get what I ordered but still was charged and then had to call repeatedly to ask for my refund.
      Which usually took up 45 minutes each time
      And even after requesting my refund there was many questions and delays.
      Several times I was double charged !
      At those times I had to call and explain the whole situation as.
      There was times where I didn’t receive the meat products I ordered and no explanation was given and was told I would be refunded.
      Today I order groceries and the estimated total was $218.00. Which a little more then the total groceries.
      When I tracked the order it was at preparing order although I had paid for delivery between 8-9 am and it was about 8:30am
      So I started to worry because there was times when my order didn’t arrive and their excuse was there was a glitch with the system.
      So I called customer service who claimed they would arrive and not worry
      Also while I was talking to them the amount for the groceries went up to $340?!
      And I mention to them, the issue and also mention to them that tracking up is now telling it has been delivered !!! But no groceries have arrived and no one called me they assured me that it’s just a glitch and and they will call me when it arrives !!
      Also their reason for my bill was high that there was glitch on their system and some products where tripled and so that’s why it’s so high .
      After calling again because I didn’t receive my groceries I was told it has been delivered to a different address.
      I am beyond upset, frustrated.
      They told me I would be refunded inn3 business days!

      I returned an item and the tracking number shows that it was delivered on December 20 to Walmart. I have been in contact with at least six different agents who all have different information on what is happening with my refund. No one seems to know what they’re talking about and it has been far over the 5 to 7 business days that my money is supposed to be deposited back into my account. At this point Walmart has stolen my money.

      I ordered a Black Friday deal of a Smart Watch and my order was cancelled the day before it was supposed to arrive. The princess of the same item tripled on their website. **** *****! I believe Walmart is purposely holding money to collect interest and then cancelling orders and selling the same or similar products at triple the price. I asked to have a supervisor call me back within 24 hours, that did not occur.

      Walmart is taking peoples money on orders they cancel. They Canceled my online grocery order. Instead of returning the money they took it out again. Walmart was made aware of this issue over a year ago,which tells me Walmart knew about the issue and never fixed it. **** ** ********* *** ***** ****** ***** **** * ***** ***** **** ******** ** **** ***** ****** *** *****. The only answer you ever get is to “wait” a few more days. No clear answers and not returning the money they took

      I ordered a food processor on December 1 2022 and paid by CC item was to be shipped Dec 7 but item still isnt processed and they refuse to refund me my money.
      I have made many many calls to customer service and only to be patient and the issue is in escalation to solve.going on three weeks and i keep getting same answer issue is in escalation.
      its been too long and I want my refund.

      Walmart Canada was supposed to ship a treadmill to my address, the delivery company sent it to a different town. This is CLEARLY visible on the tracking number. After mentioning that they delivered incorrectly, I have not received my 800$ refund. They are still "escalating" my ticket. Horrible customer service! DO NOT ORDER more than 500$ online purchases from Walmart.

      They don't deliver. I had ordered groceries a couple of times even though the orders were confirmed part of the order was canceled automatically the rest was delivered. They charge $7 per delivery for groceries no matter how much is the order. This happened to regular orders as well. They seem to have an inventory problem.

      I purchased a ********** mixer from Walmart online and they sent it with ****** to be delivered. It was not delivered and instead of refunding us or sending another one they had us sign an affidavit that we didn't receive it. They questioned the driver and then made us file a police report. Once the report is done it will be 13-15 business days for a potential refund.
