      Walmart ********** ** * ******** **** ***** takes 2% as a monthly interest for their credit cards. Thats too much on a monthly charge

      Tried to file a claim to the 3 warranties that I purchased at Walmart. I was sent to ******* and then to ******** then to Walmart Protection plan. ******* said it's ******** who now handles the Protection plan. ******** gave a lot of excuses that they couldn't find my plan and then sent me email that they did found it but still wouldn't pay up because the plan for my Protection is under a different name which I couldn't understand since I didn't use any other name. Now they couldn’t help me because my name isn't on the account. I filed August and now it's November. Told me to go to Walmart CSR. I was given a number for Protection plan. Now the number for Protection plan is saying the 2 year warranty is expired and that they're the only one who handles the Protection for Walmart. Never again I would buy a Protection plan from them due to the headaches that I had been through

      Made one order that was split by the establishment ,in to 2 ,to be picked up on the same day ,but only one was prepared ,and given to me ,at time of pick up ***** ***** *******

      Purchased 75 inch television in July/24, delivered with extremely damaged packaging, item appears fine but concerned of longer term issues due to the rough delivery. Contacted vendor and was advised to either return item which would be extremely difficult and makes no sense since appears undamaged or accept a $5 e-voucher. Poor customer service in my opinion.

      I ordered a ****** ****** Toys, 2 Pcs Construction Vehicles Toy Trucks Set With Music & Light, Excavators Dump Truck Toys through Walmart.ca on Sept. 6, 2024, it was supposed to arrive Sept. 24, 2024, when it didn't I contacted them and instead of letting me know the item was not available they simply sent me a refund even though I told them I didn't ask for one and really wanted this item ** ** ********** ******** ****** ****** **. The original price was 49.57$, so after calling them to show my disappointment customer service was awful they could not even give me a reason why and I asked questions but never got the answer to said questions so I was a bit upset. *** ******** *** ***** ******** ** * **** ******* ****** ****** ** *** ** ****** ** **** *** **** ***** ** ********* *** *** ** ****** ********* ****** *** ********** ****** ** **** ******** **** ****** ***** *** *** **** **** ** *** ******** ** ** *** ** ***** *** *** ** ********* ** ******* ******* *** * ***** ***** To find out the price now is 84.06$ almost double from a few weeks ago. ** ***** ******** * *** ** ** ** **** ******* ***** * ******* **** *** ****** * *** *** ** *** ******** ** *** **** ***** *** ***** **** * ****** **** **** ****** Any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

      Placed an order & was to be delivered 2 days later. Order was delivered, but to wrong address ( delivered to same address, but West rather than East) contacted both Walmart & ***** (delivery company used) both told me that case was escalated. 3 days later somebody else signed into my Walmart account & made a purchase & changed delivery address to their address. Reported this to Walmart & to my financial institution. Recieved a call later that day from delivery driver & told him purchase was fraudulent and NOT to deliver, but to return item to Walmart. Then recieved text from same driver and again told him that it was a fraudulent purchase & to NOT deliver,but to return it to Walmart. Was told okay, no problem, but delivered it anyways. I'm now out almost $400, my bank account has been closed & I cannot even access my own funds & all I am being told by Walmart is that my cases are escalated and all I can do is wait.

      The "*******" Tablet I purchased through the Walmart website was fake. Serial number did not register and the launch OS was very glitchy.
      ******** ****** tech store was *** **** ** the third party company that sold it for $416.99 which should've been the dead giveaway.
      Luckily for me, the Walmart Customer service rep Melanie have been super helpful and was able to troubleshoot and refund the item within the hour of me picking it up in the store.

      I placed an order with Walmart that was over $150, but I never received the items. The courier made a mistake and lost the package. I've tried contacting Walmart customer service multiple times to get a refund, but they still haven't resolved the issue. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially as a long-time Walmart customer. I expect much better order fulfillment and support. If Walmart doesn't immediately refund the $150 and provide some compensation for this inconvenience, I'm going to take my business elsewhere *** ***** ********** ******** ******* ***** ** ******** *********** This is unacceptable and I demand a prompt resolution.

      They use ********* marketing practices by getting you to sign up for their rewards ********** program without providing you any information in regards to what the program is and I was **** to by a Walmart employee who said my purchase would be fully covered if I signed up. However it was only partially covered and I was not told anything about what I was applying for. The employee said she would explain it all after the application, which does not make sense and she did not do that.
