      Walmart banned my account because I called for refunds about wrong groceries items that were delivered. That isn't my fault their employees can't ship the right items when no substitutions were selected.

      I made an order for a $300 tent. For my vacation. I even called to confirm the order as I had issues with Walmart in the past. Walmart told me oh yes we sent the tent out u will get an email in the morning to tell you it is on its way. It is to be here tomorrow I get an email saying Walmart canceled my order and won't give me info on my refund saying I have to wait 7 days to call back my trip is now gone as I don't have another 300 for a tent.       I ordered an Electric Spray Gun , from Walmart On Line , l charged my Walmart Card for $64.dollars and some cents on May 11, 2024 the item was delivered on May 27 2024.
      I opened the box and could not believe what l received inside , the box was all taped up with packing tape, holes in the box rips and tears all over the box, parts missing from the item , no measuring cup nor a brush to even clean the item ,
      Immediately I contacted Walmart along with me contacting their 800 number the first thing the guy told me was to return it back to the store. I told him no I paid for shipping. I am not driving 20 minutes in and 20 minutes out at my expense for our item that should never had it been shipped nevertheless, I've been dealing with Walmart had offers in Toronto. I've been calling the one 800 number and they're telling me that they're opening up an incident report wait 48 hours 48 hours is over and still I have not heard a solution to this problem. I want my money back this garbage if they don't come and pick it up, it is going in the garbage because I am not taking my time out after I already paid for shipping in order to deliver something back to them.       My Walmart acct was hacked and someone used my debit/credit card to purchase 5x 200.00 ***** gift cards at Walmart.
      My bank institution did an investigation and said it was on a debit through my Walmart account and I needed to dispute with them.
      They came back after the 72 hours and said they could not do anything also.
      SO NOW IM OUT 1000.00 AND NO ONE CAN HELP ME????

      Walrmart.ca cancelled my **** pro 12.9 keyboard without any reason, I still can reorder it on line, but i lost my 10% off voucher, I talked to agents many time online or telephone, the last agent just hang up my call, very rude, the worst customer support ever, l'm done with Walmart.

      Contacted customer service as I was charged twice for my grocery order on my credit card. Usually any change in my final order is credited or debited asap. It has been over 3 business days and my account is now overdrawn. Customer service rep did not do anything for me, basically told me to chill out that it would be refunded in 7 business days. I wanted to tell him, how about I get my groceries and you wait 7 business days to get paid next time!?
      The price of food today, honestly.. and to be charged twice. No thank you, I really do not intend on shopping here again

      Horrible costumer service. Horrible delivery system. **** ***** I ordered a bbq for the weekend. They told me it would be delivered on may 10th. I waited at home may 10th for the bbq. We'll at 4 o'clock nothing I contact them and they tell me the new delivery is for Monday may 13th. **** * ***** I wanted the bbq for the weekend since I have family coming over and they tell me they can't cancel the order cause it was already sent out. ******** ******* horrible customer service. **** * ***** **** **** **** ******** ****** *** * *** *** **** **** * * *****

      Zero customer service. This store should be seeking to hire all new staff and management team. Managers will not answer the call and I have been hung up on several times. The product was scheduled to be delivered and never showed up and they will not issue a refund. They have had 8 different people call and ask if I can provide them with my complaint and when I do they say they will deal with it and call back but a new person calls and asks the same thing and then they do not call back. I just want my money back but the manager does not call back and now it has been over 3 weeks and I still have no refund and no product.

      I've recently lost my wallet and ******* ****** has been no help. I called today for the 2nd time and they wont even pick up the phone. Countless times ive gone to ******* and they ask me to sign up for a credit card and at the *** time they start talking to one of their friends who just so happens to be buying one item but wont leave right away. i called and listened to the phone ring for 10 minutes before i hung up in disgust. i would love for you guys to do an investigation on their inner workings. this is not an accusations, ive just heard stories of employees doing things like intentionally "damaging" goods so that they can take them for themselves and sell them on ******** marketplace. currently, im very shocked with how little ******* seems to care. thank you for your time.for some reason, the ******* chat bot said my email wasn't a valid email address!

      Walmart is using third party companies for products that they carry in store. When ordering items, the info on shipping is not mentioned off the hop. We ordered an item that cost $17.00, but did not notice the $16.00 in delivery fees. The item was not available, but I was still charged for it. The next day, I received an email stating my item was not available, I called Walmart to cancel the item. I was informed that they could not cancel it but would reach out to the 3rd party vendor and see what they could do and call me back. After waiting for 3 days for call back, the item shipped. Since it shipped, it's been delayed three times and still hasn't arrived. It's been " escalated " twice and still no resolution. Now, I'm told, since it's been shipped, they can't cancel it, however, I can refuse the delivery so they get the item back, but I'm out the shipping cost which is half the cost. How does a company the size of Walmart not take responsibility for the items they sell through their app when a customer is not receiving the service or products they paid for??? It's not a lot of money in the grand scheme of things *** **** ***** **** ***** *** ***** ** ***
