      Ordered a coffee maker on sale on line. Was then advised order was delayed but still being processed. Couple of days later the order was outright cancelled by Walmart with no reason given. I printed out everything I had including chats with associates advising evwrything was good and to be patientd ..mailed it to Walmart head office..still no response at all from Walmart..very disappointed in the company..

      They would not honour the prices they tagged their **** games with. The manager ripped off the stickers in front me and told me they would not honour it.

      I ordered the online version of ***** *** from WALMART.CA because I need it immediately and it’s advertised that activation code will be delivered digitally/by email as soon as I placed the order but this was not the case. CSR I talked to said it’ll be delivered within 24-48hrs but it’s been 2 days and I still haven’t received digital code. Tried to follow up again but CSR said it’ll take another 2-3 business days for them to investigate. Requested to cancel my order/refund instead since it’s taking much longer and I needed one sooner but refused to give me a refund and said it’s non-returnable either. **** **** * *** ******** just paid $42 for nothing. They shouldn’t have advertised that it’ll be available right away if they can’t even deliver. **

      I ordered on line for a **** ********* Electric Snowblower from Walmart. on Feb 22, they sent me an email notice that the product has arrived my house at 11:15A with a person's name ****** that signed and received the product. However, I did not receive it and nobody at my house named ******. I immediately sent a reply to Walmart. At the afternoon, they informed me it has arrived at my house at 3:30P. Again, it's not true. I sent a reply again. The answer is that they have sent it to the wrong address. I wondered if that is true since they said they have sent it twice and both at wrong address. I request for re-delivery but they said that they have no stock. That's another puzzle?
      The person/Company that reply my email is representing women owned small business, not from Walmart. Originally, I expected to order this product from Walmart but it seems Walmart is not the supplier.
      With this terrible on line shopping experience with Walmart, * ****** ** ***** ********* **** *** ******* ***********

      I placed an online grocery order to be picked up at the Capilano location and when I picked it up I asked 3 times if that was everything and I was told yes. I drove home to discover that there was 12 items missing totalling $95.56 and whatever was missing was all my dairy and meat products which I really needed. When I called to report that the items were missing from my order, I asked if the missing items could simply be delivered to my address since I had already paid for them and I was told no right away and I was told that they could only refund my credit card and I would get the refund in 3 to 5 days. I cannot wait to receive the refund to purchase the items again and I have no room left on my credit card. I explained this over the phone and they said thats all they can do for me. I am so upset that the refused to simply get the missing items delivered to me and not I have to go without for 3 to 5 days until I receive the refund. Just beware when placing a grocery order online from ******** They will not do anything to help you and fix their mistake right away. ??

      This is the Kanata Walmart in Ottawa ON. I have an online order that arrived in the store for pick up. I arrived at curbside pick up parking spot and checked in through phone call at 7:16pm. Waited 20 minutes no one showed up. I made a few calls to check when they would bring my order, or I'd better come into the store if they are too busy, no one answered my calls. I went into the store **** ** *** ***** ****. There was an *** man in yellow walmart vase at the pick up talked to me and called the store broadcast for someone to come help me, no one showed up at all. at around 7:50, the store manager came to customer service, later i know her name is Jannie. I was told she is the only person who could help me with. She spent some time with a customer (this customer came after I came into the store for sure). I waited for her to finish and asked about my order. She told me i have to wait for her to deal with another customer at customer service (who came in the store later). I asked how much longer do I need to wait. the manager told me she didn't know, i just have to wait. I decided not to wait because by then it's already 8:00pm.
      the next day I wanted to file a complain on Walmart website, there is no portal for complain. contacted their chat service, I was told they will deal with it. but never received anything from them. Super disappointed! this is the worse experience ever. I waited from 7:16pm to 8:00pm just for an order pick up and even that I didn't get my order. Walmart needs to improve their customer service.

      This regards store #1200 at Billings ****** ***** in Ottawa South. For the past few years on numerous occasions, I've mentioned large gray bins filled with folded cardboard cartons that have been left blocking the aisles. On occasion, I've put my blue basket and cane on top of them and shoved them into the storage room next to the dairy section. I'm fed up with doing this. Saturday, Jan. 27, '24 there was a large trolley loaded with collapsed cardboard boxes blocking two aisles next to the fresh salad/veggie section. I looked around but no one was to be found. I finally managed to sort things out myself and left the trolley blocking just one aisle, not two. I then spoke to the weekend manager about this. To his credit, he was polite and asked me specifically where that trolley was. I told him and left.
      * I mentioned to him that this is a chronic problem for customers that I've addressed before with no apparent results. I won't do his "customer experience associates" job
      for them again. I'll show up at his counter and insist that the bin be moved. I'll go back to the aisle and stand there until it's done.

      Bad experience with Third party seller through Walmart. Purchased camera believing fully guaranteed if need to return. Open box and unable to get extended warrenty so sent it back. Numerous calls to Walmart help centre (in India) and assured time and time again that would receive full refund. In the end the Third party seller charged shipping and restocking fee and we were told nothing that Walmart can do. The call centre should have told us that this might happen. * **** **** * **** **** ******** *** ********  Never again buy through a company when there is a third party seller.

      I ordered online groceries as I have before a few times and had been satisfied before. This time I had 2 orders and **** ** ******* to pick them up as they were both ready at the same time. **** ** ******* ** asked if both orders were ready and ** *** told that they were and ** drove away **** **** ** ******** **** ***** One home, we quickly figured out that only 1 order was in the car.
      When I got a hold of the store, they said something like, 'oops, sorry, yes the other order is still here. Can you come back and get it?' Which I could not do as I no longer had a car. They refused to send a driver out to me and offered to refund it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there were none on duty ???? and to call back later. I did call back and was told they were all in meetings.
      The next day I called 3 times and was unable to get a supervisor as NO ONE picked up in online grocery. Finally I initiated a refund myself and thought that would be the end of it...but nope. The store had entered into their system that we had picked up BOTH orders when we had not, so they won't refund the full cost of the items.
      It is now 6 days later and I'm waiting for my refund, have had to call Walmart Customer Service 3 more times, and apparently have to sign some sort of affidavit to get my full refund. I will NEVER shop there

      * *** **** *** *** ******* *** ********** ** ***** ****** *** ****** **** ******* ******* **** *** never shipped andcdont give you a refund. I am the same 2 full days now hasn't been shipped I called to see how many days does it take for walmart.ca fulfilment to ship my item. Put me on hold came back said tried to find out why it's been over 24 hours and not shipped. Said he escalated it and would get a call back will deal with me in 48-72 hours. I let him know that I am not gonna sit on this past Thursday after reading all the times do this to others. I also told him that after Thursday I will make an official complaint or find someone that I can reach to make an official complaint against the. This I am not gonna sit on and know where on their website or anywhere does it say that it should be shipped within 24 hours. This is a horrible transaction and I believe is gonna be a long and frustrating process to get my money back. I also told him will never buy online from Walmart ever again.
