      I bought a kitchen table and chairs from Walmart in Sept. 2 of the cushions were damaged when they came. I contacted them right away. Took several pictures and showed the number on the back of the seats. Twice they sent replacement cushions but the wrong number. The screw holes don't match up with my chairs. I needed FDW #***** and they send FDW #*****. I keep getting the same email every week saying they appreciate my patience but it is taking longer than expected and I get a phone on a line that has so much static you can't understand what is being said. I have heard nothing since December 23, 2023. They are just giving me the run around hoping I will give up. I wanted to take it back to Walmart but was told because it came from a third party they can't take it back. I bought it online from Walmart and I didn't see that there was a no return policy if it came from factory direct warehouse. I have sent pictures every time they asked. I don't know what else to do.

      Bad customer service, the manager is very ****.
      I bought a ********* **** battery on Jan, 2020. Yesterday morning, the battery was dead and then I bought another *********. This morning (~ 10am), I brought the dead one to Walmart London North and asked the manager about the 5 years warranty and told her the receipt has faded. The manager was very ****. I said OK and just want the battery xchange money back. The manger said NO and told the young man at the department "Not do anything for him" - ended no refund (so sad). Never buy car battery from Walmart, never.

      went Walmart Wellington, no issues.
      Shame on you, Walmart London North
      filed a complain to customer care and waiting ....

      Loss prevention approached me with no hard evidence or reason to accuse me of ***** and humiliated me in front of dozens of other shoppers ********* *******. Assistant managers Babar & Aashish refused to provide loss prevention employees names and after ** employees searched my bag did not issue so much as an apology.
      I only agreed to being searched as I knew the next steps were going to be police being called & I knew I was not in the wrong. ********** ********** to treat paying customers like this. The employees here are ****** and profile people **** ***** **** **** *********** ** ***** *** ********** ******** ** * ******* **** ** ****** *** ** **** *** ******* ** *** **** ******** **** * *** * *** ***** ** **** ********* ** ** ***** ****** * ******** ******* ***** ***** *** ****** **** *** ****** **** * ******** ******* **** ***** ** ** ********** ***** ** ******** **** ** ** *********** *** ********* ** * ******** ** **** ** * ****** Since management didn’t care I will continue to climb the ladder until I find someone that does.

      This item was purchased and then I contacted walmart and wanted to cancel it within 24hrs. The walmart agent told me to wait until the item is shipped and then decline it at the door. When the item arrived I tried to decline and then was told I can't return it by just declining it and I have to bring it into stores to return. I bring this item into the store to be told I can't refund it here and I have to contact Walmart again. I took the item back home And contacted Walmart to return the bed but the agent told me I have to pay for shipping 110$ for the third party company. Why do I have to pay for shipping when I wanted to cancel before anything was shipped out?
      If your agents don't know the policy you should be providing more training to them!
      The supervisor agent then took the call and threatened us over the phone and swearing at us. Even if the customer is angry you work customer service and you need to keep your composure..I am now afraid because he has all of my details of shipping address and phone number and credit card on file. He could see all my information. During this outburst he put us on hold for so long until we were fed up and hung up so we couldn't even write a review about that supervisor.
      This is unacceptable. I will be escalating as high up as I need to included taking this to social media. Walmart agents threatening and swearing at the customers.

      Worst experience ever. Customer service should be called customer aggravation and waster of time and energy. I’ve dealt with many companies including difficult ones **** ** **** *** ****** and no one comes close in incompetence!!! ***** *** ******* ********

      Horrible ***** *********** ********* *** call center feedback. I ordered prints and then received the email they were ready for pick up. Drove 30 mins to the store to get told the order did not exist in the system (funny how my credit card was charged). Bit not to worry, the manager would contact me which never happened. Drove back home and conatcted customer service two days later after not heearing from anyone and was told after waiting on hold for over an hour I would be reimbursed. Three days later no reimbursement so call back and wait on line for over an hour again to get told that the order magically appeared so I will not be reimbursed (even though I was told on a recorded call that the agent listened to I would be reimbursed). I had already gone ahead and ordered the cards elsewhere so am now out over 150$ for Wal-mart's stupidity. **** ***** ** ******* ******** ********** **** ******** ** ***** ******** ******** ******* * **** ***** **** **** ** *** ***** ******

      I called at customer service line for the photo center at around 7:30pm and was instantly placed on hold. The usual hold music and hold message. I wait since I know it’s a busy time. After 2.5 hours of waiting I noticed it’s around 10pm which is when the website says their lines are open until. I’ve been on hold for 2.5 hours by then and no message or anything about lines ending so I’m thinking maybe they’ll finish the lines in queue. I keep waiting and waiting but it’s still the same hold music and hold message. After 3 hours of waiting I ask another customer support on chat and they told me to call back in the morning. This is ridiculous. So the staff just goes home and leaves all the customers that have been waiting for hours in queue for customer service hanging? And no message about lines ending and no call back system for tomorrow since we were in line already for 2.5 hours?! This is ridiculous and unacceptable. If I didn’t ask another customer service and kept waiting, do I just wait until morning when they come back to work? There’s no forwarding of the lines? No courtesy message for the customers already in queue? This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

      ***** *** ***** *** ****** ***** **** *********** *** ******* ***** Walmart just wants your money and doesn't care if you receive your purchase. The item was delayed for a day later, and no item was shipped. When I contacted Customer Service they said the problem will be escalated and I would hear back from them in 48-72 hours. I did not hear back from them within this time frame, so I called again. Again I was told it will be escalated and I would hear back in 48-72 hours. Again no one contacted me. It's been over a week and no one can tell me anything about my order. I contacted Walmart to cancel my order and was told they cannot do it, they will transfer me to a Supervisor. Both time I've waited for over 45 minutes and no Supervisor connected to the call. I will NEVER order through Walmart. ca again.
