      Someone hacked my Wal-Mart.ca account, ordered 250$ freezer on my credit card to an address 4000 km away. I called Walmart customer service within minutes of the fraudulent order and told them. They said they would escalate it and in 48 hours, someone would call me back. . They said “we can't refund you nor cancel the order ”…it’s fraud! Call back in 4 days, same story. We will escalate.. I said “it hasn’t been delivered, can you cancel?” They said, you can call the carrier , they refused.delivered.. Now ITS ON ITS WAY THERE AB , and I live in Montreal

      Someone hacked my Wal-Mart.ca account, ordered 700$ worth of baby formula on my credit card to an address 4000 km away. I called Walmart customer service within minutes of the fraudulent order and told them. They said they would escalate it and in 48 hours, someone would call me back. I said “why can’t you just cancel it..it has not been processed”. They said “oh you don’t want your 20 cases of baby formula”… no it’s fraud! Call back in 4 days, same story. We will escalate.. I said “it hasn’t been delivered, can you cancel?” They said, you can call the carrier if you like. I said, “well that’s your job isn’t it? So they finally put me on hold, said they called carrier and wouldn’t be delivered. Guess what, another ***. Now 10 days later, was delivered to someone in Ontario(I’m in BC), I got one call back from someone I couldn’t even understand the message telling me to call Walmart’s customer support back. I call in, same story again “we will escalate”.. no record of anything. This customer support is a complete joke. I’m out 700$ and 6 hours wasted so far. Never want to hear the name Wal-Mart again as long as I live!

      I just purchased an ****** **** 8.3 cubic ft freezer from Walmart Canada. I called Walmart Customer Service to request that the order be delivered to the apartment of a disabled person. Customer Service told me that I could arrange for that accommodation by calling the delivery company, When I called the delivery company I was informed that they could not accommodate me without any instructions from Walmart and that Walmart was just trying to save money. So, I had to pay $120 to have it delivered to the unit.
      Aren't such practices illegal for people with disabilities?

      Purchased a freezer almost a month ago online. They delayed the order, then delivered it to the wrong house, not even in the correct city. I contacted them and they said they would get back to me in 2-3 business days. When they did get back to me, they said there where more issues than they anticipated and will need more time to resolve it. They called me two days later and said that it would be resolved in 2-3 business days and my freezer would be delivered. Three business days later and I heard nothing, so I called again and they said they would escalate my order and get back to me in 2-3 business days. Three business days later I called them because nothing had arrived and they said they would look into it and call me back that night, they did not. The next day I called and was told to once again wait 2-3 business days and that my order would be "re-escalated". I waited 3 more business days and heard nothing so I called and was told, get this, that they re-escalated my order and to wait 2-3 business days so they would get back to me. At that point I said I would need to speak to a manager. The manager was pushy and impatient, telling me that the order was delivered and even if it was to the wrong house they cannot ship another one and even told me I would have to get a refund and re-order the same product online.
      If I hadn't spoken to a manager they would have continued to tell me that my order would be "re-escalated" and that they would contact me, which they wouldn't have, in 2-3 business days. Why, when it had been established weeks earlier that the order was delivered to the wrong house, was I not immediately given a refund and instead told another order would come through? Why did they fail to contact me about my situation and miss every possible deadline?
      Absolutely terrible.

      I would NOT recommend ****** ordering anything from Walmart.ca. I ordered an expensive kitchen item with a delivery date 5 days from my order date. On the delivery day, I received an email stating that my delivery was delayed. There was no additional information as to a new delivery date. I called the following day to inquire as to the nature of the delay and if a new delivery day was available/known. This item is a Christmas gift, so I wanted to ensure that it would be delivered on time. The customer service rep read from a script and my "case" was escalated, stating I would hear back within 48-72 hours. In the meantime, *** *** *** **** **** *** the item was available in a different store for the same price. I decided to purchase the item and not risk a potentially very delayed delivery (with no answers). I called Walmart.ca the day after the original delivery date to cancel the order. The customer service rep read from the exact same script as the previous day. I asked to have an email confirming that I canceled the order. I was told it would take 24 hours. The day after I canceled the order, I received an email from Walmart.ca stating that my item was being prepared to be shipped. I immediately called customer service for the third day in a row. Once again, I was given the exact same script as the two previous days, again with no answers, other than I can refuse the order when it gets delivered. What if I'm not home? Soon afterwards, someone from the "escalation" department called me to tell me that my order "should" be delivered on Nov. 28, 2023 and because it was already being prepared for shipping they couldn't cancel it. I reiterated that when I called to cancel it yesterday, it WAS NOT being prepared for shipping and there was no indication as to when it would be shipped. This person informed me that I had two options: refuse the order (if I'm home); or return it to the store for a refund. The customer service and online app require some serious reworking.

      An issue with an app order created a 20-dollar order I did not request and I have been trying to solve this for 45 days and have been escalated twice. A third-party company which was related to the order has issued a refund to Walmart but Walmart did not refund it to my account. This raises serious questions about Walmart's attention and integrity. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service that has been provided in this regard.

      They make corrections give you back to much money then there in your bank account taking money out it is there mistake but get you.confused weather they gave you back your money they owed you every time I ordered on line grocery there are stuff missing and have to be on the phone getting my money back for missing items they say two to three business days to investigate wow they have to investigate me I am the one that should be investigating them so no more ordering groceries from them, they do not like serving anymore just tell you they have no one on cash use self serve they are not very friendly it’s as though they figure your going to shop there anyway so I don’t need to make an impression for you to come back it won’t be long that they will have big restrictions for returns I do not feel happy to go shopping there anymore ** * **** ** ******** *** ****** ** *** ** **** **** **** ***** * **** ***** ***** ** * **** ******** ***** *** ** **** ***** *** ****** ****** *** **** **** ******* ********* *** ** **** **** ******** ***** ******* *** ********* ***** ********* *** *** **** **** ** **** ***** ********* * ****** **** *** *** ****** *** ******* ******* **** *** *** ******
