      I bought a fridge with an extended warranty on it from Leon's. My fridge broke recently but I still had an extra warranty. I called ***** *** ***** company and my phone call was answered by that company after one day of calling. My fridge is broken for two weeks now and it is not fixed yet. I had to throw all my food to the garbage. No one takes responsibility for fixing a broken fridge. Leon took the money for the extended warranty and ***** *** ***** (the extended warranty company) does not care about fixing my fridge. ***** *** ** ******** ********* It is money put into garbage as none will be coming to fix your appliance within reasonable time frame!

      We purchased a sectional from Leon's, after waiting a month and a half they delivered the sectional. As we unpacked the sectional we discovered they delivered two chases two left sides. We had contacted leons and they told usit would be another month before we get delivery on the other half.. after a month went by we had not heard anything from leons so we phoned them to inquire on the half sectional. There response was it would be another two months before we get delivery. I asked them to come pick up the furniture they had delivered so we can get a refund . When we visit the store as we were getting our refund they tell us our granddaughter had purchased a coffee table that was broken the wheels were broken , the lid arms were bent, it had multiple scratches and dings. leons sold the table to my granddaughter for $40.00 with a sales receipt. It took me 3 days and spent $298.00 driving around looking for parts to fix the table. When I recieved my refund they told me I owed them $250.00 for a coffee table. I told them we did not buy a table. they told me my grand daughter had only paid $40.00 and we owed another $250.00 for the table. I explained the table was sold for $40.00 for all the damages and there is a receipt stating it was paid for.... So we walked out $200.00 less on our refund.I think it is very shameful leons have to ***** money from handicapped, old age pensioner's to make a living or is this how they get rich..

      My wife and I bought a table and 4 chairs set. It took a long time for us to receive the 4 chairs .. when they were set up and we sat on them the broke .. they are falling apart. We called many times and each time they say they ordered them but we havent received anything. Now when I called today June 6, they said they ordered the base of the chair and I told them that it was not the base It was the spindles coming out from the base. I want them fixed or new different chairs.. they need to make it right .. We feel that we are getting the run around and they don't want to honer their product they sell. We havent been able to use the table and chairs and it's been over a year and a half. We would really like to beable to use them.

      Bought my sofa in March, paid in full they promised it will be delivered at the end of May, of course it didn't came ,called in they said middle of July and I went to get my money back ***** ******* ****** ******* ***** *** **** ***** ****

      The salesman at the Kelowna BC store was great , knowledgeable about the product and very professional.
      The front office staff were also great and appreciated their friendly service.

      I bought a replacement fridge for my built in fridge and freezer from Leon’s. I ordered the same one as I had to match set. I paid up front. Ordered last July. I took the serial numbers with Me. They shipped it in January for my cottage in Muskoka. I went home after the shipping. I went back at Easter when my son coup install it for me. They sent me a totally different fridge tha wasn’t even close to the built in. When I wanted to return it. They charged me 20 percent of total cost- restocking fee.$400.00 fo their mistake. Plus I paid delivery fees and drve to my cottage twice. Still have no fridge . I’ll never shop there again.

They showed up 4 hours later. ******** *** *** **** ** ****.- Fridge has issue with the compressor and literally never worked! they didn't accept a return or exchange and sent us through warranty with the manufacturer! - Manufacture warranty took 2 weeks to send a repair man which spent 5 mins to say compressor is dead! Still after million calls, going in person and the report from manufacturer ***** didnt agree on a return or exchange. Its been 2 weeks now without a essential appliance at home.Even management promises to call you and they dont, **** **** **** ** ******* *** ****** ***** ************** *************** ** ********** ** **** **** **** ******* *** **** ** ********* ****

      I recently purchased a 15.5 frost free standing freezer for my apt.
      Excellent service with prompt delivery in pristine condition.Salesman was very helpful and had to phone twice with a prompt call back.I have used Leons several times with no problems.

      So I bought a new fridge from Leon's in Kitchener and the delivery guys scratched the side of my fridge while bringing it in my house and the doors are uneven and they didn't even give me the hook ups for the water. They even damaged from screen door handle. When I called them about it and asked for a replacement to be sent I was told to call the manufacturer and that they can offer me $150 refund or $200 instore credit. I paid $2400 for a brand new fridge not one that is scratched and uneven doors.
