      I brought a sofa set along with other items from Leon's in 2022..I also got a extended coverage (from ****** homes - as advertised by Leon's). I noticed a damage in one of the sofa in Jan 2023 and have been following up since with Leon's and ****** home to get it fixed or replaced. Both the parties are passing the responsibility on each other and everytime has something or other excuses.
      It seems Leon's do not care about post sale customer issues whereas this was covered under the extended plan. ***** ***** * **** *** ** ********* ******** ***** ******** **********

      We purchased a bed from Leon's in Kitchener earlier this year that was delivered in July with a piece missing. We spoke to customer service, who advised us to send an email with the part and photos, and then never received any further assistance. We were told this missing part would take upwards of 6 weeks to come in, but have still not received it. We have followed up in person and over the phone many times to only have the phone hung up on us, be ignored in the store, or be told they can't help us anymore.
      We cannot use the bed without this piece so now we are out for the past 6 months with a partially build bed. Additionally, we had paid for the company to build it upon delivery and nothing was done at that time when the piece was discovered as missing. We only heard after the fact to not use Leon's and now we can see why.

      I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the non-delivery of the bed that I ordered from your store on May 21st. According to the promised delivery timeline, I was expecting to receive the bed by August. Unfortunately, we are now at the end of August, and I have yet to receive my order.
      This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and discomfort, as I have been experiencing health issues due to sleeping on a low mattress. The lack of proper support has worsened my condition, and I am finding it increasingly difficult to get a good night's sleep.
      I kindly request that this matter be escalated to the appropriate department or individual who can address this issue urgently. I understand that delays can sometimes occur but given the circumstances and the impact on my health, I believe it is crucial for this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
      I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt response regarding the status of my order and the steps being taken to ensure its timely delivery. If there are any unforeseen issues that have led to this delay, I would appreciate a clear explanation.

      I recently purchased a stove from Leon's. One driver came to the door while the other was unloading the stove from the truck. The driver asked me to sign the delivery paper before it came into the house. After which they brought in the stove and asked if I wanted the shrink wrap removed, which they did and left. They did not inspect it nor did they ask me to. 2 mins after they left I went to take a look and noticed there was damage on it, the drivers had driven away already. I called customer service right away within 5 mins and sent them a picture. It went up to the store manager who informed us they can't do anything about it because I signed saying everything looked fine. I tried to explain that the driver had me sign before the item even came inside my house, how could they have me sign something without me even seeing it? Of course the drivers denied this. I had called within minutes of delivery to report this, which apparently doesn't mean anything. I have bought all my furniture from Leon's and never had any issues and you would think after being a loyal customer for many years and in good standing they would have better handled the situation. I am beyond disappointed with Leon's poor customer service, I wish I could give it 0 stars. I will tell anyone that listens about their poor customer service and how they treat their long time customers.

      They don't honor thier warranty
      They actually suggested I buy a new washer ..6 weeks to fix while under extended warranty .

      They gave me a torn mattress and offered me $ 50 refund from the price or I have to take old mattress with additional cost. I need justification before I call Consumer Reports I alway like Leon and never got such a customer service * **** **** **** ******* ** ******* * **** ** ** **** *** * ** * ******  Now I am asking Leon to refund me in full and get the mattress and apologize me *** *** ********** * **** *********

      ********** *********** Recently purchased a mattress for $1300, WATCHED the delivery driver shove the mattress in the elevator which I commented on. Reported damage within 72 hours to my sales rep, the customer care email and to the store directly, had a technician confirm that there was irreversible damage to the mattress (though the damage is small it was still delivered to me damaged). And was denied any action for my claim. * ** *** ********* ****** *** will never be purchasing from here again.

      Spent over 5000 dollars on all new appliances at this store. Fridge came and it was damaged in the back and also the front door where the doors close. Fridge part does not get cold and we have lost food because of it . Leon’s washed their hands of it ! Didn't want to do anything but say you need to call *******. Meanwhile,
      We are waiting on a technician to come fix our 5 day old fridge when we just want a working fridge!! No customer service at all! ********* **** **** **** ***** *** **** Terrible lesson learned!

      This was my 2nd visit to Leon’s, *** *** ******* * ***** *** *** Because I had some in-store credits that I got due to my previous purchase *** ****** ****** * *** ***** ** ** ****.
      This time I purchased a small ottoman, *** * ******** ** **** **** **** ******* * **** * **** ** **** ** ******* ***** ******* *** **** *** * ********* * **** **** ******** **** **** **
      Picked up the item, opened it at home and found that the bottom of the ottoman is totally smashed. Immediately called their customer care services and I was told to wait for a technician to repair the NEW ottoman. ********** the NEW item should be repaired? ** * ***** *** ** **** ** ****** ***** * ***** ****** **** ******** ** ***** *** ******* ***** ***** ************** I will need to wait for a tech that should appear nobody knows when and do something but definitely the new ottoman will not be new once repaired.
