      Bought a couch from Leon’s and purchased the warranty.
      I had an issue with a recliner mechanism and submitted for repair which was approved.
      5 months have gone by with no results or communication after approval. The couch is still broken and no one is responding to contact.

      ***** **** *** **** ******* * ***** Purchased a couch at the burlington location, did not even last 2 years. The foam is shredding out the bottom, the springs stick through into your bottom and if you're lucky enough to not sit on a spring, you get the support wood to comfort you. Purchased the "BEST" warranty coverage, surprise surprise, doesn't cover anything!!! ****** ***** the "manager" here is an absolute joke. Took him 3 weeks to answer our calls, had an "inspection" of the couch and never called us back, took us 2 months to then get a hold of him to which he just laughed and said, ya nothings covered. We see now it was just a formality to say he did it because the technician didn't do more than sit on one cushion for 10 seconds. *** ***** **** ** **** **** ** **** * **** ***** ** ********* ** * ****** **** * *** **** *** ***** **** *** **** ** ***** *** ****** It's dangerous to even put a child on. We may as well have just thrown our thousand dollars out the window of the car while driving down the highway. I would have felt better about where that money went.

      In a nutshell. Sold me an extended warranty that I cannot use. I have been unable to reach the warranty company. Cara (customer service) said she could do nothing other than contact them as well. A week later, no follow-up from anyone so I called back. Cara said she would escalate to her manager. 2 days later, still nothing. I paid almost $600 for an extended warranty that I cannot use and no one wants to deal with it. It's not even a denial of the claim, I literally cannot reach the company and there is apparently nothing Leons can do and they are completely aware that this is a problem for many of their customers.

      worst customer service, we bought a range in August 2021 and we bought a warranty for 5 years,13 month later the glass on the range cracked as a result of the self cleaning options, we called **** * ***** warranty that Leon's sold us to fix the range, they gave us an a appointment and didn't come that day, they did that repeatedly for 6 different appointment in two month and didn't show up once, we complained to the store repeatedly nothing was done.

      Wish I never went thru the door bought ********* fridge got 3 months before it broke lost all my food they sell you something then wash their hands of you only there for the profit will never go there again they sell junk

      Me and my wife went to the Leon’s Store in Whitby and the 401 with our newborn baby back in September where we purchased a sofa. We were so excited and happy at the time that we would have a nice comfortable couch to care for our child and share family bonding time together. Fast forward 6 months later and we still have not received our couch. Me and family got rid of our old couch 4 months ago as the sales representative told us our couch would arrive in no more than two months back in September. This has caused a huge effect on my family as we now have no place to sit and care for our child. Often times we have to lie on the floor just so we can watch some tv causing us to wake up very stiff and in pain. We have reached out Numerous times to Leon’s to rectify our issue but to no avail. We just keep getting the run around and getting excuses like “the manufacturer does not have the material”. I’m sorry but after 6 months that is no excuse especially for such a huge corporation. I feel like me and my family have been taken advantage of and are suffering the consequences. We just want our old life back where we had a place to sit and enjoy our family moments. We even had plans to invite our families over for Christmas but had to cancel as we had no place to entertain our guests and have our elderly parents sit down to relax. Overall we are extremely disappointed and at our Witt’s end with this company.

      ******** ***** ** *** ********** Ordered 4 piece bedroom set, two pieces delivered **** ****, misaligned drawers, missing stain on sides and legs, damage covered up with different color stain. They won’t refund our money, only give store credit. We don’t want to deal without th them but are being forced too as they have our money. Shame on them!

      Recently purchased pillows online due to out of stock in store,located near my residence.
      Upon receiving the items,I found the pillows were very hard and too high for my neck and very uncomfortable using it.
      In an attempt to return the items through the store and customer service,I was told that items ordered online are non refundable and refund was not possible.
      This is poor policy,and should be changed.
      Very disappointed with this franchise!!

      Purchased 6 appliances and a 5 year extended warranty through the Leon's-owned warranty company - King & State. Have issues with our ******* range and our ******* refrigerator. Spoke with Leon's store management and customer service manager at Coldbrook NS store ... they said we had to deal with warranty company directly. Filed 2 claims with King & State, and we were informed that there were NO service techs contracted by Leon's that do service work in our area, Leon's gave us 2 options: find a tech on our own, have repairs done and then submit to K & S for denial of claim, or approval of repairs and cost reimbursement, OR take a really lowball pro-rated buy-back of our appliances and use it towards purchases of new appliances from same Leon's. No thanks to both. Leon's then told us we had to accept a refund of our warranty purchase price or leave with nothing. With no other choice, we took the refund .. we were told if we did not accept the refund we would get nothing. We have email documentation of all of this. IF you purchase anything from Leon's, BE AWARE that they have no means nor any intention of repairing your appliances under their make believe warranty. They roll the dice on claims. If someone needs servicing, they give money back and tell you to deal with it. If you make it past 5 years, Leon's keeps the $$$ and no one is the wiser. This is very bad customer service, and if it isn't an illegal practice, it should be. P.S. all of this took 5 months to come to the Leon's decided conclusion. Floor sales people are great in Coldbrook, management are unqualified and, well, should be working outside of customer service.
