      The worst after care from this location. They **** about my manufacturer's warranty as it expires today. I explained to them that the two cushions we sit on are worn out after only a few months use and that it is absolutely terrible for a sofa that is over $2500!!!! They simply told me nothing we can do. This was over the phone. Then they claimed that my email didn't have this info instead I said I dislike this sofa. I explained yes because of what I just shared with you.       Awful customer service and delivery. We bought a couch, chair and coffee table and were told we would be getting it at the end of the month. It’s now April and still no couch. I called to talk to them and they are now saying April 17th. They quoted that I said no rush, I said that when I was told end of the month not a month and a half later. We sold our old couch assuming the new one would be coming now we have no couch and the best they could do was say we could cancel our purchase.

      Leons has been the worst company to deal with. I regret giving them my money. They delivered a ruined couch and have taken forever to rectify the situation. They offer no compensation for your troubles. **** *** **** **** **** ********

      I bought a bedroom set including king headboard, side rails and footboard, 2 side tables, dresser and highboy dresser which all were delivered damaged. Since our delivery Leon's has come out to replace the highboy dresser on 2 separate occasions and both times brought a damaged dresser. Both managers have said that they would have all pieces inspected before delivered so as to not waste my time waiting for damaged furniture. Unfortunately this is not true. I will still have to make myself available multiple times for an unknown amount of deliveries and they could keep sending me damaged furniture. * ***** ****** ********* *** ****** ******** **** ******. * ***** **** **** * * **** ****** ** * ******

      I purchased a dishwasher from Leon’s January 10. It was delivered on the 12th or the 13th. It did not work after it was installed. I called Leon’s and told him that there was something wrong and I needed someone to come and check on the installation. It took me three weeks to get them to agree to send somebody. They kept telling me I had to call the manufacturer, but the product was delivered and did not work. That’s not the manufacturers problem. * **** ****** ******** ******* *** **** **** ** it was Leon’s responsibility to make sure I was delivered a working dishwasher. They finally sent somebody to check the installation and they told me that it was installed correctly. I got so tired of trying to get Leon’s to take responsibility for this. I finally called the manufacturer who did come and checked and said it was an electrical problem and that it was installed incorrectly. I had to get a electrician in to fix the problem. It took eight weeks for me to get a working dishwasher from Leon’s.

      They have very poor delivery and customer service. For furniture you have to wait months. Got delivery of my washer with major dents and now I am told to wait 2 weeks for the replacement from their warehouse which is 2 hrs drive from my house!! That is ridiculous.

      we recived poor customer service on Saturday Feb 24 2024.we went in to buy a recliner and the 2 we picked out were what we were looking for *************************************power-recliner-dark-brown we were told we have to pay up front and then wait until end of may the second one ***************************************-glider-recliner-grey and again pay up front and wait until end of march but foe both chairs its not a guarantee that it will be in stock .I was under assumption that you could pay half down and half when you get product ,but the sales person made it clear you had to pay up front and wait not fair I would have loved the ************************************-power-recliner-dark-brown

      We Purchased the Sofa Set with Warranty, we paid for the Warranty, Multiple times we contacted ******* *****" to fix the problem, but always false promises & nothing has been done yet, i am taking this case to small business court as well how they **** ** selling warranties for money, **** **** ** *********** ** ****** *****

      We recently bought a bed from Leon's which they said will be delivered in 3 months. Finally, when they delivered the bed, the food board was damaged. So we file a complaint and request for a replacement of the food board. After 3 to 4 weeks we received a food board. The damaged foot board was taken back. When I opened the food board received it was even further damaged. There was no way I was able to use it so I clicked photographs. Send them the email, call them. There was no response from them. After 3 days somebody called me and said that we are again requesting for a replacement which would further take 4 to 5 weeks. This leave me no choice but to sleep on the floor. I tried talking to the manager, however the manager was super busy that he was not even giving his 5 minutes over the call. This is highly disappointing, disrespectful and unprofessional. I strongly recommend not to buy anything from Leon's furniture. **** *** ******** *** ******** They speak very high about their quality which is not the truth. *** *
