      placed an order for a mattress on line. paid in full with my credit card. I opted for Pick up as I had to get other bed moved. I called ahead to inform them that * ** ********* *** my daughter would be picking it up.... already there was a problem when the person at Leon's on ******** **** in Saskatoon says she couldnt find the order...... I checked my ********** and yes the payment was on my card....on picking it up.... Nope she wasnt allowed to though she had my wallet and card. So they were to cancel my order....she had to set up a account and purchased it with her own card.... they where to call and yet nothing... and certainly have not returned my money......*** *** ***** ** ** ***** **** ** **** **** **** ********************* *** *****

      Policy from Website: If any damage is found when opening your furniture or appliance order, simply call our customer service department of your Leon's store within 3 days of receipt. Furniture and appliances will be repaired free of charge by Leon's or our agent. If the item cannot be repaired you will be offered an exact replacement at no extra charge. A reselection will be offered if no replacement is available.
      On Dec. 22 we purchased appliances from Leon’s store in Fredericton On the 23rd. We called Jim H. our sales man and explained the damages to our fridge (door has 2 bends and side has poor finish) Jim explained that we were to contact Shelly at Service at Leon’s and send her the information with pictures but not to do it until the 31st. Of Dec. Because she was not in her office over Christmas. On Dec.31st. an Email was sent to Shelly with all of the Info. We did not hear back from Shelly and as Jan. got busy it was on the back of our mins. On Jan 31st. another Email was sent to Shelly and at this time she said your Email went to my junk file just leave it with me and I will get back to you. On Feb. 2nd ** **** ****** spoke to Shelly and Shell stated that to much time had passed and there was nothing they could do. She also stated that we were supposed to contact ** and not her and that Jim H. gave us the wrong information. After further discussion and she said she spoke to a manager that all they could do was give us $50.00 off.
      I went to Leon’s today and asked to speak to a Manager and Shelly came and gave me the same story as above that we should have contacted ** instead of her and we waited to long to report the damage. Was also told there was no manager in today.

      I have had another bad experience with a purchase from the Leons ******** ** **** ** *** ** Edmonton, AB. I bought a sofa in Novemeber and waited until January to receive it. After it was delivered we noticed several faults with the sofas stitching, in some areas the white stuffing is coming out of the fabric. I contacted Customer Care on January 12th in regards to repairs as I have purchased the warranty and received a response on the 13th. Harpreet informed me that their technician Martin would reach out to me within 5 to 6 busniess days. Its now February 1st and Martin has made no effort to contact us. I reached out to customer care several times on January 23rd, 25th, and 31st only to be ignored. I have become very frustrated and disappointed with the serious lack of customer service and communication. This is unacceptable. * ****** ********* ******** ********** ******** **** **** ********. I **** **** ** **** ** ****** ******* **** ******** ******** **** poor quality furniture and even worse customer service.

      We recently purchased a washer and dryer set from Leon's. When the appliances were finally delivered, and I went through the process of hooking them up and leveling, trying to follow the directions very carefully, the dryer did not work properly. The digital display would recognize the settings I chose, but when I tried to start the machine it would not. When I went to Leon's to have the issue dealt with they referred me to the manufacturer, as it was under their warranty. I was made to deal with the manufacturer who didn't even replace the defective machine, but had it repaired. One of the major electronic components, that controlled the system, was defective.
      Suffice to say I was very disappointed in the customer service I received and am not happy that an appliance they sold to me, that I paid a lot of money for, didn't work from the word go.

      I purchased a bedroom set in August 2023 and was promised that I would receive the product within 4 weeks and a maximum of 6 weeks.
      After this period, I contacted them and they told me that they did not have the furniture in the store and that they would deliver it by the end of October and they did not deliver it to me. In short, every time I get in touch they change the date. I went to the Guelph's store where I bought it and now the manager is calling me to let me know when it will arrive and the date always changes. I've already been asked if I want to receive part of the furniture and I won't accept it until they give me the complete set. This is a profound disregard for the customer. I spoke to the manager that they could at least give me a discount for all this inconvenience, but she thinks that giving me an update on dates that never arrive is enough. I already got rid of my previous furniture and I can't deliver it because my new ones don't arrive. That's not fair. The company should be clearer with the customer when purchasing and not promise something they don't have to sell. It's been 6 months that I've already paid for furniture that I don't have. I am completely disappointed.

      I bought a |firm| mattress from the Leons store in simcoe in April 2023. 9 months later the sides are caving in and where we lay is caving in. we contacted Leons and they sent a rep to measure and take pictures of the mattress. To validate the warranty with *****, the manufacturer of this horrible mattress the depth of the caving in must be 1 1/2 inches we were 1 1/4 inches. so no warranty. **** ** ****** *** ****** *** ** *** **** *** ** ******* ** buying another mattress is out of the question. The customer service at Leons does not exist. They were not helpful at all except for the measurements. They offered nothing. * **** *** ***** ******* *** *** ************ ** i needed something firm. this mattress is uselss for support. I would not recommend shopping at this Leons store.

      Bought a ******** leather couch in Oct 2023 and paid $2000.00 In 2 months there was terrible sagging of the leather. Called the manager she said that was normal. **** * ****** I will never buy from Leon’s again

      **** * ********* **** * ********** A Christmas present for my daughter *** ** ********* Leons tried to have her pay more, it was all paid for, they sent an installer who wanted to charge her more. No resolve yet but was transferred to every **** *** ******* customer service rep with no solution or apology given. **** *** ***** *********** *** **** ********* *************** **** ***** ** *** *****

      I had to return a 2 hr old Leon's recliner that I purchased for $600 plus tax and delivery for a total of $733. They are charging $226 to return it. The refund is $507. We now have no recliner for $226. After leaving my parent's floor a dirty mess from the delivery guys, I asked them to reduce the restocking 25% fee as we had to clean up the hardwood floors. My parents are 90 years old. I was told 25% was a reduced restocking fee as it should be 50%. ****** ********** ****** **** * **** ******* *** ** **** ** *** ** ******** ******** ***** ** ***** No contact from Leon's management. They also don't honour their extended warranty, as I experienced from another purchase last year. I will shop elsewhere.

      I purchased a dining set on around Nov 20, 2023 to be delivered in London. It's now almost two months later and I still have not received it. Leon's only contacted me once during Christmas saying they have stock in Kitchener and will arrange delivery shortly. 3 weeks later, still no phone call from Leon's. I physically went to speak with customer service in store and after voicing my displeasure, I was told that delivery will happen on the Thursday of the same week. I requested for and was promised a late delivery time range of between 3 and 6 pm due to work scheduling. I then made arrangements at work so that I can be home during that time. The day before, I get a call (finally a call) saying that the delivery time will be between 8 am to 11 am. I was frustrated and explained to them my previous agreements with them. The delivery manager said either you be there from 8 to 11 or it's no delivery.
