      Terrible return experience it took 35 to 40 minutes to get 66.00 dollars refunded.I bought a bed frame and it was the wrong size so I returned it an hour later and I was treated like a ******** will never shop there again **** ** *** Edmonton,AB terrible customer service. All 4 of them and Manager behind the counter whispering and looking at me like I did something wrong felt so disrespected terrible customer service.** ****** ****** **** ****** ** ** ****** ****** ****** ** ***** ***** **** ** **** **** ****** **** ** *******

      I bought a ********** Fridge from Leon’s. It was delivered damaged (dented on the door and right side panel). I called Leon’s for an exchange and they said they needed **********’s direct approval for any exchange and it could take a very long time. They offered $150 to keep the unit. My wife and I refused. Maybe a week later, Leon’s came back to tells us that they could exchange the unit but it would take a long time to receive a new unit from **********, as they had no replacement units in inventory close by. They went further to explain that if we wanted an exchange they would have to pickup the damaged unit, to ensure we would not use it, and keep our money for an unknown amount of time until a new unit was available, OR we could keep the unit at a discount OR exchange for a different unit at a higher cost OR pay a $130 restocking fee for a refund (despite the fact that the unit was damaged). In the end we took a discount because we were forced to either do so, or end up with no fridge and no refund and no timeline for a new fridge. Appalling. Never again.

      Bought a ******* fridge with extended warranty. Stopped cooling not quite 4 tears later. Was told by Leons that I had to call 1-866=273-0927 which happens to be the company called **** *** *****. This company finally had a technician get in touch with me 48 hours after I called them and he proceeded to make an appointment 4 days later. Now we are at DECEMBER 12TH , 26 days later and they claim the part may be in December 15th when at first they said December 4th so I hope to have my fridge fixed by maybe December 19th or 20th , 33 days later. It's bizarre for two reasons the fridge has a sticker that says the compressor which is the part were waiting on is guaranteed for 10 years yet ******* has no parts in Canada. The other thing is Leons says it not their fault because the extended warranty is with **** *** ***** yet this warranty was sold by a Leons salesperson in a Leons store and I was never told this warranty was with a third party. ******* washes their hands because I had an extended warranty yet they warrant the compressor for 10 years. Poor service and no one taking responsibility for spoiled food or the fact in todays world and in Canada we are without a fridge for 26 days and counting ** ****** **** ** ****** *** **** ***** *** ***** ****** ** ******* ******* ***** *********** ****** *

      I bought  sofas at Leon store but unfortunately we received open box sofas from them. When I came to store and complain for this problem, they still ******* customers by putting all blame to shipper. They shipped to us sofas with damages and holes around the sofas. This is will be the last time to buy furniture from here.

      I purchased a bed from ************************** location. Unfortunately, during delivery, the delivery personnel accidentally broke a lamp and damaged the floor in my home. Despite promptly contacting customer service and providing photographic evidence, my concerns have not been addressed. Initially, I was informed that the warehouse team would handle the matter, but I have received no follow-up or response since the incident in September 2022. As of December 2023, the issue remains unresolved, and I have had to replace the lamp at my own expense.Given this experience, I am unable to recommend ****** due to their lack of response and accountability for the damages caused during delivery.

      I will never purchase anyting from Leon's ever again! I purchased a fridge/stove on July 7 2023 I was **** to and mislead by Leon's staff several times regarding delays and delivery dates pretaining to the fridge, I needed to keep inquiring about my product as each date passed and i heard nothing from them. Months went by and i requested a refund in mid October after Leon's had broken the 6-8 weeks delivery time on the contract by an extra 4 weeks. as a consumer who paid cash, in full for a product months ago i had been more than patient. However when i requested a refund on Oct 12 2023 * *** ******** ******** over the phone by the owner of the Brockville/Kingston stores. He was very smug and **** ***** ******** ** disrespect me. At the beginning of the conversation he refused a refund, claiming that I broke the contract when I purchased a fridge elsewhere, then by the end of the heated conversation after i pointed out that it was in fact Leon's who broke the contract by several weeks in fact and i had been **** to and mislead by his staff several times in regards to the fridge, he informed me that if he refunded me anything at all he would be adjusting the figures of the contract to reflect a pkg discount that i had "apparently" received on my fridge & stove combo. If Leon's held a customers money for over three months and was unable to provide the merchandise (fulfill the contract) how does that become the customers problem and expense? *** ***** *** **** *** ********** He did not refund the full amount when i recieved a cheque from Leon's on Oct 31. ** ** *** **** * ***** ******** *** *** **** * ****** He took zero respnsibility or accountability for this four month nightmare. He was NOT entitled to adjust figures on a legal contract and NOT entitled to ANY of my money! **** *** ******** ****** ** ********** ***** ******* **** ********* * *** ** ** ********** ** ******** **** ** *** ********* *** **** **** I have photos and documents to support this complaint,.

      2 males mishandled the fridge delivery and I watched them scratch my hardwood floors twice with the corner of the new fridge and then while leaving with the old fridge. The one male had the nerve to say that it was already there !!! I watched them make the scratch. While they were placing the fridge through the opening of my kitchen they damaged the paint on edge of my drywall. ***** ************ ** To add insult to injury, before they got into the Leon’s truck they threw the bottom piece of the styrofoam on my driveway rather than taking it away. Terrible customer service ….

      Had two mattresses delivered November 15th 2023. Delivery driver backed onto my driveway and slam into my garage causing extensive damaged. There was two delivery staff and they didn't take the time for one to them to direct the other in backing up on the driveway ( which I didn't give them permission to do so). Now we have to fix the damages which will involve insurance companies, *** ****** *** *** ********** ***** ** ****** ******** I will never used Leon's again because the staff do not respect customer properties *** *** **** ************* ****** ***** ** **** ****** *** ***** ** ***** ** **** *** **** ********

      Purchase over the range microwave 2019 and Purchase extended warranty was told by salesman it would cover it for 5 years put a claim in 2023 in July was told parts are on back order now in November told same thing now they are saying maybe February 2024 asked to microwave replaced only to find out that I will only little money back because of microwave losing value wasn't told when purchase extended warranty was lead to believe microwave had total coverage. ***** ** *** **** *** ***** *** *** Leon's its no fault I mine that you have no parts to fix in in timely manner will be my last purchase

      We purchased a recliner and sofa set. 2 months in we noticed the sofa was uneven, Leon’s sent a technician to come look at it. After waiting 9 1/2 months, the part came in, technician came back to repair but it was the wrong part. Leon’s was great and replaced the couch. 10 months later the mechanism on the right side of my sofa is not working properly, making a grinding noise. I called and asked for a technician to come back out. First thing the lady says on the phone is “ we are not replacing it” I never asked for a replacement. technician comes out, in all of 3 mins he said I’ll make my report and you will hear from us. A week later I get a email from the parts manager telling me the mechanism is wearing out cause the weight limit for the couch is 250 max. This was never mentioned to me ** ** ********* when we purchased the couch in store. I mentioned the mechanism should still be under warranty. The parts manager said yes, but you’ll have to pay for shipping, taxes and have someone install it yourself. I went into the store to talk to the store manager cause I thought this was ridiculous. The store manager said she would look into it for me. Then yesterday I received a call that if I wanted it fixed, I would need to pay $279.00 and it is 5-6 months wait for the part.
