      Been waiting 7+ weeks for delivery of a cash purchase of nearly $7000 for merchandise promised in 2 to 4 weeks. Very frustrating *** **** *** *** Leon's business!!

      Ordered a sofa on line(and paid) in May 2023.Has not arrived and the company cannot give delivery date. Had multiple calls to ********** (distribution centre) and to Toronto offices trying to reach managers who say they will respond but don't. Going thru your website * *** ****** ** ********** ***** ***** *** **** ** ******** Complete lack of response.

      Horrible customer service from day one.
      On the evening of September 8th, I went to Leons to purchase a washer/dryer set.
      In addition to buying the new items, I requested installation and the option to pick up the older ones.
      During the transaction, I was passed off to another salesperson to finish the transaction and he did not include the "free" pillows in any paperwork and other issues that arised later.
      I didn't receive the item until October 19th even though the associate told me that it would be ready for delivery at the beginning of October.I kept calling the store, weekly, to find out if the washer/dryer was in stock and to schedule the delivery.
      There was a delivery attempt on October 18th and they didn't even bother attempting due to fear of scratching up the items because their regular guys were not available, also I was told that the option to pick up the older ones were not included in the receipts, but at least (the next day) they were nice enough to put the old washer/dryer out in the front lawn.
      The delivery was completed on October 19th and both items ended up getting scratched away, it would have been okay but when the customer service rep laughed it off saying that it happens sometimes and it's a small scratch, it upset us and caused to complain; someone ended up giving us a $200 credit.
      On October 21st, the third-party installation company came and installed the washer and dryer and supposedly everything was okay. We did a test run with the washer and it was fine.
      On the evening of October 27th, we tried the dryer for the first time and it is not working... I called the store to find out who to call to get the issue fixed (third party installation, etc) and the cs rep essentially blew me off and told me to call ******* for technical support,
      If there is a problem with an installation, Leons will not help you.
      I've been calling back and forth with third party companies to correct the installation error. Installation fee is a waste of money.

      This review is regarding the Whitby store. This isn't the first time and with interest rates being very high it makes if tougher for families theses days.
      * **** ******** *** * **** **** *********** ******* **** ***** *** *** couldn't sleep in the bed because of the sinking of the mattress,  I called Leon's to inquire about the warranty again about the bed, yet again they couldn't find me in the system, but being persistent I wouldn't give up and they finally found me again, they found the bed and told me that I missed the warranty by five months, although I told them I called them two years ago asking about the bed and they couldn't find me, they said there was no notes on my file and they would not do anything for me, the reason for no notes is because they couldn't find me, how can you leave notes on a file they can't find.
      I know I should have taken better care of my receipts but after almost 8 years things get missed placed, I trusted them for keeping all records safe and correct, come to find out they aren't any better, they even had the wrong spelling of my last name and no one there keeps any notes when someone calls. ** ***** **** *** **** *** ******* ***** ** ****** *** **** *** ******* ***** ********** *** ****** ** *** ***** **** **** *** ******** ******* **** ***** **** ** **** ***** ********** **** ** * ******** ** ************ ** *** * ******* **** ***** ********* **** **** **** *** *** ***** **** ***** *** **** **.       I bought a couch set in June.Wgen it was delivered I found a rip in the back corner of the it, wood showing and when I sat on it my back sunk in the pillow part.I called and told them I didn't want it as I bought it New.They told me oh no you have to wait 72 hours till they send someone out to look at it.The guy that came sewed the rip Filled every cushion with more stuff then he proceeded to tell me that he will write up so I would get money off the couch.But no phone call no nothing from The manager.I went in last week and they 1st said read the back of your bill. I said I don't care what it says I don't like the COUCH.Nothing is being done.****** ****** ** *** *** ******** **** ******

      Stove didn’t work when delivered.went and chose another model cause the one I wanted would take 6 weeks to come in….when second stove was delivered side panel fell off. Went to store and asked to speak to manager she wouldn’t come and talk to me ..now waiting for third stove.
      Very disappointed
      And absolutely no compensation for all this ….don’t feel they value my business. This was my third purchase from Leon’s this year but I will never go back

      It's my worst experience i ever had. I purchased sofa set from leon's furniture Regina and when it delivered to me it was different from that which I saw in the display at the outlet color of wood is entirely different and when i called them about this issue they said it's a manufacturer mistake not ours I bought it from leons and now they are not owing it and they are putting blame on manufacturer it's not my mistake it's their dealing with manufacturer but they aren't owing it they are not taking responsibility ******** ******* * **** **** They are misrepresenting ppl. They are showing something and delivering something else

      The worst customer service ever! We bought a washer and dryer from them and we picked a set because we could get them sooner. The day before the delivery they called to schedule a delivery time then that evening we got another call to cancel, no explanation given. Called the store and was hung up on several times. Finally got in touch with the sales rep and he said "oh this has never happened before". ***** ****** The main customer service was no help either! They don't have a direct line it's all done through email and all I got was a generic answer! Will never buy from them!

      Sept.9, 2023, ordered fridge, told it would come Sept.17. Moved my food etc to a friends fridge/freezer. Sept. 17 fridge came. I cleaned it, I had to wait 5-6 hours before I could plug it in & then come up in temperature. I put all my food etc. in and next day saw it was wobbly & making a scrapping noise each time I opened and closed the door. Leon's sent two repairmen and they said there is a missing part and do I have it. I said no & told them when the fridge came, I opened the door and saw an empty plastic pouch which had been torn open & thrown into the fridge. I thought the pouch contained the instruction book (which I never received) and/or the missing part. They called Leon's and said this fridge has to go back, it is defective. * *** ******. I called Leon's & they said I could use the fridge until a replacement came. The replacement fridge would come on Sept. 23rd. I attended the store on Sept. 21 and spoke to a couple people at the desk. I told him how I was inconvenienced, now I needed to, once again, move all the food & frozen items back to my friend's fridge & freezer. When the replacement fridge arrives, I have to, once again, clean it and transport all the frozen items from the friend's freezer back to my place. I wanted to be compensated for Leon's mistake and all my time and effort to save my food etc. from spoiling. Each person I spoke to had to relate the issues to the "manager". I did not speak to him face to face, he wouldn't even come out of the office to speak to me. I asked them for something in return for all my time and inconvenience, even a gift card, something. This was no my fault, it was their mistake. The manger said NO. * *** ***** *** * *** **** **** I wanted compensation of some sort and got NOTHING. I will never shop at Leon's again *** *** ******* *** ** ******* ***** ****. They don't care. All they want is to make a sale.

      Leon’s customer service is awful. They promise satisfaction but when purchasing a product online that arrived with black marks all over it they refused to do anything about fixing or replacing it. The lines are not visible online and I feel this is dishonest as well as poor customer service.
