      I just received an invoice for a ticket I knew nothing about.
      20 dollar parking and now it is a 225 dollar fine.
      they claim that I was sent a letter but none was received .
      Called and they offered me a lesser charge which I didn't agree to immediately and now apparently that was only a one time offer ?

      I parked at **** ******** ****** **** and receive a ticket********** for not using the parking machine. No one could use it as it was malfunctioning. Others tried and couldn't use it either.

      I called the Parking company 2 times on the 17th of July ( same day as the ticket) with no answer and no way to leave a message. I then emailed them about my complaint.

      They sent me a reply nearly 3 weeks later to say the machine was fine according to them. No human contact, no reasoning, nothing just that the fine stood.

      I called again to discuss the situation with them today 3 times with no answer and no message to leave a number just try again later!

      I want this matter dropped by the company and an apology to be given to my by a person representing their company. **** ***** **** * ***** *** ****** ****** ** ********** ** ****** ** ***** ** *** ****** ******* *** ****

      hi I was in the process of trying to extend my ticket but then I came back and found I was already issued $175 fine, please help! you can see the time stamps prove my point!!! ***** ****** *** ********** My ticket was valid until 10:47PM and they issued me a ticket at 10:32PM, *** *** **** *** **** **** ******* Now they're ******* ** *********** ******* saying they'll send me to collections.

      I received a parking invoice from Precise Parking and tried to dispute it (a dispute can only be conducted via email). The last correspondence ended with them stating they cannot overturn their decision and that I am to pay the one-time courtesy reduction fee of $29.00 (original invoice $94.25). I provided Precise Parking with all the information and back-up documentation that I had actually purchased a parking ticket at approximately 18:13 on June 3, 2023. I paid for parking at the meter at location id ****. The meter did not have the correct time (I did not know this when purchasing the ticket) and printed me a ticket with a purchase time of 09:27 and an expiry of 18:00 which was earlier than the actual time. I phoned the number provided on the meter several times immediately after the ticket was printed, but no one answered the phone for “meter issues”. I left a voicemail explaining the situation, my name and my phone number. In my dispute email I provided Precise Parking with a screen shot of my phone calls and also a photo of the time on the meter taken when I returned to my vehicle at 22:15. I also provided a print screen of my payment from my ****. I did not purchase another ticket as the meter would just give me another expired ticket.

      I am presently requesting your assistance regarding a parking ticket not issue by or from the ****** City Police. The location was *** ****** *** across the street of City Court house in ****** Ontario on Friday April 14 2023.
      I contacted the company that issued the ticket in Burnaby, BC and not being able to speak with someone I forwarded proof that the parking had been paid for. I photo copied all the ticket information with proof of payment plus Credit Card payment.
      So my fifty dollar ticket is now one hundred seventy five dollars with a failure to remit payment thus resulting to having this account sent to their Collection Agency with the additional seventy five dollar added charge for a fifteen dollar all day parking of which was paid..
      I feel it necessary to say that I am seventy five years young and do not have these kind of funds. I contacted the City of ****** Law enforcement asking if this is legal. I also contacted a Licensed Paralegal. **** ******* ** ***** *** ***** ***** **** *******. I presently know of four persons who have received the same kind of parking tickets .This company has a number of parking lots in the city. There are no parking arms or gates to
      enter or exit these parking lots,I was told they are Not Interested in the parking lot fees but issuing these kind of tickets which are far more lucrative.
      It is interesting that this company has threated to put this matter into their Collection Agency, they are not from Ontario and the company name is Parking Invoice ** ******** ****** ******** Burnaby, BC.
      It was suggested to me I contact the BBB and indicate I haven't got the funds to pay this ridiculous amount for not having my receipt showing properly in my windshield however that is not worth the amount of stress that I have had to endure.
      I have lived my whole life in paying my bills and accounts in a timely fashion **** ** **** ******** *** *** *** ******** **** **** ******* **** **** **** ** ** * **** *********.
      I am enclosing photo copies of all the information collected. Just the threat of Collection Agency has had people paying these outrageous amounts.

      On May 12, 2023 I received a PAST DUE notice for $119.75 in the mail from the dated May 5th stating I have a ticket from them on March 16th, 2023. I had no recollection of a ticket being on my car nor had I received any other notice in the mail from them. I generally pay for parking in cash so I had no receipt from the almost 2 months prior, as it states you do not need a copy unless for your own records.
      I immediately emailed them on May 12th to try to resolve the issue regarding this. On May 19th they responded saying to attach a copy of the pastdue notice even though I had included my invoice number. On May 24th I replied back with a copy of the invoice. I had not received a response back from them other than on May 29th saying "Thank you" but with no resolution on the matter.
      Today June 8th, 2023 I recieved another past due notice in the mail dated June 5th for $144.75.

      I paid for parking in their Calgary *** *** ** lot on 2 different dates but received tickets anyway. The lot signage and ticket machine clearly state that the receipt does not need to be displayed, so I did not print a receipt. I disputed the tickets and provided credit card receipts for the payments, but the company has been unresponsive on any resolution. Details:
      - May 1 Invoice # ******* for $94.25. I paid $13 to park that day and credit card receipt was provided
      - May 16 Invoice # ******* for$94.25. I paid $10 to park that day and credit card receipt was provided

      Note, I had one other ticket from them for May 19, which I did pay, as I apparently chose the wrong rate on that day for the amount of time I parked.

      I parked my motorcycle in the parking lot and taped my receipt directly on my bike (which I paid for in cash). I came back 6 hours later to my receipt gone off my bike and a parking ticket in place. I then called them (nobody ever picks up the phone) then emailed them. After getting a reply 2 weeks later I was told that I still had to pay the ticket even though someone clearly store my receipt off of my bike. I then tried to pay my ticket online but kept getting errors (which I screen shot and emailed directly to them). By the time they finally got back to me 2 weeks later they had already added on an additional $50 + $75 onto my original ticket - now $175 in total. This is beyond ridicules as I paid for my parking in the first place (with cash) and the lack of communication on their behalf and poor customer service has now racked up late charges. This is far from fair as I sent screen shots to then showing that I tried to make the $50 payment. Nobody answers the phones there and it takes them 2 weeks to write back a simple email reply (very unprofessional). I finally got through via telephone yesterday after trying numerous times over numerous days and after explaining my situation to them they still refused to wave the late fees and told me I had to pay $175. They add late charges onto their tickets after 7 days - yet they don’t respond to their emails for 2 weeks and also never pick up their phones. This is ******** and is an utter lack of professionalism and customer service. I’ve parked in this lot numerous times with my car and this was the one time I rode my motorcycle. I haven’t parked in the lot since.

      I've been penalized unfairly for a parking violation and the business has not allowed me to resolve it. First, the original parking fee was unpaid because it was at a medical facility and the meter only accepted one form of payment - physical credit cards. I attempted to pay cash, ********* and debit, but none of these forms of payment were accepted by the machine. Then, after having received the fine for $50, I attempted to contact the business via the contact information they provided. There was no response, and the fine was now doubled to $100 for being 7 days old. That timeframe is ridiculous. Then, three weeks later, I received my first and "final notice", the fine (still less than a month old) now more than tripled to $175. I attempted to contact the business, but again there was no reply. To avoid their threat to ruin my credit history, I attempted to just pay the $175 (with a $3 "convenience fee" for using a credit card, the only accepted method of payment besides a cheque mailed to them which, I'll remind you, won't arrive before they send my 2-month old ticket to a collections agency) and be done with it, but their system is a shame and cannot accept payments. This is a racket, and there's no good reason why a customer trying to pay a fine should have it nearly quadrupled within 60 days.
