Used Precise Parking in Calgary, Alberta on April 5, 2023. I had used their payment machine following all the promps correctly. After trying a few times with no success, I phoned the number on the machine. They were absolutely no help. I did end up with a $94.25 ticket. I phoned the next day, only to be told they couldn't help me, I needed to email the Appeals Office as she was needing to take another call. ** **************. E-mailed the Appeals Office, they responded in a quick and timely manner. (sarcasm) I then received an e-mail unsing words like "One time courtesy". Absolutly no aplology for their machine not working. I continued to try to make a payment online and the payment would not go through. I tried multiple cards. I phoned the number to make a payment but I got a very uneasy feeling from the person on the other end and did not make the payment over the phone. All I would like to do is pay the $9.00 owing, but they are not helplful at all. Do I have to pay them

To whom this may concern,
On May 4th 2023, I paid for parking but totally forgot to place the ticket on the dashboard. When I came back to my car, a parking ticket was issued. I tried to write a dispute letter with photos of my parking ticket, my **** bill with the payment on it, and a picture of the parking violation ticket. They responsed “upon review of your parking invoice it has been found to be issued correctly.”
I find it so unfair that even with the proof of payment they still are trying to get me to pay an extra $50-100. ** **** *** **** ** ****** **** **** ** ******* *** *** ** ******** ** ******* * ******** **** *****

I parked my vehicle at ******* *** center in Calgary the parking lot is run by Precise Parklink (west) ltd. I paid for the parking $5.00 for for hours the time was 1:29 pm at 1:48 pm I was issued a ticket for unpaid parking I got a hold of Precise Parklink to dispute this ticket and they insist I didn't pay for parking I have the original receipt and parking ticket, they are now insisting I pay $144.75 for this parking infraction. On March 11, I received a parking violation from this company. However, I have proof that I paid for my parking spot. I have a receipt of payment that shows the time, date, and location.
Precise ParkLink only method to contest a violation is via email. They never responded to my email. I received today a letter by mail informing me to pay the ticket. There is a phone number you can call on the letter. No one answers the phone. Only a voicemail saying no agents available.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I emailed their dispute team twice with all the proof that I paid my meter and they never responded.
I called multiple times and no one answers. It always goes to a voicemail.

Parking lot issue.
The ticket machine is completely inoperative at 916 Spadina Cres E., apparently location 2051. The screen is blank. Every button pressed made no difference. The app was downloaded to attempt to pay. However, the QR code publicly given on the board is unrecognised by the app. And on top of this, the location code does not match the location code on the ticket that was issued to me and also did not work. We had two vehicles in the lot.
I formally request that any 'warning' associated with my vehicles be removed from their system. This could have easily been avoided if the one who issued the tickets questioned why all the vehicles in the lot did not have payment and visually inspected the defective device.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:1. There is no indication on the parking machine or on the boards surrounding it that one must go to another pay parking machine (there was only one in this particular parking lot). It is beyond any reasonable expectation that I should wander throughout downtown seeking out another parking lot owned by your company.
2. As already described in the first communication, the pay station was not working and I provided pictures showing it in unusable state, and these pictures also show that the parking lot location number is not the same as the one on the ticket; the location number given in the parking lot is wrong and so the mobile app did not recognise the number your company provided there.
The issues have not been appropriately addressed. It looks as though my message was not even read.
In reading your response, I can state that although you've provided this new website in order to make disputes, there is no link to it on the 'parking invoice' I received, nor is it even listed on your website. There was no way I could have made a dispute on that site because you failed to provide it to me in the necessary time frame. That failure is not on me.
Please respond here to the request I've formally made. Thank you.

On January 16, 2023, I parked at the *** ****** hospital, Toronto for a doctor's visit. In the past, I have always paid for parking at the pay station in the Lobby. On this day, however, there was no option to take the ticket. I saw the machine and tried to pay with my credit card, however, the machine was displaying a message that a card is declined and that I could only pay using a QR code provided, which I did. I tried multiple times to pay through the up and finally, a couple of minutes later I succeeded. So I had my appointment and when I went to get my car there was a ticket on it. When I got home I immediately sent an email to Precise Parking explaining that I paid the maximum payment on the same day and provided the receipt. On February 3rd I got an email from them saying my vehicle was found without a valid payment for parking on 16 Jan 2023 at 10:39 AM, and your license plate was not registered until 16 Jan 2023 at 10:52 AM. The invoice will remain outstanding for $39.00 if paid within 7 days of today’s date. Yesterday I received a letter dated March 7th, demanding payment of $144.75. if I don't pay in they are going to send it to the collection agency.

I parked in a PrecisePark lot where my doctor is located ** ********* *** ****** I’ve been parking there for 15 years without incident. When I came out I had received a parking ticket. I checked the time on the violation ticket and compared it to my parking ticket. I still had 14 minutes left. I tried calling the offices but no answer. I sent an email with a pic of my paid parking and the violation ticket. They just emailed me back stating my ticket wasn’t properly displayed but no proof of this.

I received a letter in the mail from Precise Parklink to pay two outstanding tickets that I received on my car. However, I never actually received a physical ticket. When I called to have them explain what happened they only gave me the explanation that the ticket was either taken by someone for the weather took it. They were unwilling to provide me any proof I received the ticket in the first place. Each ticket was for $50 ($100 total) however the tickets were doubled since I did not pay them on time. Yet the letter I got was only the first one, when I asked them about that they said they had proof that I was sent multiple letters (I wasnt) but were not willing to actually provide me any proof. So essentially I got a letter in the mail informing me that I had received two tickets, were late on those tickets, and to just trust them without seeing any proof.Business Response

On January 15 2023 I got a notification that stated FINAL NOTICE of a parking infraction that occurred on September 7 2022 with an outstanding amount of $124. I advised park link via email that I had not gotten any previous notifications and was advised that this amount was final. When I called to ask them what the original invoice amount was I was told it was $49.00. I told them I would pay that amount but $124 is ridiculous as both previous letters did not reach me. I was hung up on. I called back and the same individual answered. I advised him that we were disconnected. He hung up on me again. I called back again and he answered again, I advised him that it was me again and he hung up on me again. I called back again and when he answered I asked for his name and he hung up on me. On November 15 2022 I parked at the Parkade at *** ****** ****** for a doctor's visit. In the past I have always paid for parking at the pay station in the Lobby. This day, however the screen on the station showed it was out of order. There was nowhere that told you what to do in that case. My doctor's office did not know. So I had my appointment and when I went to get my car there was a ticket on it.
When I got home I immediately set an email to Precise Parking . On December 15 I got an email from them asking me to send a picture of the machine showing it was out of order. Unfortunately I did not take a picture of it and replied saying so. Yesterday I received a letter dated Jan 20 demanding payment of $100 plus $75 if I don' pay in 15 days I am going to pay because I cannot afford an additional $75 plus whatever penalty they want to impose.
